I just received my dvr today I have everything hooked up I'm using my laptop with the HDMI cord and nothing is showing up on my laptop. It came with no software its connected to a bridge modem like my previous one. I can't get anykind of display to show up on my laptop.
Hi Crystal, I am not sure if it is can work on laptop or what you should do with it. If you just want to check your system is working try to connect it with HMDI to any PC monitor or flat TV, also check your HMDI because some of these cable is too old and can not handle HD videos. I hope that helps and you can find the problems.
Salam Billal, yes you can connect more than one mobile at the same time, you follow same steps for second mobile but system will send notification to first mobile to ask for permission, once first mobile agreed and give permission , the second person can access the system then. I hope that helps.
You either connect with HMDI cable between your DVR and Monitor or with VGA cable between the DVR or the monitor if the monitor have VGA but if monitor have both HMDI would be better. Just connect and no need for any extra settings. I hope that helps.
Go in setting At the bottom left corner is the mode ( easy or expert mode) Expert mode will give you more options. On the options list click system Then click live view Then look for dwell time on the right side CHOOSE NO SWITCH
if you have bought this product or zosi or annke from ebay or amazon it is dodgy and your extended warranty means nothin if its in the first month return it, it will fail.

Doesn’t work. I fallowed the steps
I have an error i enables sancee home and put the password in but it still says offline
Check your internet cable, and go to network in the DVR menu, make sure it is connected and your system is online.
