When I was 10 my p7 class went on an outwards bound course for three days. Someone bought a full bottle of that shower gel. The whole thing leaked all over the wall in the bathroom, and for the rest of the trip you couldn't go in without your eyes streaming.
Used it once 30 years ago.

They have bollards on the side of the road that look like children to deter speeding. Do a google image search for 'bollard children.'
Earlier in the episode. They were mocking a headline about a pedestrian who thought a bollard looked like a 7 year old who wasn't moving, he then "checked to see if he was okay"

I always feel sorry for the comedians in this bit. Often it appears they don't find others funny, but it's usually they are so busy trying to think of another gag. See Hugh Dennis after Milton Jones's "Nish Kumar" joke - 1:19. Everyone is in fits, while poor Hugh is probably desperately putting together his "Have you thought about retirement?" gag. Even Ed Gamble is still trying to work out his joke as he walks to the microphone after Milton walks away.
The jokes are mostly pre-prepared. They're given the topics for this round, and the wheel of news, in advance.

There are some great comedians here with great jokes. For sure. They are all great. However I love Nish Kumar. Seems like a real nice bloke with a great attitude and a sense of humour too.....

Earlier in the episode, they start mocking a council for disguising bollards as small wax children. Milton's joke is a reference to that.
