Their 2017 TedX talk and performance where they played 3 songs. Still a favorite for me and I recommend it for a reaction but also include what they are saying to the audience as you will learn about them and how well grounded and intelligent all three are at that age already.
And now they have 5 studio albums under their belts, have toured the world multiple times, and are constantly getting better and better. Dany, Pau, and Ale are absolutely slaying, especially these days!

Ale was born in very late 2004, so she was nine, here! These Mexican sisters were not yet little bilingual Catholic school girls when they first got into music at summer camps. Mom's a dentist. Dad's an engineer. He used to run a recording studio. They grew up listening to their parents' rock favorites and watching concerts on TV. The kids all learned piano first, then discovered Rock Band, the video game. Suddenly, they were choosing instruments. Dany started guitar lessons at eight. Pau started drum lessons at six. Ale started bass at seven, a few years later, as she's the youngest. Their first two albums were crowd funded and independently produced! Before watching any more of their music, I'd suggest you watch their two TEDx Talks on the University of Nevada channel, from way back in 2016 and 2017. Perhaps also watch The Warning: The Mexican Rock Stars Who Happen To Be Sisters [TIDAL Rising Documentary] on the TIDAL channel. Maybe watch Mayday in the Making, parts 1-6. As much as you like it now, if you know who they are, and where they come from, their music will make a lot more sense. These ladies are now 19, 22, and 24, and just finished a sold out tour, 19 dates in Europe and the UK. They're just back from Japan, headed on to Canada, the USA, Europe, and other places this year. They already sold out a 10,000 seat arena in Mexico City for next February, and added another date there, due to demand. Their fourth album drops June 28, and they're on Jimmy Kimmel Live the night before. They are the real deal. They were a great cover band as LITTLE KIDS. But they don't need to do covers anymore. They are as good or better than the bands they covered! And in most cases, they are more fun to watch. Their superpowers are LIVE performance, music COMPOSITIONAL skills, LYRICAL depth, STAGE presence and charisma, and personal integrity.

Enter Sandman from their Teatro Metropolitan concert is an experience unto itself. It’s much more than a cover. #the warning. Hope to see you again very soon, thanks for the reaction!
These three are musical prodigies. They attended the best music college in the world as kids; berklee college of music in boston. They were recording music and performing live as a band when most kids are just picking up their instruments.
They did a summer program at berklee, like 6 weeks or so. The 2 younger ones didnt qualify age wise and had to go through an orientation type program first.
As I understand it, Ale likes to sing as much as her sisters do. If you watch the Teatro Metropolitan concert, she is singing for most of it, although away from the microphone. However, she is shy and does not like people focused on her. So she does not want to take a lead singing role. Despite that, on tour, when Dany gets sick or her voice is tired, Ale sings lead on several songs to give Dany a break. In many/most of their songs, Ale sings beautiful harmonies and is always credited with backing vocals.
On the Lunario Dust to Dust video there is a comment from someone saying something like: “this can’t be the same little girls I saw a few years ago doing Enter Sandman?” The girls replied: “yes we are!” 😊
9,12, & 14 in this... In their basement aka (The Warning Cave)They don't do cover's anymore, except the Reimagined Enter Sandman they did for Metallica's Blacklist Album...They write their own music. I don't need to tell you it's awesome.. On June 27th they'll be on Jimmy Kimmel show promoting their new album "Keep me Fed" which is released on the June 28th 🤘🎶+🌎✌️
Ale doesn't like to sing lead but does backing vocals. When touring, if Dany is sick or needs to rest her voice, Ale will take lead on a couple of songs.
