Anyone else here not vegan at all and obsessed with watching vegan cooking videos?? For some odd reason I find them so relaxing! Caitlin & JessBeautician are my favorites!
You definitely inspire me to eat a more plant based diet!! Ive been eating about 70% plant based for a few months and I love it!! Thank you! Your recipes are delicious!!
Hi Caitlin! Would you ever consider creating a video about following a gluten free diet? I’m having a hard time choosing what flours to use and how to adjust to being gluten free overall. I appreciate you!
Awesome recipes I really appreciate this! Would love to see more pantry friendly recipes especially burger ones. I have red lentils in my pantry so I might just cook that soup
The carrot cake oats look great and I am totally going to try. I usually dislike standard oatmeal because of the mushy texture and your option of why you use rolled oats is very helpful! Plus yum any healthy version of a carrot cake flavor seems exciting as well!
HELP all I’ve been doing in isolation is cooking and eating because that’s all there is to do 😂 Now I have to try all of these recipes because they look so good! Yum! ❤️
I am not vegan - but these meals look amazing! Im definitely going to try that lentil soup today and the beet burgers this week! I am really excited to try the beet burgers because I never know how to enjoy beets. This could really help me eat them.
I always get excited when you upload - your videos never disappoint! I love your content, thank you so much for all the work you put into it and the frequent uploads
YESS these are the Caitlin recipes I love! I started following you when I was in college and you were too, you had so many good vegan recipes that didn't use weird ingredients. SOOOOO going to make the lentil soup, only thing I don't have is lemon.
Thank you 😊 These recipes are perfect and I plan to make them. One question, will all 3 recipes freeze well? I am the only vegan in my house and I like to vary my meals each day 😊
Excellent meal prep video and it looks tasty as always. Keep safe and well everyone and hopefully this difficult time that the world is going through will end soon.
I just have to say - I'm not vegan at all but I want to give each of these recipes a try. They're all easy to whip up and won't cost much which is awesome. Thanks for sharing these :)
I actually made some red split lentil soup for dinner today but I was struggling a bit. I wish I would've seen this video before trying to cook it lol Thanks for sharing!
Sitting here eating a couple of tortilla wraps with tomato, lettuce and vegan mayo. Should of added some Black Beans. I've always loved veggies sandwhiches. Use to eat onion sandwiches. I have to get my vegan mayo from Amazon though. And drinking cold iced green tea. I love Tahini sauce. I need to get some. I do feel so much better when I eat plant based. Everything looked good as always. 🙂
Thank you for the baked oatmeal recipe! I haven't tried it yet but I hate oatmeal (probably because it's so mushy and bland) so a baked option might work for me
Which food processor are you particularly using in this vid please? It's vintage so I know it's not your regular linked one below. I'm trying to find a good vintage one this is why I ask plz 🙂
Can I ask what the silicone mat helps with as far as baking/roasting? I never used one before and I’m curious to know if maybe it’s a helpful thing to have.
That soup looks delicious !! Thanks for the original ideas, I'm almost running out of them with this quarantine ! :) Update : I did the soup yesterday and it was soooo good !
In the burger? It probably helps hold it together honestly. People sub flax in for eggs a lot for that reason. Idk if you care if your burger is crumbly, but omitting it might make a difference.
is the lentil soup indian/pakistani isnpired? cause other than the carrots, its seems like the lentil (daal) soup my mom makes. if you want to try more lentil based meals, definitely look up pakistani and indian daal (lentil) reicpes
My boyfriend and I just started a Vegan UA-cam channel where we're documenting our experience of being vegan through cooking, challenges and more! Check it out 💛🌞✨
Hi, just curious. Is there any reason why you started putting oil in your recipes? That's a huge change and going backward instead of forward in your recipes. Now I have to skip some of them.

I actually have a huge bag of red lentils, because they were the only legume left I could order online, so that soup sounds absolutely perfect!

I use them because they're nonstick and reduce use of aluminum foil and oils
I can’t wait to make the beet burger!
Have been following your account for a while now, and I've been loving all of your videos :) Excited to try these out!
She has awesome content! 🙂
Beets are cooked before or used “green”?
Okay I have to know...where is your white pan with wooden handles from??!
this is so awesome and everything looks amazing 😍
That soup looks delicious !! Thanks for the original ideas, I'm almost running out of them with this quarantine ! :)
Update : I did the soup yesterday and it was soooo good !
Sounds very tastyyy
Could you do some recipes that don't require an oven? My Spanish apartment doesn't have one.
@The Honey Boost Wow...I checked out your channel and subscribed. It looks really good!
is the ground flax really necessary? i don’t have any
In the burger? It probably helps hold it together honestly. People sub flax in for eggs a lot for that reason. Idk if you care if your burger is crumbly, but omitting it might make a difference.
