Hey Ethan I've noticed so many people are doing house tours for veiws. Whereas first and foremost you do them because you are genuinely interested in them..Big difference! Keep up the good work my friend its really appreciated! Thank you.
Gorgeous wood, kitchen was fantastic! Love all the wood. Another great find. Sad it's going but with the documentation, it will live on thru memory. Until the next adventure!
THANK YOU BLESS YOU ETHAN! SHARED THIS OUT. SQUEEZE A HALF OF LIME INTO A CUP OF HOT GREEN TEA AND ONE TABLE SPOON OF HONEY. IT WILL KICK A COLD. SMILE!
Editing to reword this. If stopped at the 2:18 point, you can see how the 'mystery room' would've worked better as the entrance with the closet moved to where the door currently is, and the garage entrance go through the laundry room. If the powder rm was configured vertically, there'd even be more room for storage in the laundry part. But yeah... definitely a confusing area there! I wish we'd been able to see the pre-update of this house because i bet i would've liked it more. It wasn't horrible, just not my taste in flooring, paint, and finishes. I loved the retro staircase spindles so much, and the kitchen was nice too except for the style of the island (i would've put the sink in the island facing the backyard). That door with the textured glass was a neat feature too. Thanks for the tour! 🙂
I'm not being mean or Disrespectful here, but all of these abandoned Mansions/Houses with all the Solid wood working ,doors, trim etc, will absolutely never be found again, why would anyone in Their right mind want to leave that behind like that, it simply amazes me.
Temperature centigrade must have been miserable. We could see it on your face. Further west used to call the cold Alberta Clipper. Whole continent dipped very artic. You have my sympathy. We now live southern U.S. ( still cool)
@@waynesummey5051 Excuse Me, What are You talking about, I live in the United States, I'm also in my early 50''s,Solid wood doesn't decay, I know that for a Fact as My Parents have Solid Oak Paneling throughout Their entire Ranch Home, and it still looks as good as when They First bought the paneling in the early 1990's. Also My Parents have a Solid Oak coffee table that My Older Brother made for My Mom when He was in High School, over 40 Years Ago, Again the coffee table is in mint condition.
People pass on, flee for personal reasons, in some cases it may be too painful for the family to return after the loss of a loved one. Life can be cruel. However these are only material possessions.
Thank you for sharing this house, I love the Kitchen and I love your Story Telling of The Famlies in your videos, you really Don't know what happens to these families, you make these Explores more interesting and it really gets you thinking about what truly happened to all these families that just up and leave.. You Ethan are soo Respectful and very well Respected.. Thank you again 🥰
It seems the colours and upgrades dont blend well together in this house Ethan . Somewhat of a hodge podge of styles and colours . I hope the kitchen is saved but not the ghastly yellow bench island. Well done Ethan and look after your cold. Hope you feel better soon .
Hey Ethan , nice house . Like the top half bottom needs lots of work . Take care , many colds this time of year , going from decent temps to fluffen cold .
Hey Ethan..you look frozen 🥶...kitchens nice ,love the glass block in the bathroom..nice big front room ...house was OK 👍..thanks for the tour Ethan...stay safe well, warm and happy ❤️💋
What a nice house I enjoy this I like the back of the house I like the windows and the patio it have lots of space and you can bbq with your friends and family I love this
The lower basement, that was neon pink, that was a hidden room. The front of the door had shelves. It was sitting to the left of Ethan, next to the last step.
Unless there's a mold issue why are they always is tearing down things that not need be? Houses were built better than, you got builders that seriously are on crack these days, too many times they're built with flaws and little insulation i can literally hear water running from the walls in new homes. They're crap.
I think a majority of that house was built in the early 2000's and not built in the 60's. The old, low ceilinged basement area with the green walls is probably the only original part from the 60's. The old 1960's construction would have scraped and the newer construction was built on top of and around the old basement area. I've seen that before in builds but I'm not sure why it would be done. 🤔
Nice house. I would love have seen it when it was being lived in I'm sure something else will be built here and hopefully the family has another beautiful home.
The wood floors are beautiful..I agree not much 60's in the house.. Careful when you go into those small spaces..wear a mask so you don't breathe in any junk😷
It looked to me like the bookcases, etc. in the office were painted that unappealing red/brown along with a lot of the trim throughout the house. Doubtful that was something in the 60’s,
The renovation was done horribly, in my opinion. The original front door was definitely changed, and the foyer used to be open to that nice staircase. The original floorplan was chopped up in a weird way. Would have loved to see this house in its original format.
It could of been a foreclosure due to deaths...illnesses...many reasons. When i bought my house i made it clear to my realtor i didnt want to buy a foreclosure house ...to sad..bad vibes.
We have glass blocks in our master bath! Our house was built in 2018… it’s our dream house. We waited twenty years of marriage to finally buy a home of our own. We didn’t settle and got everything we dreamed of. 💜🫶💜

Hi Ethan, I love the videos you do on the abandoned homes. Some are just so beautiful. Your amazing Ethan!

The stairway looked very retro.
Nice house 🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠🏠
My brother is 6' 4". When he and other family members built me a new kitchen, he had to keep ducking the ceiling light cause the ceiling is so low.
Hi Nathan lv Ann uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️

Hi Ethan and Nice Coat you got on
Hey Ethan hope you feel better 🤗💜 and great video as always 💜✌️🇨🇦
Hi Ethan!❤
I must say they loved wacky art and wall colours
Hi Ethan! 😊 Please be careful!! ❤
the glass tile backsplash tells me it's atleast late 2000's. 08 or 09 at the oldest. wonder why it was abandoned. bank foreclosure maybe?
It looks like this home was used as a foster home with all the signs put up
Sup from Kentucky❤

The 60s looking stair railings should be saved. Classic.
Love your winter coat❤👍🏻
Drywall in the living room looks like it is hung backwards, tan side is the backside. White side is paint/stucco side.
I love those wood floors. 😊
The wood floors are beautiful..I agree not much 60's in the house..
Careful when you go into those small spaces..wear a mask so you don't breathe in any junk😷
Interesting house.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
See you get called out if you look in a mirror and don't say what's up guys lol
I love it! I wonder what state it's in?!?🤔
Was this built in the 2000’s? Or was it remodeled in the 2000”s
I absolutely love the floor's.

I was expecting to see Art the clown sitting in the pink basement room. 😱
You are definetly braver than I am. I get creeped out by some places you explore. What’s the creepiest thing you have found in houses you explore
Ethan why are all the houses being demolished can't they save or restore any of them ?
Hi Ethan ❤❤❤
Weird layout in that house.

❤😊
I thought you said there was a tragic sad story behind this if so you forgot to mention it it's just an old house
Clickbait
Weird house...I did not get good vibes what so ever...Could be just me.
Another bad house being torn down.
It could of been a foreclosure due to deaths...illnesses...many reasons. When i bought my house i made it clear to my realtor i didnt want to buy a foreclosure house ...to sad..bad vibes.
