Why not file a case against Rishant for booking false case and suspend him and prosecute?!
ఎవరిమీదనైనా తప్పుడు కేసు పెట్టడం క్షమించరాని నేరం. అందులోనుా పోలీసులే పెట్టాలంటే ' కంచే చేనును మెసినట్లు'. దోషులను కఠినంగా శిక్షించాలి. ప్రోత్సహించిన వారిని మరింత కఠినంగా శిక్షించాలి. కోర్టు టైం ను వృథా చేసినందుకు భారీ జరిమానా విెధించాలి.

Good presentation. Nearly 170 tdp activities were arrested and suffering financially, physically ( in jail upto bail) suffered particularly this case. All of Kutame activitists and Democratic persons ( those who were voted to KUTAME Government) wanted to punish the that calprits ( Aspecially polica officials) . People wanted not only development , But also administration should be run as a Democratic manners. Otherwise next time nobody dare to come out side for fight against the above quatoed people. It is not a fact to say that CBN does not have guts to register case against then SP. It is the wisdom of the leader of CBN Ststure. One should not file case and utilize the valuable time of court unless one visit sure that the same can be taken to logical conclusion and puni sh t he accused
The action now taken against offending police officer is good enough without even going through the courf of law.
