Hey Thanks! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your videos. Any chance you know what those two components for pins 31 and 32 are? I replaced M92 and knocked one off :/
@@freeentertainment_yt No schematic available for the entire Switch. Knowing where and what to test comes from watching others and experimenting on your own. You learn by doing.
The data sheet I show is for the BM92T30MWV and not the BM92T36 actually in the Switch. It is believe the two chips have the same pinouts and similar functions so the data sheet is helpful. Search for BM92T30MWV.
You provided a lot of extra information and your thought process while trying to diagnose the issue, this is very helpful.

No! The lithium ion battery is normally about 3.7V, It can be around 4.2v with a full charge. I would not recommend connecting 5V directly to it.

What do you think is the problem with a Switch charging, can dock, but is not allowing data transfer/mass storage?
I removed the APU shield and then nothing, no power.
Any repairs suggestions?
Lots of insightful info in this video, thanks a lot
You are welcome!
@5:35 I have a short on this cap here. Showing ~1 Ohm across it. Do you know the proper replacement cap or where I may be able to look it up?

I think its a 100k 50mW 0201 resister. Still trying to figure out what they are for. CSENSEN and CSENSEP..... hmm
Where is the mobo holder from?
Hakko Omnivise
thanks it worked like you said
Where can I get a meter like yours???
If you mean the inline USB meter, I got it from Northridgefix.com.
Where do you find the data sheets ?
Google searches. There is no datasheet for the M92T36 but if you search for M92T30 you will find a very similar IC that seems to have the same pinout.
@@ToltecMerc how do you know what to measure and whre. Is there one for the whole nintendo switch

@@ToltecMerc ok thanks
Very cool! Thanks !!!
Thank you too!
Very informative, thanks!
Thanks! I kind of wish I had actually showed the resistance on a meter. Oh well. I'm a fan of your videos btw!
@@ToltecMerc Thank you, really appreciate it, the feeling is mutual!
👍 Good job, btw where can you get the schematic for the chip pins
