This very situation almost happened to our son. I am American and legally married my husband, a Korean citizen within Korea and continued to live here. However, the embassy would not give me a marriage visa and kept changing the reasons as to why. I was only allowed to stay for 3 months at a time so I had to travel and apply out of country 3 times. Each time we were denied. Nearly 2 years later we became pregnant, which was a shock since I was always told that I would never be able to hold a baby to full term. Once our son had a heartbeat we were allowed to have documents made for an in-country application. Again I was denied and told that our pregnancy did not count until I could "hold the baby in your arms". I am usually composed but I began to cry and cursed under my breath. The immigration officer was telling me that I would have to return to America even though I was 5 months pregnant and from there I could apply again for a marriage visa. until it would be finalized my husband would have to remain in Korea to do paperwork on his side. Since I have no family in America or saved income I was distraught. We went home both shaking and in tears and reached out to everyone asking for help and prayers. Then I got the notice of deportation looming within 2 weeks. I would not be allowed back into Korea again on a travelers 3 month visa and if I did not leave within 2 weeks then I would banned from entering Korea for 7 years. We had used up all our savings for all the other flights and applications so I didn't even have enough money for a plane ticket let alone where I would stay and live in America. So despite everything I decided to stay in Korea and planned to apply for asylum which I would likely not be given to me since I am American. Then just 4 days before I was to be deported immigration called me saying that due to COVID all those who have applied for a visa and are women legally married AND pregnant would be automatically given a marriage visa. Minutes after the call I was on a bus to the immigration office and picked up my visa just 3 hours after the law was passed. I was so close to being separated from my husband and his family, the only family I have, for years if not more. God blessed us with a miracle and we have been living in Korea ever since. I am preparing to get my Korean citizenship as well as soon as I can save up enough money. But it was so close, too close, and no one should have to go through what we did and certainly not what these poor couples and children are going through. If all works out, we would love to adopt a child in the future and would look into mixed orphans. Hopefully we really can in the near future.
I love your story so much It is truly a fact that ones demise can be a spotlight for another like the covid 19 being a saving grace to you. But I am wondering why you did not relocate with your family in the US. I might be missing something but please bear with me.
What visa were you on previous to your marriage? Did your spouse have enough money to prove he was financially stable to support you?Did you get all the paperwork properly done?
What breaks my heart is that their own countries embasies are completely heartless, even if they are illegal immigrants the Embassy should help them and register the baby and sent the family back to their birth country.
I guess if the laws say they have to be born in the country to get citizenship then that is an issue. Unless the parents fly back to the home country & naturalize the baby (Citizenship by naturalization) if the parents' country has that option.
Most emabassies do not grant a passport if the child is not registered with at least a legal, verified birth certification, with the name of the parents on it, and the place where the child was born. You can have all kinds of nasty illegal immigration cases, criminals changing their identities, and human trafficking happen if embassies were lousy with their background check.
@@napperforlife2020parents have been having children they are not equipped or or prepared to have forever. Most of us currently alive would have never have been born if we had had much more responsible parents Wishing for these cruel parents to be responsible is barking at the wrong tree, you should wish we responsible people would do more to become immune to their failures and have systems to prevent or correct the harm they do to their kids. Like different adoption or paperwork systems. Or overseeing and funding orphanages better. Or educating people about not having kids unless they are in a relay safe place economically
Well for starters, the babies born to foreign mothers in Korea don't legally have to be registered in any way with Korean authorities. Many foreign mothers don't try to register the birth unless the father is Korean&that's nearly impossible if he doesn't cooperate. So then, what legal documents does the foreign mother or immigrant parents have to take to the embassy of their home country?? How do you make a passport with no valid birth certificate?
I’m suspicious of the Sri Lankan father who went on a “business” trip with the brother and all their money. I have a feeling he abandoned his wife and daughter on purpose and took the money. Who goes on a business trip with a young child? Unfortunately, a large number of Sri Lankan men favour sons than daughters.
What I find troublesome is how the children are non-existent in Korea. They aren't recognized by the country and the government they are born in. They aren't registered. Or barely given medical treatment. The parents are forced to abandoned them in the hopes someone will take compassion. And this is happening in a country who consider themselves modern and with access to technology & medical care. Sadly these aren't the only children not recognized by the Korean government. Children with one parent who aren't able to get registered. This world has to get better for humanity's sake.
@@helenfuentes9539 there's help. Plenty of NGOs and organizations try to help to change policies but politics and special interests prevent most things.