I loved your reaction and insightful comments. Welcome to the Warning! This is a power trio of Mexican sisters. They just celebrated their 10th anniversary as a band, and currently are only in their late teens and early twenties. They started in grade school! They came onto the worldwide scene with their version of Metallica's Enter Sandman when they were only 14, 12, and 9! That UA-cam video went viral and was just the beginning of what was to come. Time to learn the girls' names! Dany is the lead singer and guitarist, age 24. Pau is drummer and can be second lead singer, also does backups, age 22. Ale is the bassist and backup singer, age 19. All three also play piano as they are classically trained! Their full names are Daniela, Paulina, and Alejandra Villarreal. Many of us became hooked on the Warning with their two Tedx performances in 2016 and 2017. For further reactions, I would also use the Teatro Metropolitan 2022 concert. It was professionally recorded so the audio and video were phenomenal. There are many of their best songs in that concert. And more currently some new ones from their coming 4th album in June. Enjoy the rabbit hole as they have over 400 videos on their channel and over 65 original songs. You've been warned!
First video I ever saw was Animosity LIVE, and I was instantly hooked. This video is in theit basement, and they are playing in front of a big mirror on the other wall so they can practice their performance. 14, 12, 9
#metallica Nikki's face was so cute when Ale started doing the prayer. :) I think the first The Warning video I saw was this Enter Sandman cover, probably followed by their 2017 Tedx talk.
Yep. June, 2015, on the last day at their school, Liceo de Monterrey, 7:00 AM. It was an audition show for Berklee College of Music Summer Program for 14+. Dany could get in, but Pau and Ale were 10 and 13, so they had to audition. Needless to say, they passed the audition. That whole show is heartwarming and jaw-dropping at the same time. It's raw, real, and surprisingly well done. Four covers and six of their originals in 42 minutes. Audio was professionally recorded.
Everyone in the Warning army is like a scholar of this band. 😂 I hope the newcomers also get as passionate and knowledgeable as the fan base is now when everyone gets warned
re: 2014 *Enter Sandman* cover : for a trio, much less a young trio, this is fantastic! slightly different but a full wall of sound filled with raw power and grit... the child's prayer with Pau (drums) and Ale (bass) is beautiful and takes me back to my own youth and bedtimes with one of my parents coaching me along... the power of Pau on the drums, Ale's driving bass line, and Dany rocking out on guitar with her James Hetfield scowl are... whoa! then you think who needs two guitars when you have one Dany? 😹 also, i'll note that the wall behind the camera is a full mirror so all the girls can see themselves playing... this was done so they could work on their stage presence... the wall on Ale's (bass) side also has a window into the equipment side of their studio known as "The Warning Cave" or "The Cave" for short... they were 14 (Dany on guitar), 12 (Pau on drums), and 9 (Ale on bass) when this was recorded... yes! this is where they went viral, out of the blue! 10 years ago... i mean 🤯 TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
Another early milestone moment in their young career is the release of the video for XXI Century Blood, the title song off their first full length album in 2017. It is absolutely epic and will blow your mind. Check it out!
It has been suggested numerous times already, but you would really enjoy now viewing their performance of the same song at Teatro Metropolitan in 2022. They re-worked the song at Metallica's request. Viewing this live performance would give you an idea of how much The Warning has progressed, before you explore their original material.
The Warning are appearing on Kimmel this Thur. June 27 & their new album, Keep Me Fed drops the next day, June 28. IMO they have earned our support. Peace
Hey Guys! Yes, Ale does sing on most songs, but many times it's hard to hear her. She is usually singing the same melody as Dany, but at a lower octave to fill out the sound. Also, they haven't really done covers in many years. On Friday 6/28, they release their FOURTH studio album! They also have Their First EP, before their first album, and a handful of singles. They have over 50 originals with more on the way, and not a bad song in the bunch!
Ale the drummer is sponsored by Spector bass and they work together to make her custom signature bass called "Ale's inferno ". If u want one, it will set you back $8k.
Oh, how far they've come since they made this video for their grandparents to hear! They've evolved into absolutely world-class musicians who are absolute *monsters* as a live act. Always love to see someone new get Warned! Now Nikki should go check out their reworked version of this song they did with Alessia Cara for the Blacklist 30th anniversary album, too get an idea just how far they've progressed. Or, ya know, some of their original music... Hell You Call A Dream or Automatic Sun off the new Keep Me Fed album come immediately to mind :) Glad to see you also got pointed at Freeze The Fall by some other commenters here; they're definitely also worth checking out, for sure!
