Multiple of Courtney's ex boyfriends have come forward and said that she was the abuser, manipulator, and cheater in her relationships with them, not the other way around. That to me speaks volumes about who she really is. I truly hope that Christian and his family get the justice that they deserve.
Honestly seems like a cookie cutter case. She got mad at her boyfriend for something she had an issue with, Through that Anger she stabbed him due to maybe Schizophrenia, then felt remorseful afterwards because she realized she just stabbed her boyfriend, he's gonna die. She's crying, but only because her lies weren't believable. If I heard that anyone in my family was Murdered...(again) I would think it's a Creul fucking joke and walk out. I wouldn't ask for a Hug, I wouldn't want no god damn sympathy I'd be pissed before I'd break the hell down.
@@rukitomikutochi8764 where tf you getting this schizophrenia shit from?? There's zero indication of schizophrenia with her, she doesn't feel any remorse for stabbing the guy, she is just upset that she could be getting in trouble for murder, I mean she's definitely a narcissist and the detectives are definitely shady, just in that little bit we saw of her speaking with them one can immediately tell she's full of it and was the aggressor, I have zero clue as to why they would've let her go, she reeks of obvious guilt, a complete and total failure of the justice system.
The fact that REAL Detectives working for a REAL Police Precinct heard this woman's comedic loony toons knife throw story and said "Yeah, that checks out" is mind blowing. I would of had to stop myself from laughing hearing that excuse and they bought it?!?!?!?
@@kaydog890 Girlfriends ain't the problem, the lack of social awareness about female abusers is. I mean, hell, women aren't taken seriously as victims OR as perpetrators, it hurts everyone involved so bad.
It's a shame not only men's issues and needs go ignored generally speaking, but a lot of "men's rights" groups will exploit this to radicalize men into certain political ideologies without really trying to help men. One of my greatest disappointments was realizing men's rights organizations were more interested in fighting against women's rights than helping men. Men can be victims too, this idea that men can't be vulnerable and abused is fucked up, but at the same time, a lot of men will look down on other men who are victims and will call then weak and emasculated, and will only pretend to sympathise with these men as long as that can give them an excuse to attack those "ugly feminists" , shit's fucked up.
When she asked for a hug and then looked the guy up and down and then changed her mind.. really shows her true colors. She was like “never mind, don’t touch me, peasant”
@Botched operations she was trying to get sympathy, as many killers have in the past, it's a common form of manipulation. She wanted them to feel sorry for her. Don't think it's quite "simping".
It's funny how that Coirtney was let go within 24 hrs. There was a different girl a while back that killed her captor who raped and kept her for years to get away. That girl was charged with 2nd degree murder.
@@SkunkApe407 if she was raped and held captive for years, it doesn’t really matter how she killed him. she could’ve hung him up and gutted him like a dear and every second would’ve been justified
Poor Christian. Many people don't take men being abused seriously. Hell, even men being abused don't take it seriously. Sadly Christian didn't. This society doesn't want to allow men to be victims until they're dead.
From the way younger generations want society going, they definitely want men to be express things more, we just need to get people to now agree that vulnerability is healthy. And I think as another man we need to hold other men up, as well as accountable, and same thing with women, hold you fellow women up, and accountable.
I knew from the moment Courtney claimed that she threw the knife and it _happened_ to hit her boyfriend in the chest was BS the moment that explanation was offered. I’m no knife thrower myself, but we know she didn’t really have a line of work that relates to knives in any way, and she never expressed any interest in hobbies relating to thrown weapons, so unless she got a super lucky 1 in 1,000,000 shot, it was clear she made it up. Edit: have gotten the opportunity to practice with my own throwing knife (which is very different from a kitchen knife), and can confirm this chick is most certainly lying. Barely could get a normal throwing knife to stick when tossing it, no way in hell this chick managed to.
even if she got that lucky with her throw, she wouldn't have enough strength to throw it hard enough to make a STAB wound. Skin isn't made of jelly, it's very hard to pierce unless you're putting a good amount of force into it. That goes double (or more like quadruple) for when it's thrown.
the fact that Yuka only got 4 years is absolutely insane. If i was Phoenix i would absolutely fear for my life when that lunatic is released from jail.
Japan’s laws aren’t constructed for severe criminals because of their social structure. You can look up any number of incidents there that made international headlines. The sentence will be comically low.
i'd hire a hitman to wait for her outside prison gates. I wouldn't even try living a normal life at that point. Thats too terrifying to even sleep at night. I'd have to flee the country at least
There was another detail to the Yuka and Phoenix story; Phoenix made a statement to the press about the incident we're in he said that he forgave her and understood that she was jealous, holds no ill will towards her, and that he hopes she gets the help that she needs. That really says a lot about his character!
Courtney's interrogation is something you'd see in a JCS video... the way she's talking about the 'accident' with no regret or grief but tries SO hard to act like someone who's sad once she learns that he's dead.
I did a bit of digging on Luna, since I found it odd that it was mentioned that he was still a host, but not where. He now goes by 痛みに負け琉月 (stylised as Runa Itamini). He's still in Shinjuku, and the club he's at is called Servant of EVE, and he's actually the manager. It's impressive that he's still at it. Good on him
Ya the fact that she got 3 years and 6 month and could already be out I fear for this man's life and I wouldn't be surprised if we hear this story again she sounds super crazy
@issac9642 maybe now he takes self-defense seriously, and judges his chances in a fight far higher. most of it is just not being afraid of hurting someone back.
Yeah people can be beautiful and still be killers look at anime with some of the beautiful killers there they all can look beautiful but they are still killers and i honestly think yuka should have gone into a mental institution instead of jail she clearly is mentally unstable and she deserves to get help with her mental problems i feel sympathy for her because of her mental instability even if her actions were still horrible she deserves a chance to get help for herself
Tbh his attitude is a flaw for me, not a strength. I like the cases he investigates, it's interesting, but his smile make him look robotic and insensitive
I remember being in relations with a scandalous girl that I loved very much, but she really turned my life into nightmare. She was very abusive. I remember talking to her about some case when a woman killed her man while debating him. And I said "why killing somebody when you can simply divorce or just walk apart?". And she answered "it depends on how much he irritated her" and looked at me meaningfully. That was the moment I understood that I just need to run away as fast as I can from this relationships, no matter how many years I loved her
@@ucgghbvbhfdYeah, but that's that abuse mentality. She was calling him a hard R. Beating the shit out of him. Throwing shit at him in multiple different occasions. Well Luna did tell the judge bout that because he quote "I want her to live a normal life",so judge decide to reduce the sentence to 3½ years in prison.
@@BlueWeebie bad idea. I, for sure, wouldn't want someone who tried to kill me roaming free. Also she knows exactly where to find him. If you are mentally ill, 3 years won't change anything.
0:42 (as a girl) i find it interesting that if it was a man who did these things he would be called a murderer but here these women are called "criminally accused" wtf.. that's like how when a man rapes someone, he gets called what he is; a rapist. but when a woman does it she's a "perpetrator of sexual assault." so glad to see this equality!