I cried too when he started crying, leaving his parents. Can’t imagine leaving my kids travelling without me when they were babies. I am so sorry for the parents they have to undergo a situation like this. I hope Tinh Tinh will be surrounded with much love and warmth and that the family can be reunited soon ❤❤❤

It would be better to be poor in your own country, and having your child with you, a child that needs you and loves you. So , what's the point of staying in the country illegally at this time? Money is more important than your kids? Sorry but I disagree with their choices.
Most of these people took out a loan to go oversea looking for opportunities. If they come back now they dont have a sufficient source of income to pay back the loan...sometimes the loan sharks might be after them too...too many circumstances....but I dont agree to stay in a country illegally.
its not just a matter of money. one woman said her daughter would be circumcised in their homeland. things like this, safety issues, are an important reasons for them to bring their children to a safe country. there are countries where femicides, rape, murder etc are crimes that happen very very often. compared to that South Korea is much more safe. You maz think it would have been better to stay in thier homeland, but what if it was worse? thats why they take the risk to go to Korea. its not just money issues

The issue of not with South Korea not granting the child birthright citizenship, that’s their right as a sovereign nation to decide who is entitled to citizenship. The problem is with Vietnam not recognizing the children born of two of its married citizens. All that said, the parents made a foolish choice to remain illegally in South Korea. They should have returned to Vietnam and given birth there.
No country should be allowed to not recognise a child born on their soil a citizen of that country specially if that child has no access to another citizenship. It’s inhuman for a state to put any child in danger like that, unbelievable and inhumane.
@@indifont4775with your logic people can just go to other countries as tourists, overstay and give birth to their babies there if they want to give their children a different nationality. That’s not how the world works. And countries have immigration laws for a reason. These parents .. they just don’t think for their child. Why would you even go and create a baby when you are fully aware that you’re an illegal immigrant and your child won’t get citizenship even in your native country? 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ These illegal immigrants are a problem. They do this and then Korea gets hate for implementing pre-existing laws. Just like the tightening on entries for SEA citizens due to increasing numbers of illegal immigrants, and then these countries boycott Korea 🤦🏻♀️
I feel bad for the babies, and I do think that they should have access to medical coverage as part of their basic human rights. HOWEVER, I don’t believe that they should get citizenship just because they were born in Korea. My own country has citizenship by birth and a lot of people take advantage of the system. They come just to give birth, then they go back to their countries, and only come when they want to use the benefits, such as free healthcare & university. Let’s be honest, the parents who want birth right citizenship, including the ones in this video, want their children to get the citizenship so that their children can sponsor them (when they grow up), so that the parents can become citizens as well. In other words, as a citizen it’s easier for the kids to sponsor their immigrant parents for citizenship. Also, it’s harder to deport a parent from a country if their child is a citizen (because children have the right to be with their parents).
Korea doesn't provide free healthcare or university though.. 😅. Elementary and middle school are free I believe. But as stated in the video, they have to pay for high school and anything past that. They also don't have a free healthcare system. They do have a national health care plan to subsidize SOME of the costs , but you have to have a job to get it for adults. You pay half of it, and your employer pays the other half, and even after insurance it might still cost money. So neither one of those are just free. Healthcare for children is free I believe (if the parents are legal,) but that's just to ensure even children in poverty have access. Also, the visa process isn't that simple as to just "sponsor your parents or family" to become citizens. Korea's immigration is actually quite difficult, and highly dependent on Korean language ability and wealth to obtain. On top of it all, Korea has a major labour shortage and plummeting birth rate. So they're going to have to change their immigration policies in some way moving forward. What better people to give citizenship to, than children who grew up here their whole lives and are integrated into Korean society with Korean education behind them.
1 It seems citizens in 'difficult' countries are simply trying to take advantage of organized, developed countries that 'should' take the burden. I'd rather them fight for their own countries. Most developed countries had to fight and amass dead men in different wars and conquests. That's how you earn your developed country. In this day and age, if you have a welcoming immigration system, you will be flooded in no time. You can kiss goodbye to Korea as we know it. Think about what is happening right now, Korea has setup about 10 different Visas permitting entry. Instead of being more severe in allowing people to come in, they facilitate it. They might want to do that to combat low birthrate, but they will not get quality immigration, This spells disaster. 2 Korea needs to do this in the next 5 years... a. Revise (again) real estate laws and mechanisms to remove the WoelSae and ChoenSae system. Why? Because it would facilitate the financial burden of getting married and starting a family. b. Promote the development of local economies better. Forcing Chaebols to establish premises somewhere else than Seoul. Why? To reduce people dependency on Seoul as a provider of good jobs and good social environment to establish families. Making it in Seoul is very difficult, imagine starting a family. c. Accept that a shrinking of the economy might be an answer to low birthrate instead of risking losing its culture, language and identity.
