- The judges for Canada's Drag Race really think they're doing something by making these girls cry every episode huh...
If you're confused why any of these moments are included lemme know and I'll tell you why.

they literally gave a queen a panic attack and then told her “don’t panic”
i also dislike how they said "youre all drag queens and you're all here... -because your'e sickening- because you want to win" yeah, no shit lol. so uplifting. much empathy wow
Even worse than Ru when Tyra almost fainted when she won
girl like 70% of the queens have panics attacks on drag race its normal bc u r in one of the most famose reality shows on the world, and she show is edited like a lot of things are on this vídeo 😬
Someone: *Drowns*
Judges: “B r e a t h e”
Unlabelled Glass Jar u actually can be the cause of someone having a panic attack, i would know. So you’re saying that if u have mental health issues, u shouldn’t pursue your dreams? that criticism was not “fair”. If it were fair, there wouldn’t be compilations of all the rude and harsh critiques given to the contestants on the show.
Jinkx Monsoon once said, "watching drag race doesn't make you an expert in drag. It makes you a fan of a TV show" and I always keep that in mind when I watch Drag Race. With that being said, I do find certain critiques being harsh on the girls.
Here here momma!!
yas
Jeffrey needs to learn that.
-knocks on wood- Come through mama!!
Yeah, I need to watch this when I get time. From this clip, Jefree is giving me Santino vibes and that's not good. You can't be so harsh unless a queen had given you reason.
This seems like a panel of fans finally being able to do their own critiques
LITERALLY
I’m-
I know, right!
Lmfaooooo for real!!!!
periot
Jeffrey honey, let’s remember the fact that Raja, who wore what is considered one of the most iconic and fashionable looks on the runway didn’t paint her arms to match her face because she too was going for a Marie Antoinette look and that’s literally how Marie dressed? That was the style. It’s historically accurate.
PREACH!
Dear god yes!!! That what i was thinking!!
That's what I said, thank yoooooou
I wanted Raja to mention it on Fashion Photo Ruview because she would be the one to reference her iconic Antoinette look and defend Jimbo. Plus why is Jimbo constantly getting robbed I thought he’d win the denim challenge
I was waiting for this comment
Jeffrey is acting like one of those gays who think that being sassy is personality.
And BKH is just sitting there like a stone gargoyle. Girl is channeling Rupaul on Nyquil.
Not Rupaul on Nyquil 😂
JBC is super passive aggressive about it too -- he only compliments people to put someone else down.
He’s not being sassy he’s being bitchy.
When I criticize his behavior, multiple friends say "well he's hot so it's fine." This is why we gays can't have nice things.
@@JakobTennisMB the perfect excuse to go get a new and improved circle of friends
Both Raja and Jinkx Monsoon did Marie Antoinette inspired looks and their arms were bare whilst their faces were powdered because that's the look, that's the illusion. Jeffrey sounds clueless af. His attitude is unnecessary and rude.
Syco Sircus yeah, I don’t see the reason why she should have painted her arms white either
Wait Jinkxi did a Marie Antoinette inspired look? Which episode? Please tell me
@@tukyad.836 The one they wore pink outfits. I think it was the one they did a kids show.
He acts and talks so bitchy, she actin sassy and everything, it doesn’t suit him.... change him,
True, but they also had good/decent make-up while Jimbo's was awful. He could have mentioned that instead.
JBC has admitted he’s never even been to a local drag show before, so it astounds me that he’s a judge on an internationally recognized drag competition.
Maybe RuPaul picked him because JBC is cute? I think he often has guest judges because he is a fan of their show or met them. And then sometimes these judges are possibly racist or homophobic but RuPaul will sometimes come out with one of his one liners to squash it. I think some people who are rich and untouchable dont think things through because they either don't have to and don't care to.
where did he say that?? That's SHOCKING
@@l.b.2592 like when he invited Courtney Love to be a guest judge on the show in season 10
@@karla.ag27 i think Courtney was rupaul friend of the family guest. Kurt cobain had a lot of respect for Rupaul back in the day. Francis bean was also a guest one time
He got the job cause Ru wants him. He's a cute guy...and that's it.
How they gonna clock Jimbo for not painting her arms, but praise BOA's face makeup in that hairy, tan bodysuit?!?! THE SHADE
They hated Jimbo lol
Boa should’ve been READ
Boa should have been bald headed and unemployed so quickly after that, they hated Jimbo and it was so obvious

As if Jeffrey's comments aren't rude enough, his facial expressions and mannerism are trash too.
Why are all jeffreys/jeffree’s rude psychos?
@@humansareslaves618 thats a bit much jefree star is WAYY worse we will see if jefery boymemrm tries to giv a statement or if he will let his non existent carere be destroyed. Sometimes i think he fuked ru paul to get a spot on this judgeing pannel

He’s like Santino but like.....worse
Wow I never thought sokka was a fan of RPDR. Say hi to katara a Suki for me.
