How do you adjust how far the label comes out the front? We have one that barely dispenses it half way out, so you've got to take it off with your finger and apply the label

So I have some label guns that is not feeding and yes its in right it just will not feed and it messes to the label that try to feed through the bottom but idk how to fix the issue.
It sounds like it could be broken or defective. Reach out to our support team to see if we can help you troubleshoot this over video. If needed, we do have a repair department that can get this fixed.
When my labels come out they laag,
It comes out half way
Great video, but can you tell me more about the maintenance? Which parts get worn out? Do you lubricate, what kind of lube, what parts to lube? Our 1131's only last a few weeks before slow cycling, and this is with no labels stuck or clogged. These cost so much more than in the past, gets expensive to replace so quickly. By the way, the new ones are black and red if that helps, perhaps the quality isn't there anymore.
I had the same trouble. I realized the cardboard circle in the middle of the roll of labels was too small and it was causing extra tension on the strip of labels. Try to peel most of the cardboard out from the middle of the roll and see if that helps.
@@diannajablonski2396 Thanks, I'm going to try that. I was thinking the spring was worn out.
everyone of these guns has tension that is way too tight and does not print properly because of tension alignment. There is no adjustment for that so what can you do about it.
These should be printing normally.... Please give us a call 800-537-3336 and we can help you troubleshoot this issue.
doesn't tell me how to fix my labeler from printing incorrectly on the label
Can you be more specific about your issue? Are the characters wrong? Is it an alignment issue?
Hi there! Give us a call at 1-800-86-KENCO and one of our label gun specialists will be happy to help you!
This gun doesn’t have the two feeders for the labels
Cora,
I'm not sure I understand your comment. Did you have a specific question about this labeler? Did you need assistance with loading it?
They really need a better system to reload these. A nightmare to deal with in the work place
Some pricers are easier to load then others. The Towa GS is a prime example of a simpler loading, and easier to use pricing gun for single line pricing.

There is no information about maintaining the gun? Your title is misleading
Replacing the inker is the only maintenance step for end users. The gun can be repaired and refurbished but only by trained technicians. Is there something in particular that you need assistance with?
First of all, too much noise int he background makes it hard to hear, secondly WAY too much information in this video. This gun takes like 5 seconds to load... But it was very informative. My suggestion leave a annotation at the start that links directly to the actual loading of the gun (which is like 5 seconds of this 5 minute video)
James Pyle Thanks for the recommendations! If you check out the video description, you will see links to jump you into the different parts of the video.