I don’t know if it’s a crime to give birth when you’re an illegal immigrant, but It happens all the time, in many different countries. In fact, a lot of people do it so their child can receive the nationality of that country. But it seems it’s different in Korea. It’s a very complicated issue with lots of Grey areas.
Ppl have got to do better. Been there for yrs and should know what needs to be done before having a child. So what if the aunt gets ill then what?! God Bless🌸
Those poor children🥺I really hope these parents and their child can reunite🤞🏻Korea seems to be more strict on this kind of thing rather than murderers, rapists etc…
It is the problem on the parents.. since the parents know they are illegal then should not have kids..they bring problem to themselves and the country they are in.. Every country have their policy and they needs to protect their country citizens first..so can only blame themselves..
Anything that hurts kids just breaks my heart 😢😢😢😢 the future for them is so scary, always on edge. Both the kids and parents.. I hope there's light at the end of the tunnel.
Some parents who come illegally, in term really illegal, not because the documentation are too strict bring this upon the children. We have so many illegal immigrants here in our country that it took a toll on our tax, our privilege as citizen being rob. The parents are selfish.
Uhm....why get pregnant when you know good and well that you're already struggling?? The fix for a difficult situation obviously isn't another hungry mouth to feed!
The first couple has lived and worked in Korea for TEN years! Long enough to know immigration and baby laws. Difficult to find sympathy for them because it’s the baby who is suffering and paying the price for their irresponsibility and selfishness. If they can manage to obtain and pay for illegal documents then they are capable of doing more for their baby so why not just go back to Vietnam where they can live as a family. Imo they don’t want the responsibility of a baby. They’d rather continue to enjoy life in Korea because Vietnam is a poor country. Or they were hoping their baby would give them status to where they wouldn’t need to continue to apply for visas.
They know Korean laws. That's why they didn't register their baby's birth. They didn't have legal IDs showing their immigration status to present at the hospital during the birth or to any government agencies. But alas the black market thrives in any country. Also if you get kicked out of Korea there's a hefty fine and re-entry ban but no penalty to send your unregistered child back to your home country.
People like to risk everything for nothing but temporal comfort. If you can't afford a life legally in a place, let it be for all I care. You have a point here, there are exiting laws which you should find out before venturing into the territory. Sorry for their situation, but people will yet toll the line and keep piling up pressure on the system also hoping for sentiments. It scares me to think about that myself going to a place without a means of integrating properly into the place. Then hiding around.
You don’t know their circumstances. Living and paying taxes in a country for 10 years and they still can’t get citizenship. South Korea and other Asian countries can do better! The advocate for immigration because of low birth rates and still refuse to address racism. WTF!
The scariest thing is the other lady is able to pass through immigration with someone else's baby.😱 Even when you have documents, you cannot take other people's children that human trafficking.
Yaaaah it does happen. . . I know someone, an illegal workers in the United Kingdom, they send their baby through another person to their home country. . And now have another baby, i dont know if they are already legal in UK because it is more than 10years now....
They are illegal workers. They suppose to pay overstay fine. Why their Vietnamese Embassy did not issue a pasport for the baby. Lots of cases happened like this in Korea. Lots illegal workers that caused troubles and run away.
they say that situations may be manipulated in the case of immigrant children getting healthcare… isn’t that just a child getting healthcare regardless? from a humanitarian, or simply human standpoint, why would that be an issue at all?
In my country in some city, there are like 6 out of 10 women who are foreigners giving birth in local hospital, it’s free so the foreigners from neighbor countries keep coming to my country even my country is also a third world poor country. Our government can’t even take care the poor people who are citizen properly. Your humanitarian woke ideology is not a reality. If you keep giving anything for free, people will keep coming to get it, that’s reality. Look at America, Democrats woke liberal city like New York are mess up now and become sanctuary city. The Europe countries are also become mess because of mass immigrants due to woke humanitarian ideology.
The Tanzanian woman - why would you get pregnant again if you knew your temporary visa was expiring soon? It's really unfortunate people use their own babies to try to stay in a country.