Sokka Of water tribe cool thx 😊
ya, i can stand Michelle, but this one.. srsly? -_- annoying and very offensive

Jeffery really thinks guy-liner makes him qualified to judge men in wigs

Exactly!!! The level of professionalism....😎
Lmao
Was gonna comment the same thing. If he doesnt understand what Jimbo meant by that maybe he shouldnt be judging fashion looks because he CLEARLY doesnt know ANYTHING about fashion history.
@@Kimiko1Shibuki remember the rococo look raja did- and didnt paint her arms
Thank You! Raja didn't paint hers when she did her Marie look, because Marie didn't (I don't think) so Jeffrey, stfu grrrr stop trying to be Michelle.
Jeffrey is try to be Canada's Michelle and it just ain't working.
But Jeffery is worse
what jeffrey doesnt understand is that michelle has good intentions and backs up her criticism with ways for them to improve. jeffrey just comes accross as means and doesnt try to help them
Michelle was literally a staple of the voguing scene and has been around the art of drag for so many years. Idk how Jeffrey gets to be so rude when we don't know how experienced he is with this
Yea, like it’s not constructive, more so destructive. Like you can tell Kiara to step up her runway looks, but to quip in that her taste level is in question is just not necessary.
He tries to be Michelle, but also acts like Ru how he talks, is so fucking annoying.
Jeffrey's critiques are like Farrah Moan's joke on Michelle Visage Roast, they're supposed to be funny and witty but ends up sounding mean and hateful
I think hes just plain evil
Rome Blanchard I think he’s letting his 5-minutes of fame get to him, guy probably think he’s the next rupaul 😂

@@vanguardkardashy8701 he's still being disrespectful and catty. Shade is supposed to come from love and is supposed to be witty
when Tynomi said “the whole competition?” you just know there’s something wrong with the way they judge it’s like they’re trying to break that “Canadians are nice” stereotype but they’re going waaay out of line it’s actually hard to watch
These judges have literally no personality it bothers me , it’s like they’re trying so hard to build around rupauls personality but they just can’t achieve
so true
Yeah they’re kinda dull... at least have someone like Carson there
omg yeah carson is like my favourite non guest judge
Exactly!
Yes, thank you. It bothered me sooooo much that Jeffrey was trying so hard to speak and move just like RuPaul like sooo annoying. He is so cringe. His forced mannerisms and ways of speaking were awful. Then Brooke had the audacity to say in an interview that it’s kids who are upset about the judges lmfaoooo no gurl it’s cuz you all have the personality of a piece of copy paper and everyone noticed lol
How is Stacey so skinny when she's carrying the entire judges' panel
Daniel Donovan Her metabolism
Stacey's an angel. Don't let anything happen to her! Protect at all costs!
@@nicholasfairbanks7396 She's soft but at the same time on point! And shit, I love her voice!
It’s because Stacey is the only one with credentials. She was great on top model and she’s bringing her experience here!
You hit the nail right on the head lol
I never was 100% a RuPaul stan but GURL these judges actually make me appreciate how motherly Ru can be like in comparison
The show doesn't feel the same without Ru and Michelle tbh
Ru knows exactly what she’s doing
I think it’s bc BLH wasn’t given the same level of status that Ru has on the American version so Brook Lynn can’t have that ownership of being the motherly figure she could be bc she’s sharing the stage equally with 2 other people and it’s awkward
Yeah same
Cannot agree more. Not a fan of Ru but her drag knowledge is unquestionable.
*”The judges have made some decisions”*
_Yeah... really bad ones_
They have made CHOICES
Brooke should know better about favouritism given that she competed with Silky.
Silky wasn't flavoured i-
@@boss1boy Drag race fans always try to reach and bring up Silky for no reason
right because she soooo wasnt kept for the drama that she brought. she should have been in the bottom in the queens everywhere challange and the lipsync with nina was a double sashay but even if ru didnt want to eliminate a queen that day nina did better and knew the words. yall delusional
nwt she literally was lol
The Silky and Nina lipsync was awful but at least Silky moved a bit compared to Nina who stood in one place all the time. Noone should've been bottom for the Queens Everywhere episode, they only wanted Brooke and Vanjie to lipsync for the drama. Silky got read everytime she struggled (the ball, the makeover, her lipsync, her roach look) Silky wasn't as favoured as much as Yvie was because how was she not low instead of Mercedes for episode 1? How was she in the top for the ball? HOW did she not lipsync for the magic challenge when she was the clear word that week? Yall can dislike Silky and that's perfectly fine but yall dont have to blow everything out of proportions when it comes to her because she really wans't favoured.
