    I owe it to what I have learned from Brian Tracy over the years as the chief reason I am financially independent today. His work on Self-Concept and Goal Setting is priceless. I have been using the ABCDE method for over 30 years and still plan every day before going to bed and assign ABCDE to each item. It's a habit that seems as natural as breathing.

    I have recently been promoted to a financial advisor, which is not compulsory to be in the office. I am very organised person but i want to ensure that if i am working from home that i don't loose track of my routine i would have had in the office.
    this video really helped me to further my to do list, to be more efficient with my time to ensure i stay on track of targets.

    I like the idea of expanding the usual ABC method to include delegate and eliminate categories. That will give me a new outlook on prioritising by giving myself permission to delegate or eliminate tasks I have always assigned to myself. Liberating idea, thank you for sharing!

    Mr Tracy, I can even imagined how my life would be if I´d have grown near a person like you. However, I do have been able to build a good level of selfdiscipline, and I strongly believed that is such a great tool to accomplish all my goals and to act about what is really important. I am 120% sure that I am going to continue watching your videos, so thanks a lot and greetings from Chile

    I have a question:
    In what category activities such as exercising, learning the guitar, traveling etc can be put under?
    Because, although they may not have serious immediate consequences, not doing them will interfere with a few of my long term goals such as being physically fit and having a decent command over the guitar.

    I really love your videos, thank you so much! I do the frog method, most of the time it gives me a push to the following tasks. I think I am very good organized, and I could spend literally hours with planning, prioritizing and stuff like that Instead of taking action and stay focused . I am struggling with concentration and beginning and focusing on the task. I don't think that there is a problem with the to-do list or that I didn't know what to do, just with concentration an focussing. Any suggestions?

    • @iloveshinyobjects

      It could be procrastination which is usually caused by some emotion you want to avoid. But focusing the basics are a great place to start enough sleep/consistent sleep, eat well, drink enough water, take a good multi-vitamin my fav. is Dr. Daniel Amen's bright minds www.brainmdhealth.com/products/all-products/bright-minds-memory-powder & 2,000-3,000 of fish oil.

    • @geezee1946
      @geezee1946 4 роки тому

      Thing is hanging out with friends and family is no neccesarily a "C" task. In fact for myself quite often hanging out with my family is an "A" priority.
      If you categorize you activities you will realize when it is too high in your priorities. The idea with ABCDE is to be deliberate about where you spend your time.
