I made this blanket several years ago for my great grandkids. I have a new great grandbaby so I am busy making this blanket again in 2024. Only, I am now doing a square a week. I love the blocks and my daughter is delighted with all the beautiful details.
I am so excited that I found this blanket! You are so awesome and amazing and so adorable!! 🎉🥰🥳 I absolutely LOVE all of the previous squares; you explain everything so well! 😊 😁 I have learned to crochet thanks to you. ❤
You have so much enthusiasm, Jayda. Your sweet smile and dynamic energy really make my day. You touch more lives than you will ever know. GOD bless and keep you always. Aloha from Hawaii.
Thank You !!! I made the teddy square I didn't put the heart in yet. I like your teaching your up lifted in spirit. And the video is so clean. Other video are awe full in sound the light instructions ...
Awww, Love Bunny and you Jayda! Thank you for taking the time to revisit the original base format of the other squares; it surely is very helpful to have that recall without having to go back to an earlier square tutorial. xoxo
Hey Jayda! I just wanted to say how much I love this project! I only started crocheting about two years ago, so I am still learning. But you make it so easy to follow and when mine looks like yours, I feel so proud! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Jayda, I love you! You are so awesome, I have been making these calendar squares with you and I can't wait each month to see what you are going to use the next month. I love them all. I absolutely enjoy watching your work and incorporating your projects into my own. I am having so much fun doing these with you. Can't wait for May! Your fellow crocheter, Jennifer
love these monthly sqares trying to work out what colour bunny should be and what colour background i think would look good as trying to do each background a different colour
Hi Shandie, thank you for watching! I had a tricky time deciding on that too (as you can see! LOL). I think my favourite ended up being the grey bunny with the purple background since I hadn't used that colour yet and I really like the contrast :)
Hi Jayda. I love this months blanket square. I'm choosing the white bunny. Thank you for the tutorial and for you never ending enthusiasm. Happy Easter. 🐰
Beautiful, I, m thinking about making a pillow, out of that..if it is o.k. with you.Happy Easter.🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣Jadyda, you make it simple, I, have learning disabilities, some thing's I can make and some , thing's I, can't, But You, have made this easy for me..You, have inspired me Thank you for sharing with us.Cheer's you up with all the rain we have been getting.
OMG Jayda those different ones you showed are so cute, I want to make all of them. LOL. Before I looked at the video I thought I new what colors I was going to make for this month but now I am all messed up. They are all so nice.
LOL that happened to me! I'd get halfway through one and think "Ohmygosh, this would look SO cute in another set of colours..." Aaaaaaaaaaaaand that's how I wound up with 4 versions of it!! :)
I love this and the chick! I would love, love to see one of these squares as a cute frog 🐸. Please. I had read another comment where they asked for an elephant and I think a giraffe?, safari themed would be awesome! And maybe even an under the sea? Thank you for all you do!
Hey Jayda, Once again I am excited about the new square and I'm glad it's a bunny and i had already told my family that i thought it would be because of Easter. I have an idea as to what May square might be but secret secret. I also like Jane idea about the whiskers so I think I may add some to my bunny. Thanks for your inspiration and how fun you are making this. ☺
These motifs are so cute! I am on my third one (honestly I am not going in order😉) and you make it so easy to follow your patterns.... I was nervous about doing them, but now feel more confident. I've followed many videos, but yours is the best!
Bonjour madame, je viens de découvrir votre travaille que j'adore beaucoup .Malgré que je comprends pas la langue mai je regarde les gestes, je vais faire ces ouvrages à mes petits enfants Merci beaucoup 💕👍👍
Jayda, I was going to suggest you do that, since you made 4 of them. The same suggestion you made for the Snowman block. Make 12, tie them together. Blanket done. 😏
That's a great idea! Airlines keep changing what they accept as carry on, but as far as I know, they don't care much about what goes in your checked luggage (so long as it's not flammable or dangerous...but most crochet isn't LOL)
Love your videos. You are so much fun to watch and you do a great job. Thank you for doing such a good job. Is there a pattern for those little bunnies on the afghan in your opening.
These are all so adorble. BUT you forgot to take a bite out the chocolate bunnies ear... lolol... Happy Easter Sweetie.. My 3 year old Grand Daughter was just looking at that, and she says; Nana for me???? to cute you even make the little ones smile!!
Hi Lisa! You'll find a link to a set of those over on the SHOP page of our website (link to our website is in the description box) They're called wool needles, and they're pretty handy! Thank you for watching!
Hi Patricia thank you for watching! No, that was a store bought item :) It's sort of an open mesh knit thing lol. I like it, it looks neat over bright tank tops :)
can you please do a tutorial of a rose block pattern? i like this stitch block and the size of it i just want to make a rose block pattern blanket if i could .
i really like the size of this block is not too small and its not too big is perfect size without the boarder . i'm making the teddy bear squares for to make a baby blanket my blocks don't have the boarder around it what i'm doing is like a 2 color version of the blocks in mint and blue for the background , and the teddy bear is being made by using cafe late red heart super saver yarn , and what i'm doing is like laying my squares down and placing them how i was from background color , mint background , blue bkground and so on so forth, and i'm going to be using amphermyst which is a bold shade of purple and i'm making this blanket for my cousin who is pregnant with her first baby and its a girl and i'm making this blanket based by her favorite rock band "escape the fate" i hope you have a facebook page or facebook account cause i will be posting a picture of the baby set when its completed. also i'm using same size of yarn 4 ply . but my blocks by this stitch pattern is really soft and perfect for to make a baby blanket with it . you can also make solid colored blocks with this tutorial as well to give your teddy bear blocks some space apart from each other
Jayda I am looking for this pattern stitch that I saw but going nuts cause I can't find it. Lol It's a granny stitch not sure of correct name and the lady said do in 4's add 1 & then 3 at the end I think. Do 3 double crochet then skip 1 then 3 double continue to end. Then next row you do double crochet double crochet in the skip stitch then regular double crochet all in the same stitch then continue. I tried but I did something wrong. I hope you understand what I am saying & can help. I like the drunken granny square but what to this one I can't name 🤔for a baby blanket. Lol Thank you in advance. 😏
@@JaydaInStitches great😁 thanks. I did the chick but gave her a headband with a pair of sparkly bunny ears. She's too too cute 😃 I've only got 4 more squares to do and then I'll be posting it on Instagram. I made a couple other little changes because im making it for my son, but i do hope you'll enjoy my completed project. After all i wouldn't know how to crochet without u being my first teacher/inspiration. Thanks Jayda.
Love the bunny Jayda. Just finished mine. I'll tag you on Instagram (DazzleMeeCrochet). Thankyou again for your wonderful tutorials of free patterns xx