right now is a great time to move back to vietnam with all the industrialization and development happening in vietnam, these parents should go back and take the trade skills to improve their own country while raising their child.
Anyways a better country, but that is only my opinion ( im asian, but not korean or viet., but i lived in both countries for a while and thought vietnam is better in many cases).
Avg wage in Vietnam is $300 / month. Even with a crummy Korean employer, they are making that in a week (at least). And, that's average. Unskilled labor isn't going to make $300 / month in Vietnam.
People going to countries illegally because they think their unborn child can become a citizen automatically should know that most countries don't do that. Look at these poor kids in Korea who can't be Korean citizens and have no nationality. Australia used to have birthright citizenship, but they saw how illegal immigrants were abusing their laws, so they changed their laws. You're not automatically an Australian citizen just because you were born there. Now, you have to have one parent be a citizen (or a permanent resident).
All children that are born in Australia from foreign parents are allowed to apply for citizenship when they reach 10 years old. This law has never change since 1986.
I think most countries in the Americas, that is, the new world as some say, automatically grants citizenship at birth with a few exceptions. Countries elsewhere however, usually follow jus sanguinis instead.
I don't understand why Korea has to take care of the babies who are not citizens of Korea. It was their parents' choices to have babies under difficult circumstances. Who in the world thinks it's a good idea to have a child when they're in a foreign country without a proper visa?
People who probably automatically thought the kid born in korea will get legal papers. Then, it's a jumping board to receive residency for adults. People do this all the time in New Zealand. Unfortunately, we don't have orphanage centers in NZ so when the parents get caught staying in NZ illegally, they go on our news with sob stories hoping they get a break. Sometimes people do help them stay in NZ. But most often than not the illegal overstayer parent leaves NZ and leaves the kid behind. The laws needs to be updated to prevent parents from being selfish.
I am Vietnamese, for those Vietnamese who immigrated illegally, they were often born in rural areas with low awareness of education, unstable financial background. As a result, they often drop out of school earlier, instead of taking part in uni or colleges, they chose labour export to some developed countries such as Korea, japan which are the lands of dreaming become richer. In facts, there were actually a tons of cases that Vietnamese labor exporters coming back with a huge assets, then ended up forming an affluent life in VN after 5-10 years working in foreign countries. On the flip side, there are still a wide range of unfortunate cases showing on the upon documentary😢. Poor those underprivileged people, especially the children. Hope they would be reunited soon 😊
The parents have messed up these kids' lives by being illegal. The only home they know and according to the law these kids do not exist. What are they going to do when they grow up? 😢 All those lost opportunities for a better life. Then the cycle starts all over again for the next generation.
There are many comments by South Koreans condemning undocumented immigrants, but there is not a single comment condemning the South Korean employers who exploit undocumented immigrants. Dear Koreans, you really need to get your priorities right.
It's sad when such things happen to any child in the place they were born. Automatic rejection. But, for a country with low birth rate of its own, one would thing they would try harder to help these kids. Who will grow up to love their country and contribute. Just sad.
100% rightm Is ridiculous they literally have an expiration date as country because how low their birth rates are, yet do shit like this, how many immigrants workers do they have do their unwanted jobs yet the don't acknowledge them, I'll just laugh at how their birth rate will just get lower in that superficial society
This is very irresponsible to put a baby into the world without being able to raise it. And still have the cynicism to send a child to Vietnam, while they keep being illegal in South Korea.😢
So they thought they were going to beat the system and get benefits relating to having a child born registered but didn’t read about the laws and regulations at all. How could they not know the child wouldn’t be registered considering they are both immigrants? Illegal immigrants at that? The man that abandoned his pregnant wife and daughter is heinous.

