I just bought a nitrosurger! My view is, the first few sips are perfect. By the half-way point it's flatter than the regular cans. I'm going to experiment and see if a nitrosurge can on the jewellery cleaner, glass filled 3/4 way and topped up with flat guinness is the best experience. IMO the nitrosurge can is ok at the beginning but nowhere near the quality of a pint in the pub..
Have just had 6 of the 538ml cans. They are in a different league lads! Equal or better than the nitro surge cans. Got 24 for 24 euro too in SuperValu. Win win

Howya lads an Cheers to the main man the head honcho the Guinness Guru himself for another great vid, the lad has the right idea he just goes in orders a pint and simply tells you what the pints like and gives it a visual ,texture and taste and 99.9% of what you see in the thumbnail or videos title is exactly where he is there's no click bait bull shizzle in this lads protocol , he's practically a natural for making this type of content basically being Irish and Dubliner having a pint of the black stuff is in his DNA the easy going way he just visits pubs from total opposite ends of the scale like a place where millions was spent on the interior Decor like McGregors place and then all of a sudden he brings us into some small place a little bit off the beaten track to a place with the one main wooden bar with oul lads propping it up and who's ceiling is still yellow from when you could smoke in pubs yet the GURU doesn't falter he just marks those type of things down to being cozy in those places especially if the pints being served up are hitting the 8.2 or higher end if the scale because The GURU is not all just about the taste of the pint but also the visual presentation of the pint being served to you , but that's where his comparisons start and finish in the glass and he rates accordingly with honesty what the pub is like doesn't affect the score ,and he couldn't care who might try and butter him up with free pints and the like , he simply remains polite but he always gives a true assessment its like his super power he cannot label a pint of the black stuff any higher than it deserves .....have to say what a clever chap he had a fairly original idea and he ran with it and now it looks like it's getting bigger weekly and his idea has grown into a very watchable channel with good honest content, the fact he comes across as a farly decent skin as well helps, sure you can see people take to him quick enough in most pubs he visits ,its nice to see that some people can put up interesting content instead of the click bait terrible mess of videos on UA-cam these days its great when you get a good one you can sub to and know you'll enjoy the vids👍

coming from another Guinness drinker ,you would certainly would need some sort of scent on or around your town halls and hairy nat king cole ,because a guinness fart will ruin underwear and not by staining by literary chemically bonding the raw stench of guinness poo and no amount of washing will do anything , your better off just buying new ones or like me have your own special black pair of guinness jocks and put them aside to be worn solely on the night off and especially next morning and day after guinness drinking , a guy i used to work with told me that on purpose he would load up on the pints of the black stuff on a sunday and hold off and wait until he got to work to dispose of his poops containing a large sunday dinner and plenty of guinness deserts afterwards ,he knew everyone had to change before work and put their clothes into lockers and in our job the small changing room used for around 25 lads also had 2 mens lavs in it the open cubicle kind of bogs that you could see over and under the door , this oul lad told me he loved catching us out and what he used to do was put a few layers of bog roll sitting on top of the toilet water, you see this way he can drop his hefty black logs down on to it and not splash his bumhole in the process , but he also told me his main reason for doing the bog roll was so that the poo doesn't go straight down under water and immediately seal away the stench ,oh no you see he wanted it to sit on the surface for a while as he drops more toxic smelling logs ,a fecking green and black mist enveloped the small locker room every monday morning without fail and all you would hear is him giggling and laughing and telling people things like " here you know i seen a science program on the telly and they said that it's actually my fecal matter particles that is making its way in the air into our bodies, all the way from my stomach to my arse and then to your mouth and nose ,and they tell your brain that its my shit you smell and recognize ,jaysus thats mad lads isn't it " he'd say things from behind the door like "jaysus lads don't hang around for long because i think that the cabbage and meat is making its way down next ,yeah i think the last dump was the carrots " as he pinched out another, every monday was the same thing the smell of guinness shit and peoples faces scrunching and groaning ,the ever constant sound of everyone getting the fake sickys and grasping for fresh air and holding their breath for as long as possible as they rush to change and close their locker ,trying their very best so as not to ingest any of his arse gas ,but it was impossible his toxic and chemical warfare caught us every week...i bet no one believes this story but im being honestly serious not a word of a lie , the moaning old fart was rotten so he was absolutely rotten ,he was a good laugh though in fairness ,just a weirdo sicko as well:)
Is there any difference in the creaminess using the nitro surge device as apposed to the surger machine ( ultrasonic jewelry cleaner)? I can’t get nitro surge cans in the US so I’m do the pin hole trick in the regular cans and use an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Works really well. Way better than the widget anyway but I was wondering if I use the nitro surge device on a regular can once the gas is drained if it would be even better.
There is minimal difference...I've worked the pub and no one gets it right...by the sheer time it took for you to make up your mind tells ya everything.