i never understood the simping over her. She looks good in like 2 pics but every othe rpic looks wierd cus the surgeries. IRL photos she just looked basic af. I remember her growing super fast and just being like huh
People can behave way out of expectations in such circumstances, there is no one default people use when they hear someone's dead because of their actions.
I remember Coffeehouse Crime covering the Real Life Yandere story. Honestly, the fact that the guy managed to survive a stab wound long enough for paramedics to save him is pretty amazing. Like some force was keeping him alive
Point was his liver was so badly damaged that he could not drink anymore. He needed to stop his host job. And he granted yuka forgiveness so she would get only 2-3 years in jail.
The content on Coffeehouse is good but his constant mispronunciation and overinflated (and very often misused) vocabulary drives me mad, I can't watch him.
The fact that Phoenix was sleeping and woke up because felt an “uncomfortable feeling” in his stomach and looked down to see he was being stabbed, is fucking crazy. Like, that description sounded so nonchalant-
I guess if you’ve never been stabbed before like that, you’re body and brain might not be able to process what that feeling is especially when you’re asleep and your brain is working different while asleep.
Every single one of Phoenix's recounting of the story just seems so chill. I imagine he went "ooh a stab wound, I'm mildly inconvenienced by this" As he slowly pulls out a knife from his stomach. Dude's name is genuinely fitting considering he's still alive from all of that
She really had a bunch of ppl believing she was being abused for a while. She almost was able to ruin this young man’s character in death. If not for the video evidence and medical examiner doing their job I would have been worried she would have even been charged.

I like this logic actually, whoever is the abuser would definitely manipulate the situation to police. Just separate the individuals so no one gets hurt period.
I don't know if they still follow this handbook, but back in 2016-ish police officers were trained to always treat the husband/boyfriend as the agressor. Like the good ol' "The husband did it" Occam's Razor
“I can’t feel my arm.” That was awful to hear Christian calmly say that, knowing full well he’d pass away in a few hours. Amazing video as always, mate.

