Monitor is dark
Hi. I have that system and it works great. I have the 4 camera system but only 3cameras. I can't find a kare 4th camera for it. I got a Sansco 1020 dome camera for it but it won't work. Would you know what other camera will work with it. Thanks

Hi I've just brought a sansco all in one set up. Fantastic picture and easy to set up. The box is in the sons room and in the middle of the night it beeps and sounds like its rebooting ive turn all the alarms off I can see. Any ideas? Thanks Barry.
Hi Barry - Not sure about that unfortunately - not come across such an issue. Have you tried to contact the manufacturer support? Or perhaps tried a hard reset of the box to see if that fixes it?

If you leave it empty, it should record continuously. I believe it goes back up to 1 week (or 2 weeks, can't remember), of playback recording. I would leave it as Manual rather than Schedule.
How has these cameras holding up so far it’s been like what 3 years ?

It keeps formatting daily, can you help me with this please?
Forgot to mention, the record sign along with the sound and a circle is in the bottom left corner but a lot of the time the record sign doesn't show.
Hi. Are you recording directly onto the hard drive? And are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet?
Dear Friend, I have Deatti system that is very similar to yours. Same metal bos, very similar
vidieo interface. I tried for a few days to get the motion detect to work but no success.
No buzzer. Girl at Deatti was very polite, but I do not think she understood the problem. I took the cover off the box to discover
there was no buzzer just an empty space on the board. Next I took the buzzer from my original unit and soldered it to the new
unit. It would buzz now at reboot but still not at motion alarm. They offered me £10 for compensation, but that wont make it work.
I think the motion alarm must have been a nuisance so they disabled it and nevey told anybody. I wonder did it ever work
on your unit.

Hi I have no manuals, just wanted to know what app you use on your phone so u can check your cameras when away from the home?
Hi. You have to use the XMEye App. Its available on both iOS and Android. I use it with my iPad and works great. To get it setup, on the CCTV Screen, Right Click > Guide > Next > Next > Next - once you see the QR Codes, scan it using the XMEye App and you should be good to go! Just make sure your CCTV is connected to your home network, either wirelessly or wired.

All depends on your purpose. I have one on the front door, about 7 foot from the ground. The others are high up on the house, maybe 12 ft high.

Hi. I don't think so as you need those LED's for it to work at night time as part of the nightvision tech.
How about cutting a disc of black paper or card with a hole in the middle for the lens - that would then cover up the LED’s. I have a similar problem and it seems to work. Obviously night vision will be adversely affected.
I would like to have my monitor with just 2 pictures on the monitor instead of 4. Any help please. Thank you in advance.
Hi mate .i'm have a problem with my new system ,when i first connected my cameras they were fine . but i changed the resolution on them and no i have nothing ,only a small cross in the middle of my tv . i have tried to change the resolution back ,but still it isn't working .please could you help.
Hi! I would try a couple of things first:
1. Try connect to a different monitor and see if that works?
2. See if you can switch between PAL or NTSC modes
3. Do a reset of the DVR - This is done via the settings screen on the monitor - no hard reset button on the DVR itself.
3. If all else fails, you'll have to to contact the manufacturer, and they should be able to get back to you within a couple of days.

Depending on the model you get, yes, on the internal memory. Best to check with the seller beforehand to make sure.
I just got this system and I changed the resolution and now it shows the video in black and white when it was recording in color before. What can I do
I did set my cctv all good first 2hours I could see one coulor and other 3 black and white after 2 hours I can't see nothing on the TV any ideas
I have the Sanco Model avr7808 installed in the home however, after updating the dvr the camera color stays on black and white and won't bet back to color. What should i do?

Hi Sam. I had the same problem after using this for 3 years. The hard drive stopped displaying under Storage, which after contacting support, mentioned the HDD was damaged and I had to buy a new one. So I ordered a replacement, swapped it out and it worked absolutely fine again. Sorry if thats not the answer you're looking for?
I baught one with the system didn’t work .. so Sansco told me to get the purple western digital one And I literally got this hard drive today and was manufactured in November 2020 but still nothing

You might need a new SSD to replace. It happened to me once and I installed a new storage drive, and it started working again.

can you download an incident on to a memory card or disc? how does that work?
Yep, you should have a USB port on the CCTV DVR - insert a USB Stick or Hard Drive and it should give you an option to backup video from the settings menu.
What about the phone app
have you a video to show how to back up some recordings from the Kare.
Not yet - I will do one soon. But if you put a USB stick/hard drive into the Kare system, it should provide an option to back videos up.
Why is it when i play back its not comming up green just staying white
Can I use this system without internet? How would it work?
Yes! If you use without internet, it will simply record to its internal hard drive, which you can play back. The internet connection is so you can link it to the App to view remotely from your smartphone/tablet app.

Manually, you can double click on the screen you want to see. Not sure if there is an automatic cycle of the camera's, but you might have to contact the customer support if you are stuck.
Trending Reviews You can also use the 1, 2, 3 and 4 buttons on the remote to change cameras. To cycle through the cameras automatically in sequence, go to the system menu and then the “Tour” menu where you can set up auto cycling of the cameras.