Bianca: "How have you been a positive influence for the gay community?"
Jeffrey: "Well-"
Bianca: "Quickly."
this needs more likes
He needs help packin
Jeffrey: *silence bc its true.*
YES MAAM
When was that? I want to see it
Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman needs to GO. He is giving me that “I’m gay, so bitchy is my only personality trait” realness. His critiques are not helpful or constructive, they’re coming across as flat-out rude.
I hate his personality too. Yeah I don't really know if he acts this way in his private life but if he's going for that gig on he show, girl get out and let's bring another Canadian who actually has manners and knowledge about what's being judged.
Exactly. He acts like he knows drag so well when he obviously doesn't. He isn't giving "constructive criticism", he's giving "Oh Yes Gawd honey mawma bitch your look tonight is so disgusting so my bias against you is going to rip you apart okurrr *tongue pop*". He really needs to drop that act.
It’s painfully obvious he’s FORCING his this entire “I’m gay, I’m fierce, I’m a bitch, I’m glamorous” personality.... it makes me sick
he’s a D list actor who has no drag knowledge and his only credential in drag is being a fan of the show and getting on Ru’s good side while being gay. that is the only reason he was even thought of being a judge on drag race.
@1GoldRunner he really isn't. I watched him on Unreal and he is the worst part of the show.
“It’s dumb..and you’re dumb” the panel as such an extensive vocabulary
Jeffrey said that she didn't paint her arms the same color- If she was going for a 'Marie Antoinette' vibe with the white powdered face, I thought they only concentrated that type of makeup around their faces? Of course most of the time women had arms covered, but to my understanding, at the time this was the style. The insensitivity and the crater of knowledge of the Era that this guy didn't know he had it amusing.
Your exactly right the fashion was to have a porcelain face. If he was going for Marie Antoinette its accurate
I was thinking the same thing ... They didnt beat their whole body or any other part that wasnt their face prob not even their necks ....
Like I said on another comment, though, I don’t get why Jimbo brought up time restraints. I get that it was edited down, but saying that just kind of walked her into a corner. Just explain the fantasy and go absolutely no further, bc then you leave them no opportunity to take your look wrong.
@@hkazu63 Oh yes I Def agree there, should not have complained about time restraints at all! But I would definitely given him a history lesson! lol 😂
Maybe just a snarky remark about "Well, that's characteristic of the era, so" lmao. which makes me wonder if Jimbo even knew that
Also let's not forget raja done that on her season did he not know about that lol.
“I hear you girl, everyone gets the same amount of time. Maybe use your time better?” Like WOW the condescending tone is just...sad. It’s sad to see anyone being this over the top with a drag show. These girls have LIMITED time to create creative and unique looks on a show where they’re giving all their energy too. It’s not as easy as it looks. He should’ve realized that instead of hammering down on being the “mean” judge. I’m baffled.
Not to mention he us also incorrect. Jimbo says she is going for Marie Antoinette powdered face fantasy with the look, aka 18th century rococo inspired make-up. You can also see this style represented on season 3 or America's drag race with Raja.
In this style of make-up you do not paint the arms. You also typically wouldn't paint the chest. Women would paint their faces and necks white, heavily blush their cheeks and use beauty marks of varying shapes. Jimbo's make-up captured the feel of rococo and painting her arms white would just make it messy and cluttered.
@@lalalalala2958 woow. thanks for the trivia. you just made his critique even worse, if that's true.
@@oceanlawnlove8109 it absolutely IS true, which is why his critique is even more infuriating!! Jeffrey's critiques of their fashion is always so rude and not even remotely constructive, but this critique just got under my skin 🙃🙃
But even so, that’s still actually true? Like I don’t care to defend anyone, but that answer to that point is ultimately still true. They DO all get the same amount of time, so time itself isn’t really a reason. I’m honestly not sure why Jimbo even brought it up bc that wasn’t her illusion and she really just kind of walked herself into a corner saying it? Like, I get that it’s obviously edited down but she would have absolutely no reason to go into time constraints. It just seems...bizarre.
And then he has the audacity to wonder where her spark went.
Jeffrey is talking about bad acting, but has one of the worst performances ever in American Horror Story.
Wuuut??? He was on AHS?? Which season

Stacey has the most vague and abstract critiques. She would be like

@@swagbeast7463 can boa please go home im sorry but its long overdue
THIS!! I was thinking the exact same thing! That "illusion" was ruined for me because of the difference in face and body! I wasn't even phased about Jimbos arms. 💪🏻
I agree! And even the same with her potato boobs look. Like wtf, the WHOLE thing was sloppy. Her corset didn't fit her, it was uneven and you could even see the zip at the front, the harsh black cloud around her hair line which is receded too far anyway, the muddy brown powder shown all over her face and neck where she wasn't precise, the weird earrings that frame her face weird, the wonky head band, her boobs looked unnatural, and I could point out so much more. But apparently she's perfect and sooo amazing. No, mate. Like helloo? This is Rupaul's Drag Race not Rupaul's Rigged Race.
