I have to come to this video every time the labels run out on this gun because I can’t seem to figure it out. This video is a lifesaver! Thank you!
Thank you for making the video. Did a search and found some sites that wanted to show me but had to download a program first. No thanks. Again, thanks!
Your very welcome! We are happy to help!
Thanks so much for this. About to have a breakdown at work because I couldn't load the thing and had eight boxes of items left to price
Happy to help!
Thank you!!!!!
You are very welcome!
Thank you so much for the clear and concise video. Can you show me how to adjust how far the label comes out? When I push the trigger the label comes out but it's not coming out all the way it comes out with my finger
I’m having an issue with the ink... it seems to not be fully formed when printing on the label... can someone recommend some tips?
Can you elaborate more on "not fully formed"? If you want, you can also call us and speak with a specialist. 800-537-3336
@@Kencolabel hey there many thanks for the reply! I have solved the issue on my own... I wasn’t pressing the trigger hard enough which made the numbers partially formed.
@@marc-kevinsiegfried6613 Marc, This could also be a sign of debris in the print head. This can be caused by not switching out your inkers often enough (usually recommended 1 inker per sleeve of labels) To clear some of the debris, you can use a Q-tip and some isopropyl alcohol to clean the bands. This could help make the print clearer and require less pressure when using the pricing gun.
@@Kencolabel thank you for the maintenance tip! Really appreciate it.
