I absolutely think you did an amazing job on this wall. I would love this in my living room, but I'm not sure I could hang anything on it after It was finished. I do believe I could just sit and stare at it.
@@nowhereinparticular I came back to watch it a second time because I'm working on my wall again... I just noticed even your husband 's tat has the same colors! 💙 I'm curious if they were your wedding colors also😏
fabulous colour choices - my favourite. Looks great with the brownwood furniture against it. The flashes of sunlight in your final reveal almost makes it look like your room is underwater! Lovely project, well done.🏆😄
Hi there! The colors are in the description. Everything was from Sherwin Williams. Colors are Lightest Blue: Billowy Breeze, SW 9055 Middle Blue: Aquamarined, HGSW3313 Dark Blue: Everglade Deck, 5011-3 (Valspar color) Dark Gray: Chimney Smoke, 4010-1 (Valspar color)
Love the step by step instructions and pointers. The outcome was beautiful! My son wants an underwater themed bedroom. His bedroom ceiling is not as high as yours. Do you think that I could get a similar effect using only 3 colors, one of which being white?
Definitely! Just keep your paint wet with some water and that will help with the blending. I'm planning a project where I actually paint a ceiling and paint down from that. Unfortunately It will be a little while before I can get to it.

I was wondering what the finished look was going to be with regard to the furniture...you wouldn't want to put anything too big to block such a beautiful wall, but your 'furniture ' placement sets it off beautifully! Well done...watching from Ireland...have a great day...tell your hubby, he has married a genius!!
I love it and you helped so much. Thank you for explaining everything so well! I know i csn do it now! Its so beautiful! Can you say about how much it cost you ? I live on a budget.
Secret to tape is smooth with credit card then paint the edge the color of the previous wall. So white walls being taped then use white paint across the edge. Let dry the paint whatever color you’re doing over that. I promise you will be shocked at the clean and precise lines with ZERO bleeding thru.
Well, I'm speechless. It's amazing
Thank you so much!
Absolutely stunning!
Thank you so much!
This is a great tutorial! Thanks!
So we have a vision of an abstract meadow and this ombre is how I imagine our sky dipping into the tops of the flowers. Thank you!!!
I love that idea! Good luck!

I'm imaging stormy seas but I keep coming back to your hair as the actual inspiration.

You mentioned keeping the paint wet. The four stripes look like they would have dried before blending. Correct? Or, did you keep wetting with spray?
That looks great. I think the furniture would look lovely if it was bleached or lime washed. Like driftwood effect. Well done.
Beautiful!!
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful finished wall! Thanks for the tutorial! ✨
I don't know if I'm commenting on the right of the right wall but I like it it is gorgeous
What an incredible Ombre wall! Wondering if you can share the colors used.

I believe about $80. I only had to pay for the 4 quarts of paint from Sherwin Williams, I had all the other supplies already on hand.
Did u you use waterbase paint or oil base??
Water based
Very nice work ❤️ did you use a wet cloth to blend?
Yes I do! I would keep a spray bottle or a bowl of water with you to keep it damp
@@nowhereinparticular okay thank you ❤
What type of cloth did you use, like a terry cloth cotton or microfiber?

Thank you! That was something I learned during this process I'll be doing it that way in the future for sure!
Очень красивая растяжка. А краска акриловая или латекс.
Looks like the ocean
Just fyi…if you add Flotral to your paint, you can blend and move the paint a lot longer
I had never hear of that! thank you!
