Great video Colin and Monica! Laughed a lot watching! I actually bought this game without even looking up how to play it, I got so in love with the components, and am I SO GLAD I got this game. Will be playing with the fam this weekend, thank you for teaching!
Hi can you tell me if se Play at 4 players what is the setup for culprit card 2 piles? One person on clues, one person on codex, and the two other on card? And all switch eatch turn?
Quick question on rules for two culprits. The rules say that you need to check the clue tiles against each culprit tile individually, does that mean you need to solve two scene cards to check a clue against both culprits? Otherwise I'm not sure what that rule means!?
I keep seeing some symbols that doesn't actually matched but you still draw clues. Is that a mistake or you just need specific number of matching symbols to draw clues?
Those aren't wrong symbols you are just seeing the side of the thing we are using. We weren't looking at the camera to ensure the top was being shown. Sorry about that!
Great video Colin. I laughed out loud both times you revealed the culprits. I have been curious about this game, just concerned about replay value. I appreciate how they used the same picture but placed different symbols on them, but do you feel there is enough variety in the clue pictures to keep replay value up? It also seems like the clue pictures aren't meant to be a big challenge, just a slow down mechanism.
Haha it was so sad when we guessed wrong! Also I agree the symbols thing is a bit disconnected, feels more like something you have to do just so you can get back to the game. But it works well and now we have 17 plays with 0 feeling of being repetitive so ill take it!
I was worried about replay value too, but having played it, the game is as much about quickfire communication and deduction as it is about the observations on the scenes. Yes, you may start to remember where one or two of the symbols are on the cards, but on the harder scenarios it would be almost impossible to win if you didn't!!
@@OneStopCoopShop well it was great watching you and your wife play the game I am gonna get this game for sure along with the other 5 minute games you have played
Oh i love playing this game i also backed the mastermind edition as well its so much fun to plah this also didnt realize the purple part in the cards either lol
Well they're are at least 5 of the same picture with different places the symbols are and if you have a Memory like me you would never have to worry haha!!

@@OneStopCoopShop I was surprised at how much fun I had just watching you guys. I just bought Mysterium Park which is kinda similar in theme, but now I feel guilty wanting to buy this one 😂😂😂
The barcodes of the clues are always the same right? so after a few times of playing you remember many of them and you can "read" the culprit card without needing clues? that's the one thing I'm not thrilled about, other than that the game looks awesome. But it would be a shame if you can only play it a few times before it stops being fun.
I will say with 30 cloud and those barcodes being relatively impossible ton memorize this game has had legs for us. 30 plays and not slowing down! It had had no impact for us. Remember too they have multiple of the same pictures with clues in different spots so that helps a ton!
@@OneStopCoopShop oh that's good to hear! I watched a tutorial before I watched your video and I immediately recognised by the barcode that your guy would have feathers 😕 maybe my brain is weird. I ordered the game, I'll try to not look at the barcodes and let someone else check them 🙈
can you send me a photo of complete mastermind edition bonus components 8 Suspect Cards 4 Clue Tiles 8 Culprit Tiles 8 Scene Cards 8 Case Files 2 Reference Cards back and front each cards of course i already have the standard edition box
@kevinjohnsonsieman8490 this was Colin’s video, and as of this week he moved to Meet Me at the Table (see the recent video announcement), so I can’t help you sorry! - Mike
I DO!! Now I will say all the times EXCEPT when recording we have won that first game. . . As for replayability - we have now played 15 times and could play again in a heart beat? Only problem will be those pictures, but there are enough of them with copies of the same room with symbols in different places I don't imagine I will be able to memorize those anytime soon. I just can't believe how much fun we had losing those games!
@@OneStopCoopShop cool, I did wonder about the clue pictures, but I guess under the pressure of time and being frantic, you won't know exactly which one you're looking at. We've recently got 5-min Marvel and I can see us enjoying this one too, thanks!
Yeah the time crunch really helps, plus the same scene with symbols in different areas was a great way to solve the issue. Marvel is great except it was too easy! If you want a challenge, pick up the Dungeon one, that will really challenge your group! :)

I love that you didn't win either and left it in. Thanks for showing this one off and mentioning how you playbit with your kids!
Thanks for watching! It is hard to describe just how fin the game is!
I didn't know about this new game of the 5-Minute family. Thanks for showing.
Thank you for watching!
I have 5-minute dungeon. And I love it. Excited to see this one.
Thanks for watching and dungeon is awesome!!
Looks like a coop Guess Who? Looks like a lot of fun! Thanks for the playthrough!
Yes!! Good point!!
7:29 I was like that wasn’t even close to correct but I see you had the right ones off view of camera.
Yeah sorry about that!! Real time makes it hard for recording!
This one looks fun. Thanks for sharing!
Appreciate you watching Wil!

Oh it just means when you earn a clue remember to compare it to each culprit!! Since you have more than 1!