Not to mention that colouring her arms makes no sense with the powdered face look she was going for.
i hate hate HATE your critiques and judging
Get her Nicki Minaj!

Hahaha your comment made my day
"What do you hate so much about my critiques and judging?"
JBC annoys me. Particularly the look he gives after the “ use your time more wisely “ comment to Jimbo. He personifies every snarky queen I’ve ever encountered.. #meangays no one has time for that BS anymore.
I think this comment has been the most accurate way to describe his behaviors, he's a Mean Gay.
An "A" Gay who feels above anyone and can be SOOO shady but don't take it too seriously cause.... It was a joke, jeez 🙄
jeffrey is really trying to be michelle but without the constructive in the critique
yeah like michelle can be bitchy but like it’s a drag competition and she doesn’t over do it. she’s been working with drag queens for years. and she will usually say something good and then give constructive criticism and you can tell she doesn’t want to actively hurt their feelings.
Tynomi's "the whole competition" broke my heart because you can see they were unnecessarily harsh on her on the last episode.
You know what she said after that?
it was so unneeded. i could kind of tell that she didn't understand what was meant because she's been working really hard the entire time which has been overlooked by their own bias against her.
Felt like Brooke Lynn was prodding Tynomi to release some emotional personal issue like Ru always does for drama.
That clip of alyssa is how I basically feel about these judges.
BLH has the knowledge but sucks at judging. Stacey is pretty good.. JBC just all around is a terrible judge and shouldnt be anything more than a one episode guest.
Right
Calls a girl out for a "shake and go" wig (which means literally remove it from the bag, shake it, don't style it and throw it on) because HE didn't like how she styled it. Says "your chest is beat."
Jeffrey has no knowledge of drag or even the terms the community uses in proper context. Why is he a judge? Clearly not because of his acting resume because that's as low as his IQ. Because he was a guest judge on the main show once or twice and did that awful cringe skit with Ru on AS5? Please.
It really hurts me to see the queens being spoken to this way. Drag is supposed to be empowering, unique, and fun. I understand that this is a competition and they need to be critiqued but do they have to be such jerks? It makes it seem like their goal is to hurt them.
JBC is so cringey. I cringed so hard when he said “everyone gets the same amount of TTTTIME. Use it better maybe 😘” like damn why he acting so extra
I mean, delivery could be better but where is the lie though?
Masterpieces take time, they aren't done in a week. He seems to need a reality check.
@@djpulytea for real. if ru and michelle judged this, they woulda said "fucking amazing, but you should have painted the arms for the full illusion" and not "really nice, but the arms fucking suck DO IT BETTER EVERYONE ELSE HAD THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME" ... him always comparing the queens to each other is so annoying tbh.
Nevermind btw. Now I know more. what she was going for, the people didn't paint their arms back in the day. Jeffrey is just uneducated.

*I honestly hate that Lemon is doing good but then lands in the bottom and Jimbo is robbed ALL THE TIME and she lands in the bottom tf?*
There's a fine line between constructive criticism and straight up being rude. The judges crossed that line.
Telling a girl their taste level is questionable Is stupid and unnecessary. Also Boa is getting the Silky treatment
Edit: the fact that 1k people agree with me is both satisfying and oddly terrifying
Yeees
But I would prefer BOA than Silky all day.
Fr tho, I respect Silky and she has her quirks, but at least BOA isn't as loud and annoying.
Yasss why are they obsessed with boa .... ???
I love BOA to be honest..
How much time has JBC spent around queens? Michelle grew up around the scene and she knows what Ru is looking for so she earns her spot, but JBC questioning a queen's taste when he doesn't even understand the principle look of Marie Antoinette just confuses me why he's here.
Exactly, like people back then never painted their arms lmao. They went for the powdery look for their faces. Who the fck is putting makeup on their forearms anyways? If anything, he should’ve told her that maybe she should’ve had elbow-length gloves on or something to finish the look. It seemed to me like they were just fishing for something to critique Jimbo on. As a Canadian I cannot stand this fcking show!
Dude I KNOOOOW. He's so bad. I hate it.
I literally wanna scream at them. I still don't know how boa got away with the first DIY look

Let's get this some traction and share it around so this A-hole doesn't appear on Season 2!
Although I agree that JBC is doing a really (really really) bad job as a host and a judge (he is so fake, every time he talks its so cringey) I actually agree that the white face jimbo did made very little sense. If she was going for a 16th french vibe, then the hair should have had a very different style, there was no reason for the white contacts, and her runway walk should have reflected that as well, it really did come off as more zombie which I didn't really understand...