Leave the baby to go back and stay to make money? And who is the baby going to stay with in Vietnam? Why did mother not go with him and the father stayed to work and make money? I have been immigrant for most of my life, illegal at one point but I worked hard to get through it and do everything legal. And I would never abandon my children for any reason…
Those parents are very selfish. All you should bring all children back to your native countries to register them. Korea is not an immigrating country and eventually the kids have to go home and the earlier is easier for the kids assimilate back to the place.
Normally they could bring the child to the Vietnamese embassy to register for Vietnamese citizenship. But since they are illegal immigrants, then this is problematic. The solution is to stop being an illegal immigrant.
It shouldn’t be so difficult to register children for the purpose of travel, but that is not the same as providing them with financial support. The best thing that these parents can do is leave the country and register their children.
I agree however that’s such a simplistic take on a nuanced situation. The only issue for these migrants is what awaits if they go back like some of these peoples countries are in ruin or in war.that’s no place to raise a child 😢

My mother and 3 of her sisters were born in 1920’s in China. My grandparents were US citizens doing missionary work. My mom and one of her sister’s birth certificates were registered in the US consulate office in China. So in order to get copies, they had to get them from State Department. The next two sisters births were recorded in Michigan, but states their BP as China. I wonder if any of these parents have checked with the consulate from their home country about obtaining BC for children born in another country?
Actually most countries dont have citizenship by birth. In most cases at least ONE parent has to have the citizenship in the country that your in. My child also only got the german citizenship bcs i have it (im asian thai-chinese mix, but was born and raised in germany, however my husband does not have german citizenship, he is also asian, so , if we BOTH would not have german citizenship for example, our son would not get the german citizenship, our son would, in that example, first have to live for several years in germany and so on to get one. Anyways, thats only a example and this is the case for most countries. Only the rules differ in many countries, fact is , you will not get it only by birth in the specific country if both parents have foreign passports. I looked up which countries have citizenship, its really not many at all…
In America, it all started with allowing illegal citizens residency if their baby was born inside the country, before the migration crisis spiraled out of control. Now any criminal with no documents can walk through the border, ask for asylum and receive free housing in a luxury hotel paid for curtesy by us taxpayers. Oh yeah, and Maduro just emptied his prisons in Venezuela and basically told all of them to head north.. We’re all screwed here in North America. I am sorry to say but having babies when they are illegal immigrants is the most irresponsible thing to do, not only to the baby but to the host country as well. If they are in a different country to earn money or to have a better lifestyle, why don’t go through the legal process? If it takes time, why take such irresponsible step where they end up spending more money to care for the baby? Their actions are completely contradictory to their motive to leave their own country.
The parents knew the law and should never have had these children. Very irresponsible. The last woman says she's never enjoyed life. But developed nations cannot solve the world's problems. People cannot just flee troubles at home and bring it to where they go. They have to stay and fix their nations. That's what Koreans did. They have to do the same.
They were able to create fake papers for them to bring the child out of the country. These papers are not sufficient for official authorites. Means this boy never could have attendend school or universityl or have a social life etc.
This same video (I think?) in a Korean channel a noticeable chunk of the comment section with the most liked comments were rather disgusting to read as it pretty much said things along the lines of 'it's their fault for coming' and 'this video is trying to promote bad behavior (people going overseas to find opportunities and income)' and other stuff like that. No compassion whatsoever. I am just saying what I read in the comment section at the time. Rather infuriating to read even if not all people were like them.