Yeah when I am able to react again with Nikki I will for sure check out another song from The Warning. And yes a possible interview in the future and 2 reactions are done and ready to go
Please tell me you showed her something current from TW as a companion so that the growth can be seen? Daniela, Paulina and Alejandra Villarreal Velez are their “formal” names. They go by Dany, Pau and Ale Villarreal informally. They still reside with their parents in Monterrey Mexico but seem to be on tour most of the year. They are now 24, 22 and 19 years old and have grown into stunning young women both appearance and personality wise. They are absolutely amazing with their fans as a fairly significant amount of their core fanbase have likely met them at Meet & Greets prior to their headlining shows. I met them in Denver in May of 23 at their M&G and they are the nicest and friendliest people but when they get onstage they are fierce. If you ever get a chance to see them live, take advantage of it because they put on an amazing live show.
No at the time we did 3 reactions: This one, a VoicePlay reaction, and A-ha. Typically when I react with someone we do 3 reactions at a time and I try to get a variety in there
My first was the ES remake with Alessia Cara, the OMV - highly recommend & has a great back story! Then I saw this original straight cover, Dust to Dust and Dull Knives were next - I kept going from video to video. Spent the next 6 hours trying to get caught up...
I discovered The Warning through their video for Evolve, then I discovered Canadian teen hard rock power trio Freeze The Fall through their cover of The Warning's Evolve. Y'all do yourself a favour and check them out. Latest video is Broken Glass.
Metallica put out a 30th anniversary of the Black Album as a compilation album called The Blacklist Album. The artists they invited to contribute were asked by Metallica to not just reproduce one of the songs from the Black Album. The Warning were invited, did Enter Sandman and it was chosen by Metallica to be song one on side one. You really, really need to check out both the OMV of the performance from that album here: ua-cam.com/video/9tKQgesCcTc/v-deo.html as well as their live performance of it at Teatro Metropolitan in Mexico City from 2022 here: ua-cam.com/video/vg9vNE7gm0I/v-deo.html
and if you want to introduce nikki to the warning now you should show you their enter sandman cover recreation for metallicas blacklist album live at teatro metropolitanand incase you didnt know starting when she was about 13 Alejandra started doing backing vocals for all of their songs and when dany cant sing because she is sick or losing her voice or something like that Paulina sings most of the songs and Alejandra takes lead vocals on some of the songs please let me know what you think
Possibly. But when I sit down with the guests we typically do 3 reactions and I try to do a variety of songs and artists. This time it was The Warning, VoicePlay, and A-ha.
Clearly now you show your guest one of the more recent live performances. I suggest Hell You Call a Dream or Automatic Sun (studio audio set to live footage) either are fantastic.
now you need her to listen to the version where Metallica do what you can with, it is so different...I love people being introduced to The Warning...Ale does vocals. but somepne found a song where Ale sang the whols; sorry do not remember the reactors name...

Ale sings lead on 3 songs, when danny had to take a break, look for it, search for Ale singing lead the warning... she sounds great if she gets more comfortable, she's great, check it out...
Great reaction guys! I was hoping you would have included their reimagined version of ENTER SANDMAN that is the 1st song on Metallica's Blacklist album commemorating the 30th anniversary of Metallica's BLACK album. The gold lies in their original songs. 👋☺️
Show her Automatic Sun from Tecate Pal Norte Festival from 31st March 2024. ua-cam.com/video/PDFH9AcPpyA/v-deo.html And then review with her The Warning's reimagination of Enter Sandman in 2021 when #Metallica invited them to participate in the Black List album that was released to commemorate 30 years of Black Album by Metallica.
I don't think Ale is shy. She is just an intervert. 2 different things. Really like your reactions. Are you staying away from the newer stuff on purpose?
