2 questions, what are you using as a stand and how did you pull that rogue one look? You just moved the dome of the helmet a little to pull the brow up?
I use a chrome paper towel holder for the stand. To make the dome sit higher up I used a couple of round rubber door stops stacked on top of the head. There’s many ways to do it, that’s just what worked for me. Cheers.
Kim Ronald Abcede The helmet is the new hope version so the paint is not shiny like the way it was in the movie. The helmet part has a little shine but the face is pretty much a flat paint job. I sit the helmet a little higher so the eyes show more like in Empire and Jedi. It's currently at a automotive collision repair shop getting a clear coat finish so it will look nice and glossy. I'll take a video and upload it when I get it back.
Carlos Arizcun Ramos I just looked in a container I have of miscellaneous items and found these round door stoppers and stacked two of them together and put them on top of the head. Then I placed the helmet down on top of that and it gave the perfect height. So just put anything under there that will raise the helmet up but the nice thing about those door stoppers is that they are made of rubber so they grip and the magnet built in the helmet is still connecting and holding it in place as well.
star child I didn't preorder I just bought the vader helmet off of amazon using my credit card and the next day it was shipped. No muss no fuss and I got it about a week after ordering.
DarthVader Gr It came from the states and I'm in Canada so I got beat up with the exchange rate, plus I had to pay customs. In total it was like $450 bucks. If your in the states knock about $100 off that price.

@@richard642 how did you manage to sit the helmet part up a little higher to do that effect?
