    Just unreal, came back to this video just to say THANK YOU, implementing the bean, veg, protein breakfast is literally saving my life right now, I'd be be overwhelmed and frozen without it with all the stressors

    I used to follow the ‘eat within one hour of rising’ rule; but then fell away from it with all this talk about intermittent fasting. 🙄That has not been a friend to my vata nervous system.🤪 I appreciate that reminder.🙏

    thank you again so much for your work and sharing. since i've seen your videos, i drastically reduced my sugar consumption, which was unthinkable before ❤

    You ask what we’d like to hear about. I’d like a podcast specifically on Navigating the Fight response - also there isn’t a fright response - but a couple of the other fs. There is one where they’re all in together - but I’d so like the fight response. It could be in relation to protecting the underlying shame identity. And speaking of shame - could you possibly interview Martha Sweezy? There can never be enough Martha Sweezy in the world. ☺️🙏

    For those who, not looking at a screen at night seems daunting I’d recommend:
    •Buying red coloured Blue lightblockers
    • Turning the device screen colour to red

    I feel sometimes nauseous In the morning and I realize that the idea of eating beans greens and proteins. Does not appeal. How do I work with that?

    Beans are a source of protein. Animal products are so often just called "protein" nowadays. It's the disconnect in our minds...