I've checked out quite a bit of their newer stuff. I alternate between new and old. But I've always felt when trying to get someone into a new band to introduce them to a song they are already familiar with and then move from there
Greetings from Denmark Ace & Nikki. New subscriber here. If you want rare occasions where Ale sings lead (unicorn) then I suggest: The Warning - Red Hands Ale Lead Vocals Mercury NYC 2019 ua-cam.com/video/cKZRmpBh51E/v-deo.html THE WARNING in 4K - Hunter (ALE vocals) - TORONTO@The AXIS Club - AUG 13 2023 - ERROR Tour - FANCAM ua-cam.com/video/MNcP97HShgs/v-deo.html
So yes, Luis Villarreal, pronounced 'vee-ah-ree -ǎll' (or something close to that). So much fun to see Nikki's reaction, and this is a great introduction to the band. Now you need to show Nikki The Warning's more recent cover of "Enter Sandman". I prefer the live version from the 2022 concert at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX (aka Mexico City), but the official music video is excellent as well. See @ZWQ945's comment for the links.
Nikki has been warned! Always good to see someone's first reaction to these lovely ladies. Show her something more recent next so she can see how they have evolved (pun intended). ua-cam.com/video/97Pxe9KTgJc/v-deo.html
Love this reaction! I would suggest that you do another reaction to The Warning with Nikki but do their TedX Talk University of Nevada called You Been Warned I put the link for this below. Many people got hooked on The Warning from this show and this was the beginning of The Warning Army I believe. They showed not only their musical talents but also showcased 3 songs that they had written themselves. They also talked in between their songs and they blew me away with there maturity and enthusiasm! It's truly awe inspiring especially at their age. ua-cam.com/video/pj5ue3M-v6o/v-deo.html

Dany was born in January!, Pau in February and Ale in December, making them 14,12 and 9 years old.
First video I ever saw was Animosity LIVE, and I was instantly hooked. This video is in theit basement, and they are playing in front of a big mirror on the other wall so they can practice their performance. 14, 12, 9
#metallica Nikki's face was so cute when Ale started doing the prayer. :)
I think the first The Warning video I saw was this Enter Sandman cover, probably followed by their 2017 Tedx talk.
The concert they did at licero in 2015, will blow y'all's mind, and send y'all back to the 80s
Dany's charisma is off the charts now, but the others are close behind. Eye-magnets, all.
Try the Liceo concert, it will blow you away.
I hope the newcomers also get as passionate and knowledgeable as the fan base is now when everyone gets warned
Also, check out their new version of Enter Sandman, that they did for the Black Album anniversary, called the Black List
re: 2014 *Enter Sandman* cover :
for a trio, much less a young trio, this is fantastic! slightly different but a full wall of sound filled with raw power and grit... the child's prayer with Pau (drums) and Ale (bass) is beautiful and takes me back to my own youth and bedtimes with one of my parents coaching me along... the power of Pau on the drums, Ale's driving bass line, and Dany rocking out on guitar with her James Hetfield scowl are... whoa! then you think who needs two guitars when you have one Dany? 😹
also, i'll note that the wall behind the camera is a full mirror so all the girls can see themselves playing... this was done so they could work on their stage presence... the wall on Ale's (bass) side also has a window into the equipment side of their studio known as "The Warning Cave" or "The Cave" for short...
they were 14 (Dany on guitar), 12 (Pau on drums), and 9 (Ale on bass) when this was recorded... yes! this is where they went viral, out of the blue! 10 years ago... i mean 🤯
TWA ⚡🤘😸🤘⚡ TWA
From Mexico to the world
Another early milestone moment in their young career is the release of the video for XXI Century Blood, the title song off their first full length album in 2017. It is absolutely epic and will blow your mind. Check it out!
It has been added to the list
FYI.. They performed the song again with Alessia Cara and Metallica put it on their blacklist album!
It has been suggested numerous times already, but you would really enjoy now viewing their performance of the same song at Teatro Metropolitan in 2022.
They re-worked the song at Metallica's request.
Viewing this live performance would give you an idea of how much The Warning has progressed, before you explore their original material.