For people wanting to know more about the Yuka case. Surprisingly Luna doesn't hold a grudge, and actually forgave Yuka. Luna wanted her to have a chance at normal life again. Luna contemplated going back to work, since drinking is a big part of his job, but he eventually went back. Because of the media attention he quickly became more popular at his job, and earned even more money than he did. Luna also got to reunite with two of his siblings, because of the fame he received. On July 1, 2019, Phoenix Luna recovered fully from his near death attempted murder. He surprised family, friends, and patrons with a Twitter status reading, “Sorry, I’m alive and back. Since I was stabbed in the liver, I can’t drink.” On December 3, 2019, Yuka was found guilty of attempted murder. The prosecution sought a prison term of 5 years. On December 5, 2019, she was sentenced to 3 1⁄2 years in prison, with the judge calling Takaoka's crime "selfish" and that she had a "strong intent to kill." Luna stated that he did not hold a grudge against Takaoka, stating, "If possible, I want people to be able to lead a normal life rather than paying for their sins." Yuka was ordered to pay Phoenix Luna 5 Million Yen about ($46,000 then) or ($38,000 today). In attendance was the fully recovered Phoenix Luna who not only apologized for cheating on Yuka but also pleaded with the judge to give her a light sentence. Yuka received 3 years and 6 months and will be released on Monday, June 5, 2023.

The first girl sounded like a 75-year-old smoker holy shit. How many chemicals do you have to put into your body to get that voice by your mid-twenties? She lived her life never being told no and continued to be told so even AFTER she committed murder. If society keeps putting beautiful women on a pedestal, they will continue to act with reckless abandon and not a single result will be positive.
You can remove beautiful from that. Society is dead set on pretending all females are children who don't know better. Every single time someone says "You should never hit a woman, even in self defense." they are really just saying that women can't know better than to antagonize someone who is stronger than them. It's like treating a dude who punches a bear as a poor wittle baby victim because clearly he shouldn't know not to punch a bear lest he gets mauled, right? Lol. The entirety of feminism and it's precursors has been to gain the rights of men with none of the responsibilities that saw men gain them to begin with. Acting as if your actions have consequences is one of those many responsibilities.
I remember hearing about the Yuka Takaoka case when I was in high school, and that lots of people made "fanart" of her... I hate the internet sometimes.
i will absolutely never forget the way a good chunk of twitter reacted to the news of the so called "real life yandere". it was actually disgusting the amount of people who were treating her like some girlboss. 🤢🤢🤢 i added a lot of people to my block list that day
"Girlboss" is the most stupid term ever, boss is a gender-neutral term in English and other languages. And well, a lot of people call those "Black widows" - killers who kill for money, mostly women - icons of some movement. People who defends them need to be in jail
Yan = severe mental illness + Dere = loving. The non literal translation is something like mentally ill girlfriend or in Vulgate "Head fucked girl". The shoe fits but the reaction is apparently fucked.

I feel so horrible for Christian and his family. So many times in abusive relationships you don't realize what danger you're actually in until it's too late and you end up seriously injured or worse. Even in Christian's case where he acknowledged the risk of being with her, he probably didn't believe she would go as far as murdering him, maybe having some faith that she loved him enough or she was still a good person.

That is pretty common in a lot of murder trails. It’s to make sure they don’t fuck up that case and gets let go due to fuck ups on the prosecutor side. Should look up what Double Jeopardy is.
@@flipsidelimited6560 for the most part the prosecution has nothing to do with delaying a trial because most states have explicit laws against it (Florida included) due to the right to a speedy trial being a thing. For the most part only the defense can delay without eating up that time. If the prosecution alone could keep setting the clock back then you'd see people in jail for years or maybe even forever without any intent to ever actually have a trial. Double Jeopardy as you mention also generally applies if you get bumped for the time running out, by the way. Otherwise they could just rearrest and charge you over and over and over and over once the time ran out and again, this right is to prevent eternal jail without a trial. That said, Florida has about a 6 month period allowed. Googling it, it seems she was arrested in August. Without knowing more specifics it seems totally plausible that even if the defense didn't wave the right entirely, they're still well within the limit if the defense has asked for or agreed to even a couple mild delays so I wouldn't really jump the gun on thinking she's really been waiting too long as of yet (without being in agreement with it anyway).

Even if she had experience that would only be against her case because then she would have the experience to control her strength and aim.

Since I was stabbed in the liver, I can’t drink.”
On December 3, 2019, Yuka was found guilty of attempted murder. The prosecution sought a prison term of 5 years. On December 5, 2019, she was sentenced to 3 1⁄2 years in prison, with the judge calling Takaoka's crime "selfish" and that she had a "strong intent to kill." Luna stated that he did not hold a grudge against Takaoka, stating, "If possible, I want people to be able to lead a normal life rather than paying for their sins."
Yuka was ordered to pay Phoenix Luna 5 Million Yen about ($46,000 then) or ($38,000 today).