It’s a terrible sad for the innocent babies being abandoned, there’s lot of people around the world, don’t have children they could be adopted thru proper documentation.
I love your story so much
It is truly a fact that ones demise can be a spotlight for another like the covid 19 being a saving grace to you. But I am wondering why you did not relocate with your family in the US. I might be missing something but please bear with me.
What visa were you on previous to your marriage? Did your spouse have enough money to prove he was financially stable to support you?Did you get all the paperwork properly done?
Korea needs kids and with these policies they will never get kids.
I heard that you could never get a Korean citizenship as a foreigner, even if you are married. Is this not true?
@@jennifervaughn1541 That is very not true. You could get Korean citizenship even if you're not married to a Korean.
You can have all kinds of nasty illegal immigration cases, criminals changing their identities, and human trafficking happen if embassies were lousy with their background check.
this is why parents need to be responsible. How can they have children when they are not under the proper circumstance to do so?
@@napperforlife2020parents have been having children they are not equipped or or prepared to have forever. Most of us currently alive would have never have been born if we had had much more responsible parents
Wishing for these cruel parents to be responsible is barking at the wrong tree, you should wish we responsible people would do more to become immune to their failures and have systems to prevent or correct the harm they do to their kids.
Their parents native countries don't recognize them either.

I agree with u
Because is not vietnam baby. Parents illegal its first wrong way to living. Poor baby

@@indifont4775 The children do have access to another citizenship. It is the parents who choose to stay in Korea.
Giving birth to a child and not caring about him /her is the worst thing you can do as a parent. Having a child is a lifetime responsibility
@@heart-and-seoul Agree 100% on your last point. Adapt or drown, but they'll find out soon.

Those parents are also kinda selfish. The mother should have gone back to her country when she find out that she is Pregnant.
Isn’t that crime in first place why give birth to child when you know that you can’t get permit to stay in that country????

Right all these forms of birth control, including condoms, spermicide and the morning after pill. Yet, STILL with these accidental pregnancies. Ugh.

We call them anchor babies in the US
All children that are born in Australia from foreign parents are allowed to apply for citizenship when they reach 10 years old. This law has never change since 1986.
I think most countries in the Americas, that is, the new world as some say, automatically grants citizenship at birth with a few exceptions. Countries elsewhere however, usually follow jus sanguinis instead.
I agree with you!!!
What is singuinis bro English?
Why don't they all just move back to Vietnam??
Why have a child when you are in an unstable situation. Hugely irresponsible.
They chose their jobs over their poor baby. Mom could've returned to Vietnam :(

How, if the baby legally doesn't exist? The child also needs passports, how would the cross the border?

