How to get the chocolate to not harden up when you add ice to your drink?
Looks really nice but turned out quite greasy, at around 13% fat, thanks to double cream and higher amount of chocolate (and butter, on top of all).
Earlier, I've made other recipes with condensed milk instead of cream, I believe it balances out the fat/sugar ratio.
Can i add sugar or condense milk to make it sweeter what is the best sugar or condense

Hi use fresh milk an fresh cream combine them together on low heat ,let's cool completely down before close lid and leave in the fridge
