    The best Bodybuilder and Powerlifters do Bodybuilding- and Powerlifting-training, those wo just do one of them, wont be as strong and big as they could be. Just look at Larry Wheels, Ronnie Coleman and Ed Coan, he was also jacked as F.. You have to do intramuscular coordination training and Muscle Hypertrophie.

    I powerlift but let's not put down other aspects of fitness or training. Regardless of which way you choose to train, hit it hard and be the biggest savage you can be. Can't do this shit forever.

    The fact there's suits and wraps that can add Over a 100lbs to squat bench deadlift That's strength when ur average power lifter doing it who is small and only does a few hundred pounds for each

    Real training as opposed to bodybuilding or working out? First off fuck you bitch...I know bodybuilders and people training with weights that crush you big tough power lifters in output in the gym. You're exactly what's wrong with power lifters with that attitude.

    • @MrKoolaidjam

      +terminator360tm mma fighters kick any other athlete's ass, just like sprinters will beat them on a race. what's your point?

    • @anthonyg4113
      @anthonyg4113 9 років тому

      +Breakneck I agree with you. But it's just a different style of training. Bodybuilding you have to give everything you got to get that one last rep, powerlifting you have to give everything you got to move the most weight possible. Powerlifting style training and rep ranges are way more dangerous. Both are challenging mentally and physically, but powerlifting I think is A LOT more reliant on mental toughness and it's just more badass. Just my opinion.

    • @TheArgyraspides1
      @TheArgyraspides1 9 років тому

      +Breakneck i think statement about real training is very far from truth, maybe author just expressed himself wrong. Bodybuilders train with more volume and more intensity-training to failure....with short rests btw sets-more dense.....greater time under tension.... Powerlifting training is based around 90% 1rmax and with lot of rest btw sets. Powerlifting training takes 2-3hours out of which only 15min is training, volume is low, reps are low and rest btw sets are from 5-10mins. Beside that some methods in 1 week out of 4 trainings have 2 trainings with very light weights which is called dynamic day.

    • @carloschavez7678
      @carloschavez7678 9 років тому

      Powerlifters train with a lot of volume too and even with high reps, depends on the person. The difference between the two has to do more with the goals

    The main difference is that anyone of any athletic ability can do bodybuilding and generally get results. Powerlifting is the more of the sport side of working out and not everyone can be successful doing it.

    Powerlifting Is more intense and harder then bodybuilding. I did bodybuilding for a few years never went heavy just focused on hypertrophy and growth. Complelty pointless. I began powerlifting wit a mix of bodybuilding. Nd I will tell you. Training was definitely harder nd more intense. Idc wat you say but powerlifting is and always will be harder then bodybuilding. That's why powerlifting is a sport. And bodybuilding isn't. There's a difference.

    props to the girl that benches 240, thats real heavy weight, i just cringe seeing her bend her fucking back to the radius of a smart car tire!

    • @gregorymilligan6266
      @gregorymilligan6266 9 років тому

      danthemanzizle Once thy showed her, the video stopped being relevant to strength. It's really not difficult to bench absurdly high weights when one does not even bring their arms to a 90 degree bend. In my tests, the arch and lack of arm movement over tripled my bench.

    It's funny I'm always hearing this shit about how there's one way of lifting that is far superior than an another. Bodybuilding is this Powerlifting is that and then there's weight lifting. Let's face it everyone who enter's a gym is always thinking of one thing. How much can I do. In other words we're all the same one way or another, we're iron brothers. Shut the fuck up and lift. Don't try to be anybody but your BADASS self.
