Hi, I love all the videos fixing and running the tractors. I would really love to see the old CLETRAC running and doing some field work.

Our air compressor was worn out so I would use the starting fluid technique. Spray starting fluid around inside the tire one ring and a match. Poof instantly filled with air.

Lestoil is by far the best but hard to find. Kroger and some Spartan Nash supplied grocery stores.

My man taking the tire off the wrong side. Would save a lot more time and least struggling if the rim was face down when taking it off

It's aluminum so the drop is wide and in the center, either way is good, I would have done it on the truck since it was a steer and pulled it of this side of the rim

Hi, another cool video. Please spell the name of the laundry aid that you buy to remove grease and fuel on the work clothes. I got gasoline on my jeans recently and just added extra laundry soap. It made the washer and dryer smell like gasoline. It took several loads after that to get the smell out and my wife almost killed me.

    • @johndowe7003

i use ZOTE soap its about a dollar for a huge brick, shave it like cheese and throw it in the washer, good for like 40 loads . i also use dawn soap when i worked in the oilfield itll get everything off from mud, paraffin, heavy oil etc. let it soak for about 20 minutes then turn on the wash cycle. when i had really caked on mud and oil, i would use a bucket, fill it up with a hose and put yer clothes in it and put dawn or oxyclean and let em soak, sorta like a prewash before it goes into the washer i ruined a lot of washing machines washing dirty work clothes..

10-4 on almost getting killed by the wife! They really do not appreciate a man messing up the washing machine. Takes only one time to learn that lesson!

@@ronfullerton3162 well hell, them machines arent cheap like they used to be. id be pissy too if someone borked my 600$ machine lol. i usually just wipe off the barrel of the machine cause sometimes oil sticks to it and dirties your next load of clothes. very annoying

@@johndowe7003 That ain't no lie! Just bought the wife and I a new washing machine. Anything good is over a thousand smackaroos! We tried a front loader, and it was a constant headache. Went back to a top loader. All that new tech crap dies out, but the mechanical parts were still good. I would of just got wired it so it would run. But them women are not to fond of shade tree mechanicing. I guess that is the difference on if you grew up on an old "A" John Deere or not!

@@ronfullerton3162 yessir i buy all my machines at grage sales or from other folks, 20$ a machine ill buy like 3 of them at a time and throw em out like old socks when they go bad :D i used to ruin a lot of new machines when i worked in the oilfield so now i buy old machines. id rather spend my money on something else haha

Do not let kids walk in front of tires when inflating . If not having a tire cage inflate to 5 lbs than install assembly onto wheel hub . Use a 6 foot whip hose to finish air inflation .

There is too much wrong with this to even list. You are getting it done, but definitely are in no position to teach anyone to mount a tire.

I have considered that possibility, but I really don't see a need. As you may see I've never posted a you tube video. If you are concerned that perhaps I don't know how to mount a tire then you are wrong, but welcome to think what you want.