Hi Lisa, they don't need to be made in any particular order at all, you can put them all together later :) Thank you so much for watching!
Just came across your channel and was drawn in by your adorable design, your personality made me subscribe!!TFS😀

Jayda wouldn't it look cute with whiskers ?
He'd look adorable with whiskers! I tried adding buck teeth too, but it was too crowded a space LOL

Hi! Thank you for watching :)
Awesome.
Just perfect
I absolutely love this years calendar blanket! What are you going to do with all the other bunny squares?
They're all so darn cute! I see a bunny blanket in my future....
Jayda, I was going to suggest you do that, since you made 4 of them. The same suggestion you made for the Snowman block. Make 12, tie them together. Blanket done. 😏
This video was made on my birthday!!🎉🎉
Have you ever done a video on how to pack your crochet for airplane travel?
That's a great idea! Airlines keep changing what they accept as carry on, but as far as I know, they don't care much about what goes in your checked luggage (so long as it's not flammable or dangerous...but most crochet isn't LOL)
Hi jay, love to watch you do all you do. Was just wondering when are we going to make the May calendar. can't wait !
Hi Loly, coming soon ;)

Красота, хочу такие связать и ушки как у Вас!
Oh, I adore your cute collar, is there a tutorial on how to make one?
Hi! Not yet, but a few people have asked :) Now i just have to remember how I made it!
I'm just curious what color bunnies did other people crochet ? I made a white bunny for my April Square 😊
Hi Jayda, really cute bunny square... Question the black top blouse or shirt did you crochet it? it's really cute.😆
Hi Patricia thank you for watching! No, that was a store bought item :) It's sort of an open mesh knit thing lol. I like it, it looks neat over bright tank tops :)
Hi jayda happy new year and I’m doing grey rabbit with a red bow an dark purple square it’s ok for that

Hi Kim, thank you for the suggestion :)
I have squares for Jan. , Feb. and April , but I can't find one for March please let me know where to find it please. Thanks
It's a leprechauns hat if that helps.
Hi June, it's our Leprechaun Hat Square and the link is in the description box :)
what size should the square work out to be. i think mine is too small
All the 2017 calendar blanket squares should work out to be approximately 11.5" across :)
Well mibe are 8.5" i figure if they all are that's fine
What size do they squares measure when finished
Hi Paul, they all measure 11.5 inches or 29 cm across :)
Could we use the chick square
Hi Gypsy, of course! :D
@@JaydaInStitches great😁 thanks. I did the chick but gave her a headband with a pair of sparkly bunny ears.
