- Опубліковано 21 вер 2024
- White chocolate mocha sauce is used in many Starbucks drinks and tastes absolutely amazing!
Downside is:
1. Costs way too much (roughly $80/2L)
2. Not readily available in every store!
My solution: learn to make it at home with only 6 ingredients and in 10 minutes time!
Serving Size: 25
Ingredients:
600mL Sweetened Condensed Milk
1+3/4 cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
3/4 cup White Chocolate
Equipment:
Pan
Measuring Cups/Spoons
Spatula
Mason Jar (something to store sauce in)
Steps:
1. Add 600mL sweetened condensed milk, 1+3/4 cup evaporated milk, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla to pan and turn on heat to medium. Allow this to start simmering.
2. Add 3/4 cup white chocolate and mix till all melted.
3. Add in 1 tsp instant espresso powder and mix in thoroughly.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Mix every few minutes so white chocolate stays dissolved.
5. Store in a container and put away in fridge.
6. Enjoy with your coffees or ice creams!

Sugar is def not needed when using condensed milk 🤦🏽♀️
Okay hear me out
I made it with 2 cups of white chocolate baking chips
1 cup of condensed milk
A pinch of salt
And 1/3 cup of sugar
And then 2 percent milk
Mixing the condensed milk salt and sugar until the sugar melts adding in the chips slowly once all melted add in milk and keep mixing until it all comes together (i make it a bit runnier so itll mix in with the drink better and also it thickens i think i roughly use like a cup of milk)
And a dash of the vanilla extract if you want
It tastes exactly like the toasted white mocha syrup
Love to see the variations of this recipe! ♥️
Hi, what do you mean 2 percent milk?
Did you notice adding more chocolate makes it slightly fattier? Depends on the used chocolate of course, but I don't like tiny fat bubbles on my coffee. Yours is about 35% chocolate (by mass), I'd rather turn that down to about 25%, while increasing both sugar and 2% milk.
@@ljdelgadoits for a syrup. Ofc a syrup will be fattening lmao
Just made this today and…*chefs kiss!* Absolutely amazing! Thank you for sharing!
If you're starting out using Sweetened Condensed Milk, adding additional Evaporated Milk, and White Chocolate, is it really necessary to add in the additional 3/4 C Sugar ? White Chocolate is far sweeter than Milk or Dark Chocolate...
Thanks for giving me a starting point for making this Chocolate Sauce. I'm definitely going to make per your directions, then make a second batch, completely omitting the additional 3/4 C Sugar....
I used a strainer to get all the black chucks out. When I first saw it I thought it was burning
Hi dear, how long does this sauce last in the fridge?
Thanks! Love this!
How do you store and how long is the remaining sauce good for? Thanks
Hi there! 🙋🏻♀️ I personally put this in a mason jar as that creates a seal which can help this last longer. This sauce should last you 1 month when refrigerated since the sugars act as preservatives. Hope this helps! 😊
Question. The vanilla you use. Is it vanilla extract?
Taste better than star bucks!
What brand of white chocolate did you use? Any preference? ☺️ Thank you!!
Hi there 🙋🏻♀️ I personally used the Waterbridge White Chocolate (you can buy this at Walmart). In all honesty, feel free to use any good quality white chocolate that you like the taste of! I hope this helps 😄
Does it have to be evaporated milk? Can i just use normal milk ?
Evaporated milk helps it get the thicker consistency
starbucks drinks are overrated and overpriced
