The most sought after thing to do in Mumbai is most likely High Tea at The Taj Mahal Palace hotel, located just beside the famous Gateway of India. The Sea Lounge is a beautiful restaurant with great service and the High Tea buffet was overall good. If you like these kinds of experiences with nice little bite foods, champagne and fine dinning service you will most likely appreciate High tea. That being said, for us, we found it nice but overpriced for what it is.
For our last couple of days in India, we stayed at The Grand Hyatt Hotel and Residences and this was probably one of the best hotel we have ever stay at. Large rooms, beautiful hotel, many dinning options and so much more at a very reasonable price. ($187usd per night)
We also had to do a quick stop at the Palladium Mall, of of the best in the country. If you like shopping, you will for sure LOVE that mall.
Finally, for our last meal in India, we decided to go have lunch at The Table restaurant, one of the most hyped place in Mumbai at the moment. In a few words, we loved everything we ate! Great wine selection, food items from all around the world and ingredients freshly sources from India for a delicious farm to table concept. We highly recommend that restaurant.
After 8 days in one of the most fascinating country in the world, it is time to leave. (I only had a week vacation left from work sadly... But we will be back) This trip was an amazing experience filled with culture, history, great people and TONS OF FOOD. Next time we will be leaving the cities to explore other aspect of India. Until next time!

Wow, First of all thanks for visiting our beautiful country & I hope you guys have enjoyed it's beauty, people & overall culture throughout your journey. We wish you all the best & your videos are pretty much amazing. Lots & lots of love from India always 🇮🇳
Sad :(
Hey you must visit kerala, southern part of india 😊🤍
Good
Taj is not the most luxurious hotel in India but is definitely one of the iconic hotels in the world to visit.
The most luxurious hotel is Umaid Bhavan Palace and hotel in Jodhpur or Udai Villas in Udaipur.
I'm gonna for check check those out. Thanks :)
@@DaveMani Rambagh Palace in Jaipur is the most expensive hotel in India. The price for its most expensive suite for 1 day and 1 night is Rs. 10,00,000 or about $12,200 !
As an Indian, even I have never heard about Umaid Bhavan Palace.
@@enasnirercos7626 Me too. I never heard. Taj is most popular.
@@enasnirercos7626 many celebrities got married there like Priyanka Chopra and my friend was the restaurant manager there at that time she was too drunk that night 😂😂
Next time come to Kerala too when you visit India! I’ve been living here in Kerala for 10 years now (I’m from Finland) and would recommend to travel to Wayanad, Munnar, Kochi or Varkala for example :)
love from Trivandrum, India 🦋😊🤍
Next time for sure! 100%
Man! I just came around your video randomly, I loved the energy and connect you make with us the viewers.. I binge watched your India tour, and I got to know many things about my own country I didn't know before.. Thanks for this amazing experience!! Lots of love to you.. come back to India again and Take care!!
Thank you so much for watching! :)
Most Kenyans associate India with medical tourism. Thanks for the videos. Great to see other parts of India 😊
I did not know about that!
@@DaveMani Yes.. a hell lot of Bangladeshis, Africans (from all corners of the continent), Pakistanis and even Americans n Europeans visit India for Medical tourism.. firstly, the hospitals here in Tier 1 cities are world class, there's no possible treatment of humans that is not available in India.. secondly, a MRI in India costs you 1/10th of what you would spend in the US. So yeah, apart from regular tourism..medical tourism attracts a lot of revenue.
Am amazed by how India is so developed, the featuristic City skyline is beautiful
India is beautiful and doing great! :)
India is a place where dialect, culture, food, clothes, deity everythin changes in every 50 km. you have mainly visited the cities where people have become more western influenced. had you visited the smaller areas like small towns and villages you would have experienced the cultures of india and its diversity 🙏
India is a big country and you just can't cover everything in one short trip.
I appreciate what we saw. It is still India 🙏
We love every second of our time in India!
Cheers to that!
8:36 the best part ... Thank you for showing real beauty of India🇮🇳💖 But this beauty is not understood by western media😔
It was a true pleasure. :)
Gonna miss you two❤️. Lots of love from Assam 🇮🇳. Suggestion: Do try some thali like Punjabi thali, Bengali thali, Gujrati thali, Assamese thali, Rajasthani thali and so on. That will amaze you for sure. Choose a good restaurant for that though. Can't wait to see you back in India.
And we cannot wait to come back to India! :P
Amazing series! And glad The Table was a good palette cleanser. And more worth the money for sure. Can't wait to see you tour again.
The Table was amazing indeed! :)
Real india🇮🇳 ❤ doesn't resides in big hotels or restorent.... But in village, small towns, streets❤❤
I fully agree!
And Mumbai is the worst Expensive and filthy, only good if you have buttload of money to spend.
7:06 these paintings behind you on the wall are from Ajanta Buddhist cave monastery and these paintings according to UNESCO are atleast 2100 to 2200 years old.
Wow that is incredible!
Loved your India series. As an Indian I rediscovered India thanks to you both. Looking forward to your future series! Best Wishes!
Wow thank you so so much!
Thank you for this series! I absolutely love it

