yummmm. my fav burger toppings are tomatoes, gherkins and red onion, then (maybe controversially) a mature cheddar. not the best melt but it's what we'd have when my parents made burgers for me, maybe a british thing idk. then a simple ketchup / mayo / mustard burger sauce

Oramen Ramen is very good in Manhattan, Samurai Papa ramen in Brooklyn is quite good, Dutch Kills Cocktail Bar in Queens is good, Mace Cocktail Bar in Manhattan is worth it but its also difficult to get a table
#teamsmashburger Bennigan's (of all places) actually had an amazing, Guinness glazed pub burger I was addicted to... Besides that or a great juicy lucy, it's smash burgers all the way!! Love watching you pros in the kitchen together and so comfortable with each other. 🤩🥰
