What Billy Ray forgot to mention that there was a song called "Don't Tell My Heart" that was originally done by The Marcy Brothers. Billy Ray changed the title of the song and had the bigger hit with it.

The song was written in 1990 by Don Von Tress. Then in 1991 it was released by the Marcy Brothers. The Marcy Brothers didn't even write the song, they were just singing it. Same with Billy Ray. The original songwriter was best friends with Billy and had no problem with it, why do you?