It has been added to the list
Now you have to show her The Warning live 10 years later. Immediately
The Warning are appearing on Kimmel this Thur. June 27 & their new album, Keep Me Fed drops the next day, June 28. IMO they have earned our support. Peace
This video of them always warms my ❤️
It was really awesome
Ale’s birthday is in December, she is 9 here.
The Warning!! 🔥 🤘
Ale didn't sing here - she spoke. She does sing now, usually the lower harmonies.
Very cool. That sounds awesome, but maybe sometime in the future
Hell You Call A Dream or Automatic Sun off the new Keep Me Fed album come immediately to mind :)
Glad to see you also got pointed at Freeze The Fall by some other commenters here; they're definitely also worth checking out, for sure!
Yeah when I am able to react again with Nikki I will for sure check out another song from The Warning. And yes a possible interview in the future and 2 reactions are done and ready to go
Great reaction, now you must make her listen to Hell Ypu Call A Dream or Evolve MTV's
Now you should also check out their own version of this song from the Teatro Metropolitan CDMX show from 2022.
It is on the list to check out
Please tell me you showed her something current from TW as a companion so that the growth can be seen?
Typically when I react with someone we do 3 reactions at a time and I try to get a variety in there
Ale sings a lot as backup. There are a few videos floating around the Tube of her singing lead too.
You have to follow this up with their live version of this song at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX... It's the law.
In due time
My first was the ES remake with Alessia Cara, the OMV - highly recommend & has a great back story! Then I saw this original straight cover, Dust to Dust and Dull Knives were next - I kept going from video to video. Spent the next 6 hours trying to get caught up...
I started with that one, too
is so funny how Ale was smaller and now she's taller.
I really hope you showed her something from them live and current, one of thier own songs so she can see what 10 years has done.
Not yet, but in the future I will
The Warning nacieron para renacer el rock ,su rock es muy adictivo
⚡
I discovered The Warning through their video for Evolve, then I discovered Canadian teen hard rock power trio Freeze The Fall through their cover of The Warning's Evolve.
Y'all do yourself a favour and check them out.
Latest video is Broken Glass.
I've seen a couple mentions of them. I might check them out
@@AceofBadeReacts
The Warning themselves know about Freeze The Fall.
@@AceofBadeReactsdefo check them out. You won’t be disappointed !! 🤘🤘
Rockstars from the very beginning! I hope Nikki continues down The Warning Rabbit Hole!
They do their own songs, yeah, 4th album drops next week.
There 4th album keep me fed will be released June 28th. It will be their 1st gold or bigger album.
So far I have enjoyed the songs I've reacted to that are part of the album
Look for Kirk Hammett (Metallica’s lead guitarist)’s tweet after watching this video, he said: The drummer kicks maximum ass!
haha that's awesome
Some their own songs account to more then 50 (fifty) by the way
I didn't realize there were that many
and if you want to introduce nikki to the warning now you should show you their enter sandman cover recreation for metallicas blacklist album live at teatro metropolitanand incase you didnt know starting when she was about 13 Alejandra started doing backing vocals for all of their songs and when dany cant sing because she is sick or losing her voice or something like that Paulina sings most of the songs and Alejandra takes lead vocals on some of the songs please let me know what you think
oh you shoiuld have make a double feature with the new Enter Sandman Version
The next time our schedules match up we'll check out another video from The Warning
#metallica - watched it all, great reaction vid!
I Love the warning
The prayer part is cuteness overload and you should check out their cover of Muse’s Hysteria Ale slays the bass at 9 yrs old much harder than this one
It really is. That song has been added to the list
🤟TW. … so inspirational
now you need her to listen to the version where Metallica do what you can with, it is so different...I love people being introduced to The Warning...Ale does vocals. but somepne found a song where Ale sang the whols; sorry do not remember the reactors name...
All three ladies played a lot of guitar hero at the time . 💪 Check out XXI FIRST CENTER BLOOD 🤘⚡🤘 THE QUEEN'S 👑 OF ROCK 🤘⚡
Epic 👑🔥🤟🏼⚡️💖
My first was the TEDx Talk 2017 video. You should react to it!! They blew me away!