Courtney better get locked up fr because with all the security footage and everything she seems like she’s trying to play victim
Onlyfans girls are the best at playing victims
Noooo! Not my IRL yandere waifu!
She's cute though
She’s a 7 at best. The few photos of her without makeup are awful. She’s also built like a 45 year old mother of 2

Yuka only getting a little over 3 YEARS is insane to me. The description of the elevator being stained with Phoenix's blood sent shivers down my spine and the fact that the culprit behind that gets a slap on the wrist is CRAZY. The female bias is huge in these cases.
That's not a female bias. In japan the sentence for severe crimes is usually just really low for everyone (male and female).
@@veesavi7316 just like briefly did a quick search and it’s like wtf Japan? They seem very casual about murder and serial killings and the other really gross assault crimes.

Getting less than 4 years for attempted premediated murder is crazy.
Nasim's videos sure do seem like something from a 90s FMV game about a serial murder's mind.
I wish Courtney would get her trial already. I believe she’s guilty, but it sets a really bad precedent to have someone in jail awaiting trial that long without actually being convicted yet.
That is pretty common in a lot of murder trails. It’s to make sure they don’t fuck up that case and gets let go due to fuck ups on the prosecutor side. Should look up what Double Jeopardy is.
@@flipsidelimited6560 very good point. But this case really seems like a slam dunk in my opinion
Without knowing more specifics it seems totally plausible that even if the defense didn't wave the right entirely, they're still well within the limit if the defense has asked for or agreed to even a couple mild delays so I wouldn't really jump the gun on thinking she's really been waiting too long as of yet (without being in agreement with it anyway).
lol "precendent" has long been set on this. there are people sitting in jail for years before they have their day in court. this is extremely commonplace, and fucked up, but it's not new.
@@yeyeande I’m aware and I believe that is actually unconstitutional. The 6th amendment exists to provide the accused with a speedy trial. The length of their time in jail is dependent on the complexity of the case, but this honestly doesn’t seem complex enough to stall for this long. My guess is that they are either making an example out of her or that court is just super busy with other stuff. I’m not super legal savvy, so I can’t say for sure.
I appreciate the pictures with regard to Keeps. Not dramatic, but obvious improvement. Excellent endorsement. I'll be honest, I'm 58 years old and could not possibly care less about my hair (or lack thereof), but I really appreciate you posting some actual results. Good job!

ikr? E-girls aren't just any girl who have a social media presence 😅
also her being in this video is racist af lets be real
And jet she shoots people couse here stupid hopping around videos dont bring her any Money...
The title is very clickbaity. This one isn't disrespectful like the one I'm gonna mention but BuzzFeed had a video about Bianca Devins, the young woman murdered by an insane man. And they called her an Instagram e-girl in the title. I think they later added her name after people asked wtf. But they still left the e-girl thing in. It felt bizarre using this clickbaity word of the moment. Like they were reducing her to some stereotype in her death. Just say the name her parents gave her, ffs.

Yeah made me lol when he said that
Yup she was angry and tried to kill people in a fit. Seems like she had delusions of grandeur and when she was denied that by reality IT MUST of been ANYONE'S else's fault but her own. The adpocalypse hit everyone on UA-cam hard. But hey if my electric gets shut off I don't go to the Headquarters of National Grid and shoot people who were indiscriminate of my problems. The people working didn't deserve to get shot. I'm sure you wouldn't sympathize with school shooters. And no it doesn't matter that no one was killed she intended to KILL people. It's a miracle her incompetence only cost one life given the circumstances. I think what Wavy was trying to say is that no one of IMPORTANCE died. That women deserves no sympathy SHE TRIED TO KILL PEOPLE OVER UA-cam for Christ's sake..
God, Courtney’s behavior (minus murder obviously) reminds me of my mother…
That’s unfortunate…my mother used to not a very nice person either…I have 3 sisters and we rarely speak with her… she makes everything about her. It’s very annoying makes for terrible family functions so I feel for you. I pretty much cut her out mostly of my life which is what you should do for healthy living. Stay strong.❤
3 YEARS?! for attempted murder? and imagine if Phoenix had actually died?! and then a whole lot of people on the internet fangirling over her, drawing literal art (just searched up on the case) and sexualising her?! WTF. what the actual fuck.

The whole knife throwing thing is defying the laws of physics. An ordinary knife being thrown at someone is unlike to kill someone.
She thought that knife throwing works with kitchen knives and humans lol
Or watched one too many cartoons
It's definitely possible. Exceedingly unlikely, but potentially possible.
With the right kind of knife and enough force I imagine it could, but no average woman in an emotional state could do something like that from one throw. The knife probably wouldn't even stay stuck in the body, or even hit the body head-on since the throw would likely be super sloppy. Enough to leave a mark, but not go deep or be lodged in the target.
@@flarestorm9417: sure, with the right kind of knife; but those have to be specifically designed for throwing.
She said in the video just before the murder that she had been 'hitting the gym', so clearly she was strong enough to not only throw the knife through her victims chest, but for the knife to reach orbital velocity, circle the Earth, and stab him again multiple times. Clearly an accident.
Gotta admit bro, your hair does look fire-love your videos!
