    Mixing malt vinegar with plain flour to make a poultice for cleaning brass on my reclaimed Crittall window frames. The window frames have been stored for over 30 years outside behind an old chicken pen and remained rust free! only tarnish was the brass work..

    One of the best things for me was the use of the word poultice! It’s rarely used these days which is a shame as it’s a wonderfully descriptive word for the action it creates. Another wonderful video Edward. I also love the table cloth and placemats and the container with what looks like a couple of universal clock winding keys in it.

    Crittall frames always had solid brass handles.
