I did this one 2 days ago, as it was coming upto the sprints I was turning off erg mode so that I could actually sprint then popping it back into erg for the recovery sections. Was telling me to go all out while had me at a sprint power at least half of what I am able to do.
If your kid always wants to eat when you ride, you're indicating that you've observed the pattern. Now let's be proactive about it and get the food ready before bike ride.

I also feel like all the suffering I’ve done in races has made workouts feel “easy” if that even makes sense. Perhaps also turn down the bias a little bit? Is your FTP set right? (have you done a FTP test recently?)
I might do this workout in 6 months. Seems like a great workout if you're peaking.

Hmmm I know for the sprint test ERG mode will turn off automatically for a MAX sprint.