Thanks for wisit I think tha hospitality of India people is quite good.
It was an amazing trip! :)
okay I never usually comment on youtube but that little clip you you eating 'pani-puri' at 2:36 felt like a little stab in my heart. pani-puri being one of my favourite foods, I would LOVE to explain to you the right way of eating/appreciating it.
1. Acquire 'puri'- the little round fried ball.
2. Make a little hole at the top with your fingernail but make sure not to crack the whole thing accidentally.
3. Add solids inside the puri- boiled potato, sprouts, boiled lentils- its pretty customisable and there are no rules. The options that you are served WILL change depending on where you are in the country.
4. Add chutney(s)- Ideally one brown chutney (tamarind+jaggery - sour/sweet) and another green chutney (mint+coriander+ spices - spicy/incredible). Again, completely customisable! You like sour? Add more tamarind chutney! Spicy? Green.
5. Add the crunch - Boondi (yellow tiny fried circles) or sev (basically savoury sprinkles).
6. Add the 'pani' (delicious spiced water). You may dip the entire puri with its contents into the container with the pani in order to fill it to the brim of the puri OR add it with a spoon depending on where you are and how civilised you want to seem.
7. Put the whole entire thing in your mouth in one go (like how you'd eat sushi) and enjoy. Do NOT bite into it like a hamburger.
8. Fall to your knees and aggressively pray to the lord for hand crafting the brain of the genius who invented this dish.
💌
Also, if you're confused about something or want to know more literally ask anyone- could be a random person on the street or a Taj employee. Taj employees are famously known for their hospitality, compassion and kindness.
Have fun!
Love
haha didn`t want to offend nobody! :P We actually love Indian food more than any other cuisine in the world!
Loved it guys!
Thanks! :)
Injoy culture and diversity which makes india different from other country 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
India is so great! :)
That was a great Series guys, welcome back to Nairobi.
Thanks a lot Mburu! :)
Waiting for Indian part 2 I really enjoyed….you always have awesome videos 💕
Oh we will go back for sure :)
Thats because you had food outside. Home cooked Indian meals(dals, rice, normal veggies, pickels, wheat/bajra rotis) are way different from restraunt food, much healthier and not heavy at all. Even Indians would be overwhelmed if we had to eat food outside everyday for even 3 days.
I can see that.
Having been an early support I so proud of the strides you are making much love.
Cheers! ❤️❤️❤️
giving the costs of the food in the restaurants was very informative. Keep it up.
Thank you! Will do!
And as always your videos never disappoint. 💯
I appreciate that! 👍🏼😬
Bro at the end what I saw?? you are going back?? Hope your Tour of India is great and you got many memories to share with our future kids. Miss you, buddy. Can't wait to see your next India vlog.
We can't wait to come back already!
Alright since you may plan to explore India again, you should definitely consider Varanasi for mesmerising spiritual experience, do explore temples in south and yoga ashram, do explore Manali Shimla through Atal tunnel (get a taxi for that to explore beautiful views), you can even visit Kashmir, Ladakh and north east of India.
Thanks a lot for that. :D
Awesome video & thanks for showing The iconic Taj hotel hotel I have seen thousands of time from outside never dared to go in as it's way expensive for a middle class man 😢 but sure one day I will dine in that hotel hope you guys enjoyed stay blessed 🙌 Greetings from India 🇮🇳 namaste 🙏
Oh trust me, it was way to expensive for us too!
4:50 Beautiful shot of Tracey. Man, you are a great cinematographer!
Thank you very much Rohit.
Guys your vlogs are amazing. Taj means crown and The Taj hotel, Mumbai is a jewel. It's so cool... Keep it up 🤘

