@@theinco8118 not a medical professional but 15 cm is possible but you have to do both femur and tibias in two separate surgeries I think. Plus the country I can recommend is US in California to be specific there is this doctor named Dr mahoubian who can lengthen up to 6 inches. Dr. Donghoon in Korea is the best in my opinion. Someone also recommended me Hong Kong because the doctors are well skilled but you need a high pain tolerance.

How long does healing take?
Please note that exact recovery time is different for everyone. It depends on various factors such as one’s condition/how hard you work on rehab exercises/how fast your bone regenerates etc.
But for 6cm femoral lengthening, on average, patients can start to walk without crutches after around 4 months from the surgery date with PRECICE method.
How much time does it take to complete the whole process? When can a patient be back on his legs like normal?
honestly there was a reddit dude who recorded his recovery process and, for him, it took about a month on crunches and about 5 months before he could walk normally. The caveat is that after a year and half he said his legs can jog but he doubts he'd be able to run at full speed ever again. Admittedly though everyone's body is different but even if you end up like the redditor its fine if ur not doing anything super strenuous in your future or plan on leg pressing a ridiculous weight load life shouldn't be all that different.

Some ppl say its unlikely the growth plates might be open at age 28 however there was a case of a guy at age 28 and his growth plates were not fused.
