Guinness Nitrosurge - Review from the Hairy Lemon

After a few months of shall I, shan’t I, the legend that is my dad rocked up with a surprise present…. a Guinness Nitrosurge, and some cans of Guinness of course.
Lots of questions need answering. Is it any better, does it taste any better, is it creamier, does it pass the Guinness challenges, but most importantly, is it worth the extra money - both for the nitrosurger and the cans.
