Even beyond all of the scheming, faking paperwork, etc, he is talking with other doctors and medical field investors who are buying it. Look past the "pretty appearance" of 'ESFJ'/ISFJ, and you will see them for the 'covert/vulnerable-narcissist' that they are.
'ISFJ' impersonate other people's identities, and both are obsessed with controlling them for their own emotional-convenience (especially ESFJ). The ISFJ does this behind closed-doors; as an introvert, their psychology and even their style of abuse is much more covert. ISFJ are prone to 'imposter syndrome'. Both of them are "shallow by nature". XSFX and unintelligent narcissits are their default pawns, particularly the former.
Lastly, sensory-feelers (namely, ESFJ, ISFJ, and then XSFP) are largely responsible for spreading disinformation against "thinkers", (e.g. ENTJ/INTJ); both online and real life. For "sensory-feelers" their "feelings 'IS' their reality".

☝️ALL of them are secretly emotionally-disturbed, hence their need to create conflict as a distraction (at other people's expense, truly evil).

Please spread this info. It helps!

As someone who is disabled and struggles to get people to take me seriously (because I'm 'too young to be disabled') it honestly makes me so angry that people pretend to be disabled for clout or some sick fetish. Literally, I was at the grocery store the other day in one of those motor carts because I walk with a cane and I still get looks or people getting mad at me for using them. Or also old people telling me to move out of the disabled seats on the bus. The fact that people are not only able to pretend but also profiting or pretending to be a resource for disabled people/taking advantage makes them some of the worst scum.

I feel your pain about the carts. I have fibromyalgia, which is an invisible disability. I have days where my legs are very painful, or I tire out more easily, or I'm dizzy. I use those carts about half the time, and when I do, I carry my cane with me as a visible indicator that I'm disabled. I look like I'm in good shape, but if I'm in pain or haven't slept that night, that doesn't mean a thing!

I have met plenty of people that are autistic just like myself, and the ones that are straight up weird are not weird because of the autism but because they were shitty people overall and continued to make shady self serving choises over and over, until people around them found out how shitty they were and stopped being their friend. I also have been diagnosed with both conditions, and while yes, they aren’t excuses for his conditions, it’s important to remember that other people can be more severely impacted by these conditions than we are and that it can affect their judgment. I feel like the opinion that “x condition could never be a factor in behavior y” is actually doing a disservice to our understanding of mental health as a whole. I know that we don’t want the general public to think we are all like someone who did something awful with the same condition we have, but we shouldn’t go too far in the other way, either. Besides, autism doesn’t automatically mean one can’t interact with strangers, either. He could easily be terrible at picking up body language, be overly literal, etc., without having developed the anxiety that failed social interactions can cause over time (i.e., bad at socializing but not afraid of it).

As a US Army Veteran myself, it upsets me in an extreme way to see someone committing Stolen Valor. If anyone wish to verify that someone is a Veteran, ask to see their VA ID. If they are saying they are an active duty member, ask to see their CAC card. You could ask for a DD214 from a Veteran who you suspect is fake, but be aware, DD214 fakes are a thing too. If you do not know what a VA ID or CAC card looks like, go to a VA facility and ask to see one so you can be familiar with what the real thing is supposed to look like and feel like. Same thing with the CAC card, go to a military facility and ask the same thing. It’s relatively easy to process a FOIA request. The first step is to fill out a FOIA request letter. There is no official government form template for you to follow. You can literally just type or write it down on a piece of paper. Each military branch has their own FOIA department. Waiting for the paperwork to verify (or not) can take some time, usually 3 months. One of the most famous people going after people guilty of Stolen Valor is former US Navy SEAL Don Shipley. He goes after those claiming to be former SEALs. He has direct access to the SEAL database which lists all classes and the members of each class who graduated. My suggestion to those who wish to commit Stolen Valor? Don't. Someone WILL catch you in your lie. You could be arrested under federal law. If anything, your video of being caught can go viral. That will be the best punishment.

We had a little guy like some of these in my hometown. He was only a kid - maybe like a pre-teen when he started acting like a cop - but at first, he was just like directing traffic for ball games and events and stuff. But eventually, when he got a little older, he started pulling people over on the road. He's an alright guy - he just has some mental issues. I'm not sure if you'd call him like developmentally slow or challenged or what. He's married now and is working on having kids with her. We talked to him at the place where we were getting diesel recently - I think he's like a manager type at this oil/petroleum place now. I'm not sure what kind of condition he had as a kid but it seems like he either outgrew most of it or got some kind of help or both.
I don't think he ever got into any kind of trouble - I mean, my town has 500 people. Everyone knows everyone and the city cop/"constable" or whatever (I'm in Arkansas but they still called this one cop a "constable" - like they do in Britain - I think he was just kind of like a volunteer to keep watch) just told him not to do that at the time. I think he could have gotten into a lot of trouble if they'd have reported that to the county or state. I mean, that would be freaky and scary if you didn't know the cop impersonator - especially here in Arkansas since we had the "Blue light rapist" back in the day - but everyone here knew this guy and knew he was fundamentally harmless.
But that kid acting like a doctor - damn, he's smart. He should just put that brain to legal and aboveboard use. And with the cases of stolen valor - that stuff is so cringey when people do that. There's a reason they raise such a ruckus about it and why they call the valor stolen - because it's something that is earned.. I can see why real soldiers who have seen real messed up stuff would be so upset about that. If you're going to impersonate someone, it's probably best not to impersonate people who put their lives on the line.

@George xander nah hear them out. Deaf or hard of hearing people rely heavily on interpreters in real world situations just like that press release. They can't just turn on subtitles in those situations. So having somebody who can reliably and accurately transcribe spoken word into sign language can be extremely important. If the signing is inaccurate or god forbid purposely incorrect, it could cause some serious confusion or even outrage. My mom is hard of hearing & worked at a special needs school w/ deaf students for 30 years. Ryan his crew calling out stolen valor are legitimately pretty chill people too; I've asked them a lot about avoiding stolen valor because I like wearing fatigue pants and have a surplus backpack that I take everywhere; a great example being that I have received a lot of patches from friends who served or are mutual collectors; I wanted to stitch them onto my backpack and stuff and they very, very kindly explained that it's okay to collect and display them on a board, but you shouldn't wear them on your clothes or items without having earned that patch. Plus wearing BDU pants or a jacket are fine if you're not wearing them as a complete outfit and have stripped off all patches and symbols of rank or have heavily modified the clothes so that they may never be confused by someone who is actively serving or has served.

As a Marine Veteran, I’ve never taken offense to acts of stolen valor. I’ve never gone to war though, so this could factor into it. However the main thing getting in the way of potential anger is an overwhelming sense of pity. Every case of this I’ve seen is executed so poorly that it comes across to me as a special needs adult cosplaying to get his mind of his troubles.
They’re never even close to being accurate. They never seem to base their persona off of actual service members and instead pretend to be the most badass warrior imaginable. Someone who’s earned every accolade possible, gone through every last bit of elite training, and has earned his place amongst every single elite unit that exists including those that can never be mentioned.
Anyone who thinks they’ll never run into an actual veteran or that their bullshit fantasy will pass as real to the people they’re pretending to be has to have a severe mental deficiency.
I’m not saying stolen valor is okay, but the thought of possibly yelling at an intellectually disabled person bothers me way more. So I just give these weirdos a pass. It’s just a free Bloomin’ Onion ™️