I didn't even get a creamier head, and I followed the instructions to the letter. Tastes the very same as the draught Guinness can, no difference whatsoever, except the head is just like the flat draught cans you get from time to time. I'll be looking for my money back on that nitrosurge piece of crap and from now on just drink the draught cans, straight upside down in the glass, slowly lift the can out, works perfectly every time. The draught cans, no matter how well the head turns out, never quite has that full taste you get from the proper pub pint, but without a shadow of a doubt, neither does this gimmick nitrosurge, waste of time and especially waste of money
@Kyle Byrne Yeah I would say the surge cans are definitely creamier compared to normal. I drink the normal cans more with the surge cans being so expensive.

Cans look nowhere near cold enough. There is literally no comparison between the regular can and the nitro. The nitro is actually better than 90% of pub pints out there. Creamy and not bitter at all. And no offence but the pour of the nitro was horrendous. There is a knack to how to pour the nitro and when done right it's a million times better than the regular can! It's far from a gimmick.
So guys would anybody be able to tell me if the nitro surge is worth buying, I think I can get one for 25 euro us it worth it for that price?as im thinking of getting my dad one for his birthday he loves a nice pint of guinnness and like us all he also gets that tinny taste from the draught cans ,he should be able go get a fresh pint from the tap in the pub but like nearly every other pensioner in Ireland at the moment he simply cannot afford to do things he used to be able with the recent increase rate of inflation , he's a pensioner here in Eire and TBH the way things are and the prices he isn't the only one who can't afford to drink pints in a pub these days ,when your paying anywhere from 5 euro to six fifty i surpose its depending on where you are , but its mostly more costly than ever before because its very hard to find a pint of the black stuff any less that 5.50 anywhere ,i know a few retired widowed folks who's partners have passed on ,who now can't socialise and have a few pints maybe watch a bit of football with a crowd to enjoy the atmosphere or watch goggle box in the lounge, I knew a chap that lived on his own but went to every footy game played on the TV in the pub just to have a bit of a natter and then maybe get a bit of fish n chip supper and go home and be in the sack asleep by 11:30 it upsets me when it's folks like that who are effected by the massive spike in ,gas ,electricity, food and that law that seen the unit if alcohol increase meaning there is no more deals all cans are 2 euro or up at one stage my da could get the 8 pack of draught Guinnness a bit cheaper than buying the 6 cans and with the 2 extra cans it meant that he would be able to get 2 matches out of them a week 4 cans a match...how is taxing the gargle stopping any alchahol abuse happening because people who abuse it will just spend more on it and won't eat or won't buy the kids food because your not going to stop someone with alcoholism by making it more overpriced but what you will do is effect the ordinary working class or retired folks who might buy 8 cans and pay for 6 in a deal and be able to enjoy 2 nights of drinking a week maybe playing cards or darts, tell me how is reducing that to 1 night a week and then probably put an extra day a week of boredom on the people who miss when they used to enjoy a pint or two with their Sunday dinner ,that's the folks who feel the bite and are effected when governments say they are going to Tax the BeJaysus out of things like the cost of the average can if beer let alone 50% electricity 40% + for Gas but hey how else will Leo get an 800 euro jacket in brown Thomas to go out on the streets and meet homeless people in blankets and sleeping bags ,and pose for as many pictures as possible😒
