For the ppl that make too much of a meal prep and feel like they no longer want to finish it during that week, see what you're able to freeze. A lot of ppl don't know that u can freeze rice, cooked meat if u eat meat, soup, etc
Great tips! I meal plan now and find it to be invaluable for my budget and my time. Love the tip to keep the plan and collect them for future use. Also keeping a running list of family favorites. They all live in my brain now.
To simplify my life, I make my meals and then hubby can add whatever meat he wants to it. Making two different meals three times a day got old real quick!
Oh gosh, I am super excited my friend gave me your link. I am so confused, I have never in my life ate meat, chicken or fish, my mom didn't eat meat. I guess she was a Vegan before it was a thing lol. Anyway I am a super picky eater and it was strange when the doctor told me I have to take statin because of my high cholesterol (I still don't get this one) so I stopped eating pasta and morningstar foods. My question, is it okay if I eat the same thing every day? for me it is coffee, yogurt, rice and beans. I don't like cooking at all. I am fine with eating the same thing everyday!
Hi! Thank you for watching. Yeah, even processed vegan foods don’t serve us well. I would try to get in more produce if possible. We need fruits and veggies for health, micronutrients, and they will also benefit with your high cholesterol. So try and stretch out of your comfort zone little by little🥰

This video came at the best time! I’m working outside of the home now and have been fumbling trying to figure out lunches. I’m juicing every week for breakfast but I’m still fumbling when it comes to lunch since my family doesn’t eat the way I do 😢

Choose any recipes you like and prepare elements ahead of time so that it works for your schedule. I’m not sure if you watched the entire video or not but I did show what I prepared for my week ahead. I have hundreds of free recipes on this channel and website if you need some ideas.