It has been added to the list
@@AceofBadeReacts Be sure to watch the whole video!! Nikki too!
Now react to their reimagined version of Enter Sandman live atTeatro Metropolitan Theatre also FYI The Warning will be on the Jimmy Kimmel Show June 27th … YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!⚡️⚡️⚡️
Ale sings lead on 3 songs, when danny had to take a break, look for it, search for Ale singing lead the warning... she sounds great if she gets more comfortable, she's great, check it out...
Wouldn't happen to know the songs would you?
@AceofBadeReacts she sings Hunter, Red hands never fade and there's another one, can't remember right now...lol
@@Jorge-p5x6c Awesomeness
Great reaction guys!
I was hoping you would have included their reimagined version of ENTER SANDMAN that is the 1st song on Metallica's Blacklist album commemorating the 30th anniversary of Metallica's BLACK album.
The gold lies in their original songs.
👋☺️
That was actually the first one I reacted to. I do plan to check out the Teatro version in the future
Perfect! Looking forward to it!
👋😊
Shame you didn't show her what they sound like now or at least their reworked version of this song for Metalica's reissue of the Black Album!
I know everybody is excited for the new stuff, but it's also important to go back and see how they started
Show her Automatic Sun from Tecate Pal Norte Festival from 31st March 2024.
ua-cam.com/video/PDFH9AcPpyA/v-deo.html
And then review with her The Warning's reimagination of Enter Sandman in 2021 when #Metallica invited them to participate in the Black List album that was released to commemorate 30 years of Black Album by Metallica.
Now show her their live version from 2022
Check out "Kick Start My Heart" cover The Warning.
I actually reacted to that one a few months ago
I don't think Ale is shy. She is just an intervert. 2 different things. Really like your reactions. Are you staying away from the newer stuff on purpose?
I've checked out quite a bit of their newer stuff. I alternate between new and old. But I've always felt when trying to get someone into a new band to introduce them to a song they are already familiar with and then move from there
Atlas Rise cover by the warning in Wiski a gogo
It has been added to the list
Alejandra actually sings very well, but she doesnt like to sing lead vocals.
Greetings from Denmark Ace & Nikki. New subscriber here. If you want rare occasions where Ale sings lead (unicorn) then I suggest:
The Warning - Red Hands Ale Lead Vocals Mercury NYC 2019 ua-cam.com/video/cKZRmpBh51E/v-deo.html
THE WARNING in 4K - Hunter (ALE vocals) - TORONTO@The AXIS Club - AUG 13 2023 - ERROR Tour - FANCAM ua-cam.com/video/MNcP97HShgs/v-deo.html
♥️✌🏻😎
The next time our schedules match up we'll check another song out by The Warning
Little Pau is better than Lars. 🙈🙈
alejandra not 10,she is 9,5.
🤘🔥⚡️
Love this reaction! I would suggest that you do another reaction to The Warning with Nikki but do their TedX Talk University of Nevada called You Been Warned I put the link for this below. Many people got hooked on The Warning from this show and this was the beginning of The Warning Army I believe. They showed not only their musical talents but also showcased 3 songs that they had written themselves. They also talked in between their songs and they blew me away with there maturity and enthusiasm! It's truly awe inspiring especially at their age. ua-cam.com/video/pj5ue3M-v6o/v-deo.html
Ive watched most of your reactions , but i dont do covers ive only done 3 on here which were better than the original i was told and they were
Most of their covers are on par with the source material or hit in a different way
@@AceofBadeReacts Covers are cheap and usually shite like this one , hate covers . Its why i dislike hip hop and rap taking other peoples material and fucking it up , only three on you tube worth watching Disturbed / Sound of Silence . Johnny Cash /Hurt . Joe Cocker/ With a Little Help from my Friends woodstock 1969 . ive muted this crap
Ale born 2005.

Locura!!! UGH
dont forget you need to introduce dollcake to nemophila by doing their cover to Linkin Park Given Up i promise you guys wont requet it please let me know what you think
