Mr. Tracy seems like a kind man.
He has disciplined himself to learn the principles of success and now he's successful. Good for him.

Funny in the 1980s I went to Brian Tracy seminar in Edmonton Alberta called the Phoenixx seminar
Change my life and put my whole perspective into a new direction. Simple story he told about the inventor and how they got inspiration from nowhere to create something that never existed. At that point I realized I did not need to do anything except to be myself let my passion move me. I love this guy

    1 hardwork
    2 self discipline
    3 persistent behavior
Plan your day in written form
Completion of task is more important than working on tasks
    Distraction is opposite to discipline.
1 Focus on quality of product
2 help people to achieve their goals
Business is to see the problem, n fulfil the need in excellent way.
Read business mags n improve your reading.
    Give time to your family.
    Happy costumer is best marketing.
Hiring your employee is to make a list of best qualities to see in the employee.

Many thanks to Brian for his wisdom. I started learning English and my path of self-development by listening to his audiobook in 2004. I am glad that I personally met with him 3 times in Russia. And even accompanied him and his son David to the airport to check in for a flight after a three-day seminar in Moscow. An amazing experience! He has had (and continues to have) a huge impact on the lives of many people.
