Unfortunately you are right, my wife had an issue with her touchscreen on her '18 Charger, delaminating and the salesman said it was damaged and not delaminating, I went with her and confronted the salesman and suddenly "oh yes I guess it is delaminating", what an a$$.🤨
It's infuriating, isn't it? I'd love to pull a My Cousin Vinny moment with these mechanics. Remember in that movie when Marisa Tomei is on the stand and she blows everyone away with her car knowledge? It stinks that we women have to be on such a guard with taking our vehicles in to be serviced.