Jeffrey can't even do his own makeup, geez that eyeliner....
It’s weird for Brooklyn to be judging this considering she didn’t win
Looks like the only qualification she has is being Canadian....
Thats what I have been saying too. You didn't have what it took, yet somehow shes supposed to be so knowledgeable that she can judge who does?
she’s a fierce queen, but the way she judges makes it seem like she would slay all those challenges which i believe is not true
I think the thing that bugs me about Brooke is she always gave me a really mean vibe on her season, I mean she straight up said everyone hated Scarlett for no reason other than she didn't like her, and it kind of feels like she's kept that energy as a judge
She's fierce, talented and influencial enough. Do you think Rupaul would ever stand a chance in winning his own show? Winning doesn't mean shit.

Santino 2.0
At 1:50 I was kinda agreeing with Jeffrey on how some of Kiaras looks were a little basic, but then he said “Which all together kinda puts your taste level into question for me”.
*O U C H.*
You definitely do not say that to someone when critiquing them.
Alexis Michelle got that critique all season long and no one had a problem with them being too "hard" on her because she was getting a villain edit.I agree the judges are way too harsh, but most of their critiques are valid, they just need to work on how they deliver them.
@@mattyf8558 no baby. She never talk about the taste level of any queen. Thats fucking rude
Think about how Stacey said jer critique "you need to start thinking more outside the box with your outfits" And the way she delivered it was in a very soft manner and it gets the exact same point across that jeffrey made but in a much much nicer way
Right? Like Santino once said that about a queen but to Ru when the girls were untucking, not to her face. Ru called Adore's dress hideous, but again, the girls werent onstage. As harsh as they have been on drag race they have some decency and common sense about what you say, how you say it, and who you say it to. That's why the judges deliberating alone moment exist, because some things need to be taken into consideration by the judges but are too harsh to say to someone who's putting energy, sweat, effort and creativity into something to reach a goal.
As a Canadian, I hate this version of drag race. They just SHOVE the fact that its Canada down your throat. It's so cringy and annoying
They did the same shit with the UK version! I know Americans often think it's one country, and we all sound "British" and shit our pants when we see Queen Lizzie but as a Scot it was super tough to watch what was essentially RuPaul's Drag Race England, +1 Irish Queen. Although I will say I did really enjoy it as a season, it just made me cringe a whole bunch.
i think they only do that for the first season tho, it should start to be more individual in the second season if we get that.
Amen!
It's fine
Agreed.
When JBC told Jimbo "welcome to the show", as if he had just now showing what he can do, the week AFTER he won Snatch Game. Huh?
I seriously dislike Jeffrey. Please get him off this show. Just so mean spirited and trying so hard.
when he squinted after saying maybe u need to use ur time better i got so mad he acts like them rude popular girls from high-school. God
Alecsia Popa I actually figuratively barfed when he did that 🤮 trying way too hard, someone that isn’t being themself has zero business telling queens to ‘stay true to yourself’ lol
@bertas uloz gurl, this ain't a race issue wtf
bertas uloz whats your problem? You are commenting the same thing over and over, when this is not a race issue, is an attitude issue
The producers puts their bets on the wrong queens. They thought we were gonna LIVE for Boa and instead we LIVE for Jimbo. I don't understand the clear Boa favoritism happening!
theyre going for an underdog thing since some queens were kinda mean on her entrance
Lau RG Agreed. From the moment she stepped in, they filmed the queens reacting like, “OMG, SHE’S here?!?” Even after the first runway, Kyne had the audacity to go off spouting, “i CaN’t BeLiEvE wE’rE LoSiNg To BoA!” when her outfit is falling apart.
@@lergoth They weren't mean. They were shocked to see her there because of her rep. Juice Boxx explained that.
The only queen who was outright mean to her in the first episode was bitter Kyne.
These judges are NOT qualified to judge a whole ass season of drag race
Omg, this is like two years old and I'm still so mad at the judges. Wtf was going on there??
As a cosplayer, I have always been irked at the fact that being 'costumey' is seen as such a negative thing on Drag Race. I think that Jimbo, Tynomi and Ilona had a very solid concept in place and the judges were way too harsh on them.
I fully agree. I might not be a cosplayer but the critique something looks "costumy" is sooo vague. Costum, Outfit and Look really aren't that different. If you say somebody looks like they are wearing "a Halloween costume" then maybe I'd be fine with that but it would still not sit truly right with me :/
Dude I think it's so weird when they say "it's too costumy" bitch. You're a man dress as a woman ofc it's costumy. Drag is about dressing up how ever you want, it's not just about being in a gown and glam
A large part of fashion is costume, couture shows are designed to be spectacle. If you are going grocery shopping in Pierpaolo Piccioli people are going to look at you funny.

