Sorry you are struggling with Spring allergies but it gave us a chance to see Chris and his talent as well as your booths. I like seeing your hauls but I also like seeing things staged for sale. Chris’s vintage/antique toys bring back so many memories of my brothers and their Tonka Toys. Thanks for sharing another side of your Ginger Chick life!!!:):):)

When I get the power washer out, everything gets blasted. There is something so satisfying about seeing the grime vanish.

I think the chunks of wood on the drawer shelf were to prevent plates or objects from slipping and sliding. The chunks are like tiny risers 😀

Re: your copper mesh. Stain glass suppliers sell chemical treatments to change the color of metal, i.e., the solder and metal came used to make the windows. Should work for your copper mesh, too.

I think the blocks of wood might have been there to hold plates upright? Something similar was done to a cornice where I moved into. Quicker than routing or chiseling a groove...? Maybe lol

Oh my one job leads to the next! Good job getting them out of the way. Be careful with those allergies they take me down quickly. I’m building a recreation of my mother’s birth house. Lost her in Dec. and this is getting me out of bed and living again. 5 layers of paint on 100 yr old door has whipped me. Can I borrow Chris for a month? Lol

I think that your shelf may have been part of wall system using cleats. They were made to slide into the system and be moveable.

Don't throw away your leftover cut off screen pieces. They are great to put in the bottom of flower pots to keep excess dirt from falling out the hole
Love your booth’s, so clean and you can actually walk through them and look at the items. You don’t see that a lot in rental spaces people set up, get well soon hun!! ❤
Be careful washing your cement sidewalk, you can take the thin coat off and it won’t stay clean. I had to paint my sidewalks with a nonslip concrete paint. Still looks like concrete, easier to clean now.
On the shelf, since it's homemade, they may have wanted to display plates on top and didn't have a long piece of wood to use, it worked for them! Guilty as charged for the power washer!! I love using it! Texas Deb ❤️😁

I love your booths. I just got a booth in January here in Texas and I’m having fun trying to figure out what sells. I just love your taste in things and Chris’s taste too…. I’ve been know to buy tools, wrenches, old planer and old tool boxes too. Love, love ,love the pie safe ….the black trim looks so wonderful. Thanks for showing everything…..it’s so fun to watch you two!!
Put the small feet on the bottom of the drawer and sell it that way. That's what I do with sewing machine drawers.

Oh, getting sidetracked is definitely me! I'll start one project, notice something while doing it, then be off working on that. I end up working on things I had no plans to do, and end up not getting he things done, or finished, that I'd set out to do.

I was wondering if you were having an issue like that. I pray they can get yours under control . I’ve tried so many different combos etc. a couple of weeks ago it went absolutely insane. I was wheezing so loudly it could be heard by any and everyone. I’m much better now, thanks be to God. Your booths are very well thought out and displayed. The pie safe is incredible. I believe if you distressed the black screen trim, it would look much more authentic.
