- 👉Use Chocolate Syrup to add chocolate flavour to your drinks. Texture is liquidy but not thick.
👉Use Chocolate Sauce as decoration - topping or walling for your drinks, cakes, bread, ice cream etc.
RECIPE
100% Unsweetened Dark Chocolate (Cocoa) 100g
Milo or Ovaltine 50g
Hot Water 200ml
Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can (approximately 370g)
Evaporated Milk 1/2 can (approximately 200ml)
Yield: 700-800ml of chocolate syrup.
Application: Mix with drinks using chocolate syrup. Easier for use with iced drinks. Liquid form rather than powder form. You will not need to use hot water to dissolve your dark chocolate powder. Refrigerate for up to 2-3 weeks. You will have a delicious chocolate syrup anytime you feel like having mocha etc. Refrigerated, the texture will thicken slightly :-)

The Milo is used to make it smell better?
I’m not sure what u said.
I think chocolate sauce smells fantastic on its own!!
❤ thank you maam
You're welcome
Hi ms chao first of all thank you for all of ur videos it helps us a lot on our business. I would like to ask if I can add water on my chocolate sauce? Does it change the taste? I find it to thick its hard to pour it on a cup and measure it once I put it on fridge thanks
The texture will change and the taste will be more diluted. Suggest you keep it out of the refrigerator during the day and refrigerate only if you need to keep it overnight.
Tried your Spanish Latte, it is good.
Yay!
Can I use bensdorp cocoa ma'am?
New subscriber here.😊
thanks for this , for walling naman po para sa milktea paano??
ua-cam.com/video/6_0MIUxXbko/v-deo.html :-)

It should!
Hi, How many gram to ml the 50 gram of milo. ? Thank you...love all your video ...
Hi can i substitute the evap ,to full cream milk?
been a fan po of your tutorials. Question, can I use pure chocolate bar in this? or is the process is a bit complicated?
hi mam can you make homemade cooked chocolate syrup?
please.
I’ve seen Chocolate condensed milk in shops these days! That might work better than the plain one.. right? 😋
Yeah. Might be too sweet so you can dilute :-)
Hello, your videos are really helpful and insipiring..thank you for creating this channel!
By the way, how can i prevent the choco syrup to be spoiled :(
Refrigerate :-)
Yes i do, but after taking it out from ref the next day on room temp, then returning it to ref , the next day its spoiled
How about the shelf life of the sauce? How long will it be safe for consumption in room temp storage.
Can i use alkalize cocoa powder?
Hi can I use Tablea for this? Thank you i found all of your videos really really helpful
Hello, I have not tried but it just might taste great! Let me know, thanks.. :-)
Can I mix this with horchata milk recipe?
I wonder if you make a golden sun milktea too😊

Hello. Now published 😊
Hello, can i use the baking chocolate bar? (van houten)for making this sauce? i have lots of extra chocolate bar 😅.
Yes you can!
Thnaks for your excellent video! I can use cacao 80% not cocoa ?
Is necessary use Milo, Ovomaltina, Toddy or others?
Is necessary use strainers? I can put the powder directly to package?
Thanks for your response I love your recipes and your account follow you in Ig.
Cacao is good. Not necessary to use Milo etc. Strainers only if you would like it do blend quicker. Good luck!
@@rizasri thanks! I am going to made it and coment you!
I’d like to make a shelf-stable chocolate syrup to make drinks with…
Can you pls show us how?
These should last up to 2 weeks refrigerated. If you would like to make them last longer, try combining all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer for about a minute.
Hi Ms. Riza 🤚, since it has milk how long the chocolate sauce will last for this recipe?
it should sit in the refrigerator for at least 7-10 days.
Is this okay to b e used in mocha
hi.... just asking if you do classes for iced coffee making... where and when.... thank you.... ❤❤❤

Pls make caramel syrup too pls tnx
ua-cam.com/video/bfzniJ2FlQ0/v-deo.html
Hi madam , May I know how to store it ? Do I have to keep it in the chiller ?
How long does this syrup lasts
hi! where did you bought your strainer? or do u sell one?
Yes. They are from Thailand.
hi this is okay to use in cold brew mocha? thaanks
Yes, it is!
Here in the US, baking cocoa powder is 100% chocolate, no sugar in it
How much extra sugar would we need to add, instead of just relying on the sweetened condensed milk for any sugar?
Hot cocoa powder has some sugar in it but I think it’s a 55% chocolate AND it has milk powder in it besides.
I just want to use the baking cocoa powder available here.
