Great hunt, we were on Tybee last week and hunted several low tides north and south from the pier and it was extremely quiet. One of the quietest cleanest beaches i have ever hunted. Some clad that hadn't been there very long and a couple of junk earrings. Did not dig any pull tabs which is highly unusual in my beach experiences

Please tell me the settings you use for beach detecting on your Minelab Equinox 800. I’m going to the beach in a couple weeks and of all the metal detectorist I watch, you seem to know your stuff the best. Thank you.

It’s been a few years since I used the 800 but I remember using beach 2 in all metal. I don’t remember adjusting settings much