A lot of love♥️ from indore, India.
Our pleasure!
It’s one of the best hotels in India but not the best, Rambagh hotel in Jaipur and Umaid Bhavan palace is the best of them all and even rank under top 5 in world and taj hotels as a chain is the best one throughout the world as per recent list.
I`ll make sure to check the other ones then! wow
nice ariel shot loved it
Thanks Khan :)
Mumbai 'was' financial capital of India.
Bangalore 'is' new financial capital of India now.
keep dreaming
@@snfab1 All new companies are going to South India - mostly bangalore. Unstable Maharashtra government loosing all new employment opportunity.
You just wait 5 years and see the result.
Maharashtra will loose top spot.
I'm not sure about that but don't know enough to argue...
The difference between Mumbai and Delhi is so clear that foreigners can easily understand. The cultures at the root are very different indeed.
Two different places for sure and we had a good time in both cities! :)
He'll brother 😇
I randomly got a video of yours of visiting India and than I clicked on it and i love your energy and curiosity to know about different different countries 💖
I watched all of your videos covering India and that's just iconic ✨💫
But I have to tell you that unfortunately you only visited 5-7% of India . I hope you will come next time and see another amazing places like the amazing State Gujarat and in Gujarat specially AHEMDABAD 🙌🏻🤍 I highly recommed you to visit ahemdabad once👍🏻.
I love your videos so so much 😇.
Lot's of love from India🇮🇳❤️

We had the best time in India! 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Enjoy the trip guys. I so agree with the review, it is indeed hyped.
Yeah... not a must do... 😅
It seems you had a pretty good India tour. I would request you to visit India some more times, this time visit the scenic places, small towns, and especially do visit the temples of India, the architecture and sculpting will definitely make you awestruck. My country India is a unique place. It's a subcontinent. We have gazillion of things to offer. We are a grand beautiful chaos 🤭😁😂 in this depressed world.
We will for sure go back 👍🏼
That's how u enjoy all exclusive foods, rooms it's great 👍 best of luck for your travel ,,,,,feel at home in India 🇮🇳 😀
Thanks my friend. ❤️👍🏼
There are SEVERAL other hotels in India that match the Taj Mumbai for luxury. And several outdo it - the Falaknuma on Hyderabad, for instance, or the Udaipur Lake Hotel, and several of the Palace Hotels ibn Rajasthan (and etc etc)
I'll make sure to check those out for our next trip. Thank you :)

Mumbai is definitely the New York of India. You can tell this is where everybody comes to make it, be famous etc. My only concern is the smog that engulfs the city, you could see the cloud over the city skyline. Hopefully, they make attempts to reduce the pollution.
Lol what!? No fk'n way it's anywhere close to NY. Even 1950's NY was way better than this. LOL
I fully agree with that. Down Town Mumbai looks like any other big city to me.
@@asakurayoh3909 Clearly you never understood my comment. There's a world of difference in saying something resembles New York and quite another in saying it is the New York of that place. In other words, I meant it is the biggest city of India and it's financial capital.
@@asakurayoh3909 Mumbai may not look a city of a developed country but the oportunities it throws at you is unlimited. For a reason, a city called as mumbai in a 3rd world is a home to 61 billionaires which is 8th highest in the world. Its a home to the world's biggest film industry by size. That is the reason it is newyork of India. Yes it also has a skyline of tall buildings.
Leaving already 😢. Come back soon.
And all the best for your future travels. ❤
We will be back! :)
Like Mumbai trip
We loved it! :D
Hope you had a great time in our beloved country. We look forward to welcoming you again.
Just a suggestion: in the Indian flag saffron comes on the top followed by white in the middle and an Ashoka Chakra with blue and green at the bottom
Thank you so much. We had the best time in India! :) 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Visit Himalayas, Beaches, Islands, North-Eastern states next time❤️
Next time!
Completed India series back to back after 1 one video😂. Just want to say thanks , you guys were amazing and you captured everything greatly but the drone shots were the best🔥🔥Visit Again😊.
Wow thank you so so much!
actually if you want to see utter luxury go to leela palace in bengaluru or udaivilas in udaipur👍
I did not know that!!
The Buffet in most Luxury Hotels are for aspiring middle class who are not the regular guests of such hotels, hence the mediocre food and served in the coffee shop of the hotel. For a truly luxury experience you have to go to their specialty restaurants or you can try one of the premium restaurants of Mumbai as you did.
Fair enough
Let me tell you what I really like about what y’all did. You guys really splurged on great hotels. In my opinion: it is great! Especially for safety. Many female Indians have told my husband and I to stay in good quality hotel because they are safer.
The hotel we picked was for sure really nice. Big fans!!!
You should have vist vineyard in nashik, maharashtra
Next time for sure! :)
Please visit Manali, Spiti, Ladakh in your next trip
Next time for sure ;)
@@DaveMani 👍
well that's a good way to end off the trip, not to shabby
It was a great day :)
I think it's a genuine review of the Taj Mahal Hotel. Instead of the buffet, u could have ordered food as per choice to get the experience if you were guided properly & the stay & service hospitality of the Taj is more famous than the food
Maybe yes.
I hope you next time visit in south indian
Fore sure 100%.
It's not India's most luxurious hotel ,it's Umaid bhawan palace hotel one the most luxurious hotel in the world.
Oh I'm gonna look it up :) Thanks.
