Well if you're good enough to make the WSM final you're not really going to skip any events as you're going to lose out on points. It's the person with the most points at the end of the day, so unless you're injured or have a massive lead it makes no sense to pass up an event. Cheers
Bioavailability is nothing to do with how much protein there actually is. It's a pretty well established scientific fact that cooking many foods makes many nutrients more easily digested by humans. The bodybuilding myth is that drinking raw eggs is a good way to get more protein

In just about every decade since the 60's, medical advancements have been made in treating the sort of health problems that steroids can cause, and with it comes bigger body builders. It's all the medical treatments they get for their steroid use that allows them to use more and more. Nobody took a gram back in the 60's, now that's a low dose. If their blood pressure starts climbing, they just take some lisinopril, or another drug that wasn't around back in the day. Same with liver enzymes, ect

Most people are used to mix reality and the things they see on TV or video. All bodybuilding and powerlifting videos are glimpses to 2 subcultures. Most people do not understand what exactly they are looking, how it all works, and what drives the bodybuilder/powerlifter to do what they do. Even if you say everything as it is most people will not understand.