These judges have no chemistry together and they lack charisma. Brooke Lynn has a dry personality, Jeffrey is nice to look at until he opens his mouth and the other judge is meh. This gig is way out of their league, they need bigger and better judges.
I think Brooke Lynn and Stacey would be great if they had someone more energetic to bring both of them out
Slightly Sleep Deprived I think that’s what it is I agree I don’t mine them as judges as much at all Jeffrey he’s just not good the dynamic doesn’t work as well with him like it does on the other drag race series so I think if they replaced him it would make more sense kind of like how Ross and Carson are the more energetic judges in a way
congratulations for this being the first and last season of Canada’s drag race
I love Stacey, but the other judges... girl bye
Honestly tho, like I rly like Stacey and Brooklyn is, ok but I just want her to open up more. And The third guy should just not he there
JBC is just being a bitch, Brooklyn is kinda OK TBH
Ikrrrrrr like where th3efucckkk is rupaul!!?
I don't think that Brooklyn really said anything rude in this tbh it's mostly just the guy.
Brok Lynn is awesome Jeffery kinda ruthless
Aren’t us Canadians supposed to be nice? The judges are rude as hell
So are the queens
No
It's Toronto, have you not been there? Most people in Toronto are superficial and rude AF. Not to sound xenophobic, but ( I know, I know just hear me out), most people in Toronto either recently moved to Canada and are Canadian citizens, but not Canadian in that born and raised Canadian sense. Because of that, a lot of people who are born in TO are raised and surrounded by Canadian citizens who aren't born and raised in a Canadian culture. I lived in TO for a while, and I found most people in TO never leave the GTA unless they're going to a tourist destination. So, even kids who are born in TO aren't exposed to, let alone raised in that classic "Canadian Culture".
I work in a field where there is a lot of movement between provinces and territories, and most people have a very hard time getting used to TO culture.... in that it's toxic and fake AF. Torontonians have a hard time when they go to other cities because they either a) Bring that toxic shit with them, and decide that everyone else is wrong, and they're perfect bc TO is the centre of the universe, or b) Bring that toxic shit with them, realise that they're toxic and don't have to be that way, change, realise that they don't want to go back to TO and end up being that bizarre minority that actually WANTS to move to the prairies.
Pretty much everyone else from other areas in Canada seem to vibe pretty well together. Prairie folk tend to be friend shaped bc they get along with everyone, even TO, but only for short stints. It's all rather strange tbh, probably would be solved if more Torontonians worked outside of province more.
@@agarumasters8591 They're almost all from Toronto.... so.
Jana G I absolutely know what you mean. I was born and raised in the GTA. The general Torontonian public is not a good representation of Canadian culture... although it is the Canadian culture I’m familiar with unfortunately...
Aww when Stacey asked Kyne what she thought of her own outfit and she said she liked it, and then Stacey tried to humiliate her that made me so sad. Kyne is so sweet :(
The way people say “they bullied Jeffrey off Twitter,” well girl.....he took like two episodes of drag race appearances and decided he was Michelle Visage. Act a fool, get treated a fool.
The entire judge panel needs to be replaced. Overall lack of personality and screen charisma, including Brooklyn. Sorry girl.
AGREE
True.
It doesn't even feel like the Brooklyn we've seen before :(
@@duckduckgooseberry7051 Yeah... no screen presence. Whaaa happen?
Yeah im starting to not like Brooklyn bcuz of how she is acting on the show
i say we replace the judges with raja and raven
YES
Omg yes! Cmon they've been doing the Fashion Photo Ruview for years. And being seasoned drag queens (much older than Brooklyn), I do believe they're qualified enough to judge. They've seen it all. Raven even does Ru's makeup for the show since Season 9 I've heard.
Agree
Yes. I honestly don' think Brooklyn Hytes should even be there, They are all cringe worthy.
Nope. Stacey STAYS.
At this point they’re just being mean and dragging the queens not actually giving them criticism that will help them in future challenges :(
Imagine having Shangela and Bianca Del Rio as judges on this show and have all these dry dessert judges sashay away, now that would be a gag.
Jeffrey is so annoying and they need to remind us EVERY EPISODE how "cute, hot, and good-looking" he is bc 1) he doesn't have anything else going for him and 2) he's ugly on the inside☺️✨
Oh yeah that smudged eyeliner and random mixed patterns are so hot can't get enough of him
i dont think hes hot at all
He’s not even cute, he wouldn’t get a text back on Grindr like dude who are you
He is a very generic “cute” and is awkwardly trying too hard
I love the queens and Stacey, but Brooke and Jeffrey have left me feeling uncomfortable and sorry for the queens every episode. when the queens in untucked are constantly confused by who is in the top/bottom, there’s something wrong with the judging
Same... Brooke and Jeffrey should not be brought back... Stacey had been carrying them..
