Thank you so much for this vid- I've been trying to figure out how to get rid of the curve nodes for a while- hoving over the line and using 'L' did the trick. This is going to help me so much in the future. Great video!
Or at least in documentation. I need to actually reach out to the team to see if they can add a legend somewhere in the docs for reference. Same for any of the context aware cursors and symbols.
Unfortunately that is something that does not seem to be well documented. I'm also somewhat color blind so I don't pay attention to them unless they're not behaving like I expect. Wish I had a better answer for you.
Yes, there is a tool down between Circle Array and Corner Radius that is called Set Shape Start Point. If you highlight your shape and choose this, you can then select the node that you would like to start your job from. There are modifiers for direction and reset if you hover over the tool button.
This is fantastic...
The minds that put this software together are phenomenal.
Thank you for all the help.
Happy to help!

How is it that your version is 1.6.00 ? I thought that the latest release at this time was 1.5.02 ?
I'm a member of the beta testing team. The version of 1.6 I have is actually behind 1.5.02.
Thanks guys the info. I'm new, but thank you you for the butt shape segment
What do the different colored nodes mean ??

@@thetinkerverse I appreciate your response and honesty
I’ve just always felt like editing would be easier if I knew what they meant 😉
Is there a way to change/move the start node where you want it to start cutting?
