I owe it to what I have learned from Brian Tracy over the years as the chief reason I am financially independent today. His work on Self-Concept and Goal Setting is priceless. I have been using the ABCDE method for over 30 years and still plan every day before going to bed and assign ABCDE to each item. It's a habit that seems as natural as breathing.
I have recently been promoted to a financial advisor, which is not compulsory to be in the office. I am very organised person but i want to ensure that if i am working from home that i don't loose track of my routine i would have had in the office. this video really helped me to further my to do list, to be more efficient with my time to ensure i stay on track of targets.
Thank your Brian for a simple approach to managing time on daily bases. It a simple approach for any person to follow and manage. God bless you, Brian.
I like the idea of expanding the usual ABC method to include delegate and eliminate categories. That will give me a new outlook on prioritising by giving myself permission to delegate or eliminate tasks I have always assigned to myself. Liberating idea, thank you for sharing!
Mr Tracy, I can even imagined how my life would be if I´d have grown near a person like you. However, I do have been able to build a good level of selfdiscipline, and I strongly believed that is such a great tool to accomplish all my goals and to act about what is really important. I am 120% sure that I am going to continue watching your videos, so thanks a lot and greetings from Chile
I started using the ABCDE methods just before watching your video, because you had offered it in another video and lo an behold, I could actually prioritize from A1-A5!
I always prepare the list and set priority every day , but I don't know exactly which one is the most important things and what is the difference between A and B But now I realize after listen to your advise today , thank you Brian
Just the other day was reading "Get Smart" and read about this, putting it to use and it works wonders 😊 thanks so much mr Tracy for sharing such knowledge with us 😇
Thank you thank you..u are my true inspiration and motivation...Mr.Brian..God bless you and ur family'take action, take action now" this is what always in my mind this days!
Thank You so very much, your words are strong and clear, I highly appreciate your influence on how I think and act. God bless you Brian with good health and long life!

by making this comment, i am almost having a conversation with you Brian, i admire your work and dedication. thank you for your hard work. i love your advices. It is kind of hard to develop a good habit as an easy habit is easier to develop. my confort zone is too strong .. it has been with me for my 30 years of life, and i am not sure i can get out :( i will try this method, and hopefully i will not step aside from it. Guys please like the video, so Brian get first in search. thank you in advance :)
Thank you, Mr. Tracy. I've found this method quite useful but also came to a major problem by using it. If I work on A tasks all day long and each day of the week, I don't find energy for my friends and family anymore.
My challenge is that I have a bunch of A-1 high consequence projects/tasks that if don't get completed, all could be lost. Example, marketing, order fulfillment, working with clients is critical every day. These are the items to start and grow a business as a one man island.
Brian, I am a life insurance broker. This activity has been very helpful to me, I actually read about these ideas in your book "Goals". Since reading your book I'm having one of the most productive months of my career.
Hello Gary, Thank you for your kind words. I am glad to hear about your increased productivity! Keep going and remember: You must be absolutely clear about your goal, but be flexible about the process of achieving it. To YOUR success, Brian Tracy
Brian, great video as always. I'll be definitely using this method. Could you make a video about HABITS please? That's the most difficult thing for me. I can sometimes work on my biggest project for one, two weeks every day but then I get distracted from it and end up procrastinating...
Hello, Thank you for your kind message. I appreciate your video suggestion and I definitely will look further into the topic of habits. Remember: Successful people are simply those with successful habits. To YOUR success, Brian Tracy
I have a question: In what category activities such as exercising, learning the guitar, traveling etc can be put under? Because, although they may not have serious immediate consequences, not doing them will interfere with a few of my long term goals such as being physically fit and having a decent command over the guitar.
I really love your videos, thank you so much! I do the frog method, most of the time it gives me a push to the following tasks. I think I am very good organized, and I could spend literally hours with planning, prioritizing and stuff like that Instead of taking action and stay focused . I am struggling with concentration and beginning and focusing on the task. I don't think that there is a problem with the to-do list or that I didn't know what to do, just with concentration an focussing. Any suggestions?
It could be procrastination which is usually caused by some emotion you want to avoid. But focusing the basics are a great place to start enough sleep/consistent sleep, eat well, drink enough water, take a good multi-vitamin my fav. is Dr. Daniel Amen's bright minds www.brainmdhealth.com/products/all-products/bright-minds-memory-powder & 2,000-3,000 of fish oil.
Thing is hanging out with friends and family is no neccesarily a "C" task. In fact for myself quite often hanging out with my family is an "A" priority. If you categorize you activities you will realize when it is too high in your priorities. The idea with ABCDE is to be deliberate about where you spend your time.
I have a problem of escaping what I find difficult even though I know how important it might be?? I don't want to do so, it really messes up my life. Anyone having any suggestions??

Should I do this in conjunction with chunking?
Is chunking the same thing as batching? Putting together similar tasks so you can get in the zone?