I really think that Brooke can be a good HOST. Like Rupaul, listening. But Jeffrey... girl bye.
When that guy said “he gave me a boy walk!?” Wtf how does a comment stating a gender stereotypes on a drag show???? The basic of drag is to blur the gender line! They really didn’t choose the right juges didn’t they!?
YES! That comment stood out to me as well...
I CAN’T be the only one who thinks Jeffrey sounds like he’s doing an impression of Maximillion Pegasus from Yu-Gi-Oh! When he talks.
OMFG I'm not gonna be able to get that out of my head now thnx lol
“Yu-gi boy!”
Stacy is the only judge that actually doing her job correctly
I agree, but her voice is so annoying. It sounds like she's constantly out of breath
To me, the other 2 are so bad she looks better by comparison, but isolated her critics are also nonsense
@@bernardolopes1989 Nothing she can do about it
@@nwt2085 I agree, but maybe she should keep to criticism which she does a decent job at instead of the dramatic "lipsync for your life" stuff
1:28 maybe, but that "really" hurted me
They said that they looked like garbage cause they gave them GARBAGE MATERIALS MAMA. I swear these judges critics are gonna make me teleport to Mars.
They’re high on fuckin Tubby-Custard
act the fool girl, act the fool
Juan Sebastian Angarita act *A* fool*
How are the judges supposed to know what materials they were given
TBF, seasoned drag queens can make an outfit out of anything, all they need are duct tape and a hot glue gun
This show gave me anxiety just from watching it, immagine LIVING IT
Imagine thinking quirkiness is all there is to Jimbo, was he even LOOKING at that zipper dress?!
when i say my heart SHATTERED when tynomi said "this whole competition?" while her voice trailed off bc of tears??? the judges were so cutting and not at all constructive...... truly ih2l (i have 2 laugh)
Just be honest, I don’t think they will be judges next season. That’s why I stop watching after the second ep. They are not qualified to be the judges. Even the most ‘qualified’ Brooklyn, top 3 drag queen in a show doesn’t qualify you as a judge. There is a difficult between being a good drag queen and judge. Not every good student can be a good teacher. They are not patient, not sensitive and they show no depth and empathy. They are still the competitors who are trying to get more attention or steal more attention from the queens by saying something weird and controversial. They should seriously thinkin about the judges choice. They need at least one real judge to be part of this.
Top comment right here
Perfect comment. It’s a huge bridge between being a performer sometime good and a tv host with cero charisma.
Perfectly put!
How is Stacey not qualified, she is top model, she can judge the runway at least and she gives good advices for girls
Nikolija Vorkapić
Yeah I really like Stacey. Even when she sometimes gives pretty harsh critiques, I think the are mostly constructive and make sense.
I might not always agree, but I get where she is coming from.
And she is the judge I like more and more for each episode, and who feels genuine. I’m starting to really enjoy her as a judge.
Brokelyn still feel very unnatural and I don’t know, maybe with some more time, I don’t know.
Jeffry I don’t dislike as much as some viewers seem to. I think he works pretty okay interacting with the girls in the work room and not on the runway. His critiques are definitely the worst, they make no sense, and most of the times the girls would actually get worse if they listened to him.
this is beyond upsetting. it seems that the judges for the most part are just reading the girls and not very well either. i know sometimes critiques can be harsh but in comparison other judges often give advice on what to fix or say what they are looking for so the queens can fix it. how are they going to come for jimbo after he explained why he was painted that way. it wasn't a time thing, it was a choice much like boa and her non-matching hairy man suit. it is clear they have favorites and don't even try to hide it. i hope if they do another season they start with a fresh panel of judges.
2:32 NO LIES WERE SPOKEN
I wouldn’t be surprised if Canada’s drag race doesn’t get another season
it sucks, I really don't like the judges
i like canadas drag race A LOT better than the UK one like ok the jugdes suck but the queens r amazing
It'll need a big overhaul, as it is now it's just messy.
I didn’t even give the second episode a chance lol it’s over for me unless they change the judges or bring Ru and Michelle up there.
Jon M
I agree. I’m coming from a pretty impartial place in terms of cultural understanding - I’m not Canadian nor British, but know both cultures equally well and I liked the UK one more
Ok but why did Jeffrey comment on Jimbo's unpainted arms. Girl she was going for a powdered FACE look not powdered BODY look. Chile, stop doing the most
He should have worn gloves like they did back then.
Jimbo said she was going for "Marie Antoinette". If that is the case, she should have painted her arms as well.
Overall, nothing about Jimbo's look wasn't really Marie Antoinette at all. I was getting more of a theme parked mascot or character.
