I’ve learned that a golf tip here and there is ok but you really have to have a strong functional core. I believe that once I strengthen my back and core I’ll be a happier golfer. Thanks Alex and Natalie great video
A part of the game that most people ignore I think is mobility. Another great video. A really good hip mobility drill I find is the Mountain Athlete Ham Hip Mobility Drill which anyone can find on UA-cam. Looking forward to tomorrow's video.

Hi Nat.at 37 seconds you say take a breath and hold then stretch.It should be ...Take a good breath through your nose then exhale through your mouth then stretch and hold.Regards David
For me any rotation exercises/golf drills should concentrate from the lower rib up.If you rotate the whole torso ie from the hips up your head will move a lot and worse you wont rotate your chest/shoulder unit to its full capacity.This means you are missing out on your full ability to generate speed and distance.I did it wrong for years but im now hitting it further at bldy 60!
Most men dont stretch, because its an everyday gradual process. Im in my 50's and now stretch a lot, partic hamstrings, glutes and core. Difference is well worth it, smoother swing and more enjoyable as less aches and pains. Great vids..
Another top notch video with Nat, have been doing the previous exercises since the last video and in the politest words I can find, I'll let you know now I'm in f ing bits!!🤣🤣 but fingers crossed come summer I will notice the difference! 🤞👍

Hi Alex, would the hip rotation exercises you are testing for in the first part of this video be advisable for someone who has had hip replacements?
hmm i’m not sure, i would be very careful!! Hope you are keeping well. We have a number of exercises that don’t use the hips, so maybe try them
