    Love that wood chopper drill with the band, great for rotational strength. These videos are really useful.

      Boy they look easy but they’re not lol

    I’m 76 and told old to do these things. And certainly don’t have the shoulders to do it, not to mention getting down then up from the floor. But good job for sharing.

    I love these videos: I keep on saving them, without doing the exercises...
    Until I can go playing and practicing, I prefer that...
    If it will snow or we’ll be locked down, they’ll come at hand.

    I really like watching her explain these drills. I’ve always felt I have some restrictions that I think her guidance would help with. She should make a set of guided workout videos for golfers.

      @@AlexElliottGolf I played golf 3-4 times a week for years, but tore up my knee 4 months ago. I had surgery last year and started rehab last week. I played 18 holes yesterday for the first time. I barely completed 18 and that was using a cart. Shot 22 strokes over my handicap from the forward tees, 50 yards shorter on my drives etc. I plan to do the leg work 3 days a week with the professional assistance and the core and upper body the other 3 days for the next 6 weeks. I look forward to watching your channel.
