Thank you Bill for helping me load a fresh roll of labels in my Monarch 1136 price gun!! Your video was a HUGH help, but your phone support helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Folks, this guy was patient, didn't laugh (clearly I was the problem...) and had me up and running in minutes. While I did not purchase my Monarch price gun from him, he had no issues helping me. I've been struggling all night with this. Everytime I loaded, it ended up "off" by half so that the price was at the top and the code was at the bottom, and then got more and more off until the prices et all were being cut in half. I watched the video and was doing everthing right, but somehow just by going slowerr putting forward hand pressure on the tags as they fed into the 'mover' mechanism at the bottom, it finally seemed to catch right. Have you had other experience with people saying that it loaded in a 'half off kilter' scenario?
Thanks for the needed help! I literally had the exact same problem. Trying everything, I slowed down and used his instructions and by gooly... it works now. Yay!
