I just make sure that everyday when I do my face skin care routine I always rub the back of my hands with the leftover face product during every step of my face routine
Omg thank you for this!!! My hands have been rough! And my nail beds are damaged from fake nails and I actually had the entire moon area of my thumb gone! As in no nail bed at all from using the nippers and getting a little too aggressive and then trying to even the hole I made! I ain't think it will ever be the same again. It took a year to fully grow back half right! Andi have permanent lines and divets in my mail bed now!
I just use my face products on my hands, except need a thicker lotion. Using aha bha or azelaic acid (3 times a week alternating), cocoa body lotion, and sunscreen or diaper cream has been really effective. I wouldnt use super drying actives tho cuz my hands are very dry from over washing, so i don't use all my face products on hands.