Hope they would be reunited soon 😊
this video showws how important it is to have a embassy in a foreign country

Not all countries have citizenship by birth. IMHO the U.S should revoke citizenship by birth unless the parents are here legally.
I looked up which countries have citizenship, its really not many at all…
Random UA-cam person hasn't studied the economics of the US.
So Korea must always uphold strict immigration policies and do proper background checks or else you’ll end up turning into a country like Sweden. It went from one of the most safest places in the entire world, into the most violent in Europe in less than two decades..
It's hilarious you think anyone can just cry asylum and come into America 😂

That’s literally walking through right in front of the border patrol
@@allis5870 its actually not hilarious but quite sad you dont really know whats going on in the border, if you’re actually an American. You’re just a sheep and you’re attention has been thwarted away to foreign conflicts, like Palestine, instead of the domestic issues, just like the liberal media intended. I literally just showed you a video of a group of migrants running right past our border patrol as the smugglers also disrespect our border patrols behind the wall.
@@allis5870 So you don't know what's going on in your own country. I thought all those illegal immigrants in the southern borders are all asylum seekers.
Poor babies
if the Sri Lankan kid will be deported, just transfer to the Philippines like other Koreans do. Tagalog, you will learn that in months, but if you know english, you survive in a few minutes
I am also in a same situation like these Vietnamese couple,,And i fly with my daughter alone and now i am staying in my country with my daughter..Taking decision is very difficult for me that that.I have no option rather fly with my daughter.I am happy now.
Who/where is the father of your daughter?
It's so foolish to illegally immigrate to any country. Your just digging a bigger nightmare for yourself. And having a baby made a bad situation worse.
Why do you think people emigrate from their home country? Who gains from making people "illegal"?
@@aaa6072Sorry I really do not care and these illegals should be sent home
@@aaa6072 No one is making people "illegal" except for the illegal immigrants themselves. If you don't want to be illegal, then don't come without the proper documents.
Those parents don’t have heart😢😢🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
how can they leave them like that?! just babies…. so sad😢😢😢😢
It’s messed up Happys mother left her. Poor kid.
Totally irresponsible
We must learn from our mistakes in the past when we sent our own children away abroad. Korea has very low birthrate, take care of orphans even if they are not born of Korean parents, they will still grow up to be Korean!
This is disturbing. It’s basically a free for all if someone wants to abuse a child. That child is not human, doesn’t exist, and can’t be protected.
People need to realize that sometimes having a child is not the best thing for you or them. There is no "Immaculit" birth.
How about the yourcontry Vietnam, do they allow the unlawful immigrants?????
Not always. My uncle in law worked for border patrol when alive and he saw Chinese people who kept coming by foot or boat to Vietnam. The kept having to deny them.
If they don’t exist, the abandoned ones should be able to live with a caregiver anywhere in the world. So many people want to adopt badly
You have $4000 to buy a fake passport but can’t take care of your own baby ?!?!?
It’s all very depressing 😢
That is why it is very important for the parents to be responsible and make sure that they are not illegal because it severely affect your children.
Is there info for the babysitter who takes foreign kids first? Would love to see if there is ways to help her? Maybe for donating baby supplies or something :)
But why they dont go with the baby?? I mean at least mom should go, i won't let my baby go to a different country without me. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️.
It's the documentation to travel are expired maybe.
I feel for the baby. I actually don't think the reason they're sending the baby to Vietnam is because of their immigration status. How did they even come up with $4,000.00 for fake documents? They're young and taking care of a baby is too much work for them, imo.
I agree with you! They’ve lived in Korea for TEN years, they know the immigration laws. Difficult to find sympathy for them because it’s the baby who is suffering and paying the price for their irresponsibility and selfishness. If they can manage to obtain and pay for illegal documents then they’re capable of doing more for their baby so why not just go back to Vietnam where they can live as a family. Simply, they just don’t want the responsibility of raising a baby because they enjoy the money and the life in Korea. Imo
You can't send a baby alone its illegal and he could be kidnapped or harmed and needs to be looked after so somebody or someone has to be with him how else would he get there lol makes no sense
Very evasive eye check up there poor bub
It’s a terrible sad for the innocent babies being abandoned, there’s lot of people around the world, don’t have children they could be adopted thru proper documentation.
