My inner right thigh really stings on that last stretch, I remembered this time and did it near a wall to support it, keep it from going too far! Must be the ataxia on that side. But this is a wonderful session, so important to keep everything around knees strong!🦵🏻❤

I first found your workouts when I had a knee injury during lockdown during which time I found your Pilates for painful knees was invaluable and helped me so much to recover and get back my movement. I have since progressed and am much more flexible again and have enjoyed many of your sessions. This really was good reminder to me that I need to look after my knees !
Lovely session, but I was surprised on very last “v” stretch, painful sting in my right inner thigh, I was unable to extend legs far at all. I have ataxia on my right side, not sure if that’s the cause. Didn’t want to risk any damage! Otherwise, lovely and stretchy session, thanks for that. 🦵🏻🧡💚💙💛
