Used this recipe to make sauce for homemade cafe drinks. It’s absolutely divine!
Wonderful!
Whats the shelf life would be? I use Da Vinci white chocolate mocha it’d last for about 3 months wihtout putting it in the fridge at all.
I can’t spend $50 on the sauce.. this is awesome! Thank you!!!
Tried making this recipe yesterday and it was amazing!! Love how SIMPLE it is, Definitely gonna double it next time. ☺️
Great to hear!
Thank you so much for the recipe. I want to try it out on my bread pudding
Thank you very much for mentioning the ingredients and the AMOUNTS !
Thank you, i was looking for this recipe.
You're welcome!
I have compared the taste with Torani, and with the torani, 1 tbsp is enough to sweeten an 8oz latte, but with this one, 2 tbsp wasn't even enough. I used Beryl's white chocolate compound. Have you tried adding condensed milk to sweeten it a little bit more? Thanks!
Maybe your chocolate compound is not sweet enough. I did try making it with my milk syrup (condensed + evaporated milk) - it was the right texture but a bit sweet. You can certainly make this variation with yours!
I really need to know more about this
❤️ beautiful! Thank you
Thank you too!
Awesome recipe yet economical! How come condensed milk and white chocolate sauce tastes almost the same BUT the latter is quite thinner in texture especially in commercial ones? Can't wait to try your recipe! Thank you
Taste is not quite the same but the texture and looks are similar :-)
Hello can i put it on a room temperature and how many days last
Thank you!!
Oh my awesome!! Looks so good, I’m excited to try with my coffee. How long do you think it will last? Would it be better to put in fridge?
Yes, must be refrigerated. It has milk in it. Should be good up to 2 weeks or so.
Thank you mom
Hi, I really love all your homemade syrups and i tried making everything and all was success. However i tried this white chocolate sauce and once i pop it to my fridge it solidifies and has a rough texture. Btw what i used was without butter. What could have gone wrong?
Is there a way how to stop white chocolate to harden when put in ref?
I like it!
Hello, if I mixed this sauce with cold brew and put it in the fridge, would it become solid? Thanks in advance!
Not in my experience.
Love your channel!
Thank you! Stay tuned!
Hi can u make a recipe of concentrated white chocolate mocha for 300ml bottle? Thank you si much
Will do. If you can, get a copy of my book. There are many recipes there for bottled drinks too.
Hello may i know what is the measurement for iced white chocolate?
Any idea how long is the shelf life of the sauce?
can you also make a video of white mocha sauce
hello, this looks very easy to make. does it have to be vanilla flavor vs vanilla extract? are they interchangeable?
It really depends on your budget. I would use extract as I would only put a few drops but they are more costly. Vanilla flavour are cheaper and would work too so use whatever works for you. Good luck
@@rizasri please make a drink with lavender flavour
1 cup white chocolate equal to how many gram? Thanks before
Thank you very much. I need the recipe in grams, please.
I will be uploading a video tutorials on units of measure soon. Soon as I get a chance :-)
@@rizasri thank you 😊
Thank you so much for your recipe. May I ask how can I improve my white choco sauce? I tried to mix it with my iced coffee but after a little while, white lumps starts to appear. Thank you
Hello, try the thinner version. Please check the description box for the recipe :-)
Has anyone tried this in their coffee? How does it compare the Starbucks White Mochas?
I tried this recipe and it seems to have a powdery texture. Any thoughts on why this happened? Thanks!
Hmm, powdery is not something that should happen. Perhaps blend the resulting mixture to make it smoother?
Did you use chocolate compound or couverture?
I did this but it is grainy when added to iced coffee 😔
Hello, I have used both and they are fine. Maybe do a 1:1 with milk and your white chocolate. Let me know how it goes!
I like it😋😋😋😋👍👍👍👍
Thank you. Pls try it
Does this harden when mixed with iced drinks?
They should not but check the description box for the lighter version.
Hello mam after we kept sauce in refrigerator will consistency remain same ot it will freeze completely?
It will thicken but will not freeze. :-)
Hello, when I used my white chocolate sauce on my coffee, the butter seems to harden and it has white dots on my straw and the wall of my cup. What is solution for that po?
Hi Harold, your problem might be because the sauce is too thick or it was fresh out of the refrigerator when you used it. I have indicated 2 recipes for white chocolate sauce in the description box. My suggestions is go light, use 1:1 milk:white chocolate ratio and skip the butter. For the one that you have already made, make sure it is thawed and not freshly out of the refrigerator. Good luck!
Hello can i do this for dark chocolate sauce too?

your so cutee, thank you miss
Hello ma'am can I use salted butter instead of unsalted? 😊
Yes you can
@@rizasri thank you maam 😍
Is this different from white mocha? If yes, san you do a tutorial for white mocha please? TIA
White Mocha would be white chocolate with coffee. :-)
Will it harden if it will be store in refrigerator?
It will be thicker but not harden. :-)
Hello, did you use whole milk or heavy cream?
Whole milk. White chocolate is creamy enough.
Can I use almond milk
Or any alternative
Sure, should be fine.
What's the brand of white chocolate chips?
They are local brand. Tulip.
Can I use nut milk instead of whole milk??
I have not tried but it should be fine.
Can this be used for ice blended drinks?
Yes!
@@rizasri thank u! Love ur vids and recipes😊
Does this solidify?
Refrigerated it will thicken, yes.
How many grams of white chocolate did u use
Hello, I used 2 cups. That should be about 400-450g. Good luck!
can I just use water instead of milk ??
I wouldn't :-)
@@rizasri will it ruin the taste or the thickness ? or both ? 😀
Can i not use butter?
Yes. You may skip the butter
@@rizasri thankyou po
Why does your chocolate sauce looks thick while mine is thin and liquidy? What have I done wrong? 🤔
Oh no! Maybe the quality of the white chocolate? If you refrigerate it should thicken more. All the best!
@@rizasri Yes, that's what I thought too. But it tastes real great. Thank you. I've already done some of your recipes and now I'm not confined to just hot, black coffee.
My white chocolate sauce turns into lumps when i put it in my iced coffee even if i re melt it beforehand😞
Hello, the recipe is for a sauce. If you would like it to be syrupy please check the description box for the syrup version which is essentially equal amount of milk and white chocolate. Good luck!
Same 🥺
Can u half this recipe?
Yes, or multiply as many times. Please see the description box :-)
Won't this harden when refrigerated?
The sauce will thicken when refrigerated so you need to take it out for a few minutes before use. :-)
why did my sauce curdled 😥
Hello maybe your chocolate was too thick? Try making 1:1 white chocolate chips:milk. 😊
