hey dude, awesome squats. If u gonna go so deep I recommend u change the technique for a one more like high-bar olympic squat. ATG low bar squat may put a lot of pressure on your lowback. If u are a powerlifter u dont need to go so deep, and if u want to do anyways olympic squat could be usefull to prevent injuries. greets from arg.
Thanks mate, I use below parallel high bar most of the time for training and my technique is not too perfect here for low bar. You are right, I should have aimed more close to parallel, but I think I already improved on that since I uploaded this video. Cheers.
