Man, I'm sad that this is what I missed out on. The game felt empty to me since I couldn't understand their interactions at all. I never thought I'd care when it came out without the English dub, but it changed a lot.

The first line is quite literal translation, "butai ni agatte kuru nante" is quite literal in translation "to presence oneself to the stage/place where the battle happens". While "do yu kaze wo sukimawashi kashira" is probably an idiom in japanese that have the same meaning with "what change of heart you have?" I could be slightly wrong, but at least i'm sure Nine isn't trying to challenge her to compare their winds.
