    Beautiful my sister! I tried it with an ice scoop. I greased the ice scoop just how you did the spoon method, and it worked for me! I will absolutely try the bottle method. That is such an ingenious idea!

    Wow sister, you know you know. At last I can learn these methods that use to be very challenging for me. I always pick the dough up with the tips of my five fingers gathered together, then take it to the oil , then drop and squeeze the dough. My mum taught me this method at the time she use to make, package and sell rich doughnuts , I was just 12 then. The method is good for small quantities of dough because it goes one scoop at a time.

    It's like a "lokma" dessert. If you pour sherbet on it and change a few ingredients, it turns into a traditional Turkish dessert. The way it's done is almost the same. the most comfortable is to cut it with a greasy spoon. For the lokma;
    3 cups flour
    2 glasses of warm water (400 ml)
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    half a teaspoon of salt
    1 tablespoon instant yeast
    For sherbet;
    2.5 cups sugar
    2 glasses of water (400 ml)
    8-10 drops of lemon juice
    I think you should try this dessert. I think you will like it very much.