@@Th3On3Y0uW4nt MARIE NEVER PAINTED HER WHOLE BODY
Get your fact straight... Rococo style only painted the FACE
“CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM”
judges: NO.
This is probably the only reality TV where the judges are given the villain edit.
Jeffree should stick to judging fat/fem gays on grindr. That seems to be his true talent
Meanwhile being fem himself
There's a handful of these that *could* be taken constructively, just served a little blunt and harshly. Like, telling Jimbo that her look would have been better if she evened out her body paint or that she should have gone bigger in the acting challenge, those things are valid critiques that give helpful direction for future challenges or even in their careers. Even laughing that BOA's outfit looks stupid is fine, considering that's just highlighting that the intentional comedic elements worked.
And then there's ones like Jeffrey saying "It really calls your tastes into question," or "Everyone gets the same amount of time. Use it better, maybe?"
Like. What are the girls supposed to take away from that? That's not constructive, that's not helpful, that's *just* throwing shade.
I don't care if you think the girls are making excuses, that's awful, unprofessional behavior from a so-called "judge".
Period
The Jimbo critic isn't valid, it's a Marie Antoinette/Queen of Hearts theme. You're not supposed to bring the white past the neck, that's the look.
Jana G literally. it was only the face and neck that were painted back then
@@thatsrealroughbud...2394 Yep! Even when Raja and Jinx did a Marie Antoinette time period drag piece, they were also ONLY painted on their face
@@Ewwreck i mean Jimbo's look got TOP toot on FPR from Raja and Raven. Jeffery's comment on it came off ignorant. He needs to broaden his knowledge on drag if he is to judge one. Hopefully, he will come more prepared, knowledgeable and constructive for season 2.
Jimbo being quirky
Judges: *that's it?*
Boa being quirky
Judges: *oMg i love you*
It’s a shame that these amazingly talented performers are being verbally berated like this :(
"I'm LOSING HER a little bit"
Don't worry sweetie next season we're gonna lose you FOR....EVEEEEERRR!!
hahahahaahahahah
Can we talk about how they say so many things good about Boa even when she has a horrible outfit? That Anne of Green Gables tho....
Exactly. Some of those outfits are horrible. If she was on Rupauls drag race....she would barely survive 2 episodes.
favoritism is a thing in every drag race franchise
@@ozzx6597 What he said tbh
Gur tf is a “DAHNSZAR”
One of the things I took away from watching ice queen Brooklyn and Jeffrey going through whatever he’s going through is how good Ru Paul is as what she does; she strikes a fine balance between critique and nurturing. She respects the contestants vulnerability while still holding them to account for their drag. I think these judges have a long way to go before they can do that too.
OMG, these judges are so mean. Like... there's a fine line between being critic and being rude. These judges are miles away from the line, into COMPLETE RUDENESS!!! They're so disrespectful with these lovely queens, I just can't take it. I'm glad I'm not watching this program! XOXO
I like them, who cares if they are being nice? Drag culture and especially judging drag on the main stage of drag race isn’t about being nice. It’s about having TV moments and being as harsh as possible to break some girls and make others rise to the occasion.
This is what happens when you put a guy who has barely any knowledge of references in drag race gets to be the judge because he fondled with RuPaul's balls. And BKH does not have enough experience to come and sit on that chair and teach queens how to drag given that most of them have a longer career than her. Above all these two judges need to be more humble and have humility or someone please give them a workshop on how to give a critique.
okay karachi werk
I mean you ain't lying with thise balls fondlin' that AS5 snatch game they tried to pull off was uncomfortable af
@@axisboise AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH shit it was 😂😂😂😢
Jeffrey must have some real tea about RuPaul, because that’s the only reason I can think of him being a judge and we all know it
"yeah i was going for a marie antoinette kind of look"
"your arms arent painted"
...thats because people only powdered their faces in france in the era??? she just exaggerated it by bringing that down to her chest, but if she was going for the white powdered face look then commenting on the lack of white on the arms is just invalid criticism.
I preferred the paper looks to everyone’s looks they had a concept and executed it. I just think they pick their favourites and compliment them when their outfits aren’t as good and they are pointing out random things to get the people they don’t like out. It is annoying and they are playing favourites
I felt like they were better then boa's look, but the colour choice of Tynomi and Ilona's kinda made them look like they either work at the party store or a fast food chain.
Jeffrey acting like in BOA’s hair look that her face wasn’t a completely differently color then the rest of the body suit, which they put her in the top for!! It’s so not fair and biased!!
i love BOA but Im so glad I wasnt the only one who was bothered about this!!!!
thts what happens when u hav 2 non drag queens and a runner up as the panel of judges 😭😭💀
I really don’t like Jeffrey. He really does come off kinda rude and sassy which is not called for because some of those queens don’t feel like they are living up to their full potential and he tears them down more.
