Its the low quality camera on low light conditions. Since them I have upgraded to a professional camera, however I just need to find the time to do more videos now :(

You can do it man! For me it helped having a bodybuilding block doing dumbell presses and other hypertrophy exercises (and not focus so much on bench press per see). Later on I did the Calgary Barbell program and the weight went up more smoothly. Doing Larsen press for higher reps I think helped quite a lot on that second block.

Wish you luck with that goal but its unrealsitic. going from 176 pounds for 4 reps to over 225 for 2 is a humongous jump in such a short time.

Thanks man! That is true but here is with pause. I think there is a 10KG difference if I briefly pause or not. On the other video it was touch and go and I did not try to test the true 1RM.

My bodyweight is 84 KG, yea man its sad but I got comments saying it was fake plates on my old 100kg bench PR.

@@skuminator Some people just can't believe that genuine hard work is enough, 120 at 84kg is fuggin crazy. I'm just barely doing 80 1rep PR at 74kg bodyweight.

Not really, I ran the Calgary Barbell 16 Week program. It works for me so I keep running once a year. The last time I ran something remote similar for bulgarian was for the clean and jerk, and only lasted a few months... Cheers!

@@skuminator Nice, but I told you this before and I will tell you again my friend, you need more protein and calories. And you need to do more high rep hypertropy sessions wich will also def add some more kilo's onto your physique. You look good don't get me wrong and you are pretty strong but you still look a little small, I hope you won't see this as hate. I'm just trying to give you some tips on how to get more massive. It worked for me, last year I started doing only high rep work (10 rep sets and 20 rep sets) and eating a ton more protein and now I'm finally a 100kg+ bodyweight athlete at 182cm height.

I learned it by ear because there was no tabs or they were incorrect but never properly wrote it down because it takes so much time. You can try the same and using the video as reference if you cannot manage, its anyway a good practice. good luck!

Yes its harder, unfortunately I did not have more of the small metal plates and I had to put the dumpers on one side to have enough range of motion.
